41、w the chargers. 叉車(chē)充電區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)第24頁(yè)/10/10252.5 通風(fēng)2.5 Ventilation 因?yàn)殡娊庖核蛛x在電池腔內(nèi)形成氫氧混合氣體，這個(gè)過(guò)程是在靠近電池充電結(jié)束時(shí)，即電池過(guò)充時(shí)發(fā)生，超出過(guò)充電壓就開(kāi)始放氣階段。氫氣是一個(gè)極易爆炸性氣體，當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)一定濃度時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生爆炸，所以設(shè)計(jì)電池充電房要確保有足夠自然通風(fēng)，假如需要強(qiáng)迫通風(fēng)，就應(yīng)該在始開(kāi)充電時(shí)接通通風(fēng)裝置，進(jìn)風(fēng)盡可能靠近地面，經(jīng)過(guò)電池然后盡可能高從對(duì)面排出。 A battery cab form a gas mixture of hydrogen and oxygen due to the electrolytic dec

44、26 排氣扇選取 Exhaust fan 排氣扇可安裝在屋檐下1米處左右或置于屋頂；室內(nèi)補(bǔ)風(fēng)口可設(shè)在離地面0.30.5米左右. Exhaust fans can be settled subjacent the eave 1 meter or on the roof; the air inlet should be set above the ground 0.30.5 meter. 如室內(nèi)設(shè)置34個(gè)排氣扇，充電期間排氣扇可輪番作業(yè)，但需確保60排氣扇在工作狀態(tài)，If therere 34 exhaust fans indoor, they can work in turns when cha
