2、方明挖主要在大壩，keyal 山谷道路，帕坦-調(diào)壓井道路，明挖工程量約為384988m3,石方洞挖主要是沉砂 池，引水隧道，壓力管道系統(tǒng)，廠房系統(tǒng)，尾水系統(tǒng)，洞挖工程量約為248440m 3,預(yù)計總共需要約600噸炸藥以及相應(yīng)的雷管，導(dǎo)爆索等材料。.爆破器材(blasting equipment)管理爆破器材的儲存 在炸藥庫建立之前，所有爆破器材都將存放在DuberKhwarHPP炸藥庫，承 包商計劃于帕坦-調(diào)壓井道路中部棄渣場附近建立一個面積約為90 nV的炸藥 庫，存放用于該工程的爆破器材，炸藥庫的具體位置，承包商將另行告知。Respect the import, storage and

7、輸The special and allowed trucks that must be sealed type shall be used fortransport the explosive and the detonator.Explosive material and detonator shall not be transported in the same trucks. Prior to the transport, the route for transport shall be planned and informed to relative department in ad

8、vance and shall avoid to the maximum any areas of much population and with special guards for escort purpose.For level road, the speed of truck must be less than 40km/h, while at the incline road not more than 10km. Dangerous marking shall be set both in the front of and behind of the truck.When tra

9、nsported by manpower, every time only one box (25kg) with shoulder. Transport of explosive material and detonator by manpower shall only be within Contractors site boundary,and the distance thereof shall be kept to a minimum,When explosive and initiation material must be transported at the same time

10、, total weight of them not more than 10kg.Blasting material belongs to combustible and explosive material. Smoking and carried with combustible material are prohibited in the loading and unloading, transportation and storage periods. This is to prevent kinds of energy caused the blasting accident. D

12、nd return of the blasting materialExplosive ReceiptThe explosive shall be received by a designated and allowed person of the operation team. First the operation team shall fill in a Bill of Receipt according to the actual need based on the number of holes and then checked and signed by the blastingt

13、echnicians and the storekeeper of the explosive store shall deliver correspondingly the certified quantity. The operation team shall establish a registration book and check the quantity on monthly basis with the explosive store.Explosive Returned to the Explosive StoreThe blasting materials shall be

14、 strictly accounted after charging every time. Any blasting materials remaining shall be returned to the explosive store and none of the same shall be kept by any individuals.4.爆破實施期間的4.爆破實施期間的平安管理爆破作業(yè)的設(shè)計、審批、交底 爆破設(shè)計由承包商完成，報工程師批準(zhǔn)（爆破設(shè)計表見附件）。根據(jù)爆破作業(yè)的技術(shù)要求及控制重點，爆破作業(yè)前由爆破隊技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人對全體作業(yè)人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底裝藥管理 爆破作業(yè)時，由爆破隊現(xiàn)場

15、負(fù)責(zé)人，在場指揮裝藥作業(yè)裝藥期間，所有設(shè)備退出爆破區(qū)域，同時周邊設(shè)置警戒線（使用警示帶）， 禁止無關(guān)人員進(jìn)入爆破區(qū)域，嚴(yán)禁邊打孔邊裝藥；裝藥期間，爆破器材堆放 在平安位置，并且必須有專人進(jìn)行看守；裝藥應(yīng)使用木質(zhì)或竹制炮棍，不得使用堅硬的鋼管及鋼筋等深孔裝藥出現(xiàn)卡塞時，在未裝入雷管、起爆藥柱等敏感爆破器材前，應(yīng)采用 非金屬長桿處理在裝藥過程中，不得拔出或硬拉起爆藥包中的導(dǎo)爆管、導(dǎo)爆索和電雷管腳線。嚴(yán)格按照爆破設(shè)計裝藥，如孔距、孔深、最小抵抗線等有無變化，立即告知工程師，征得工程師同意后對裝藥量進(jìn)行調(diào)整嚴(yán)格按照爆破設(shè)計聯(lián)網(wǎng)，控制單響藥量，認(rèn)真檢查聯(lián)網(wǎng)情況，防止露聯(lián)、錯聯(lián)造成盲炮裝藥，聯(lián)網(wǎng)，并檢查完

16、成后，應(yīng)排專人對爆破區(qū)域進(jìn)行看護(hù)，防止人員踩踏 破壞爆破網(wǎng)絡(luò)。爆破警戒警戒范圍明挖爆破時，爆破平安距離至少300米，隧道爆破時，爆破平安距離至少500 米。機(jī)械設(shè)備距爆破點應(yīng)該至少撤離150米，爆破警戒示意圖如下：爆破警報Blasting time： follow application of blastingBlasting warning sign:Preliminary sign: 3 times of long sound discontinuance (every time 30s),30s -(stop)- 30s - (stop) - 30s , warning the site
