1、外經(jīng)貿(mào)部信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室外經(jīng)貿(mào)信息化簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)報(bào) 第30期 22002年12月19日日 按 語(yǔ)語(yǔ)： 2002年年8月8日外外經(jīng)貿(mào)部政府府網(wǎng)站信息發(fā)發(fā)布系統(tǒng)開始始試運(yùn)行，截截止到11月月，在我部2247個(gè)子站站中，已開通通224個(gè)。111月份我部政政府中、英文文網(wǎng)站總頁(yè)面面瀏覽量為3360萬(wàn)，日日均頁(yè)面瀏覽覽量為12萬(wàn)萬(wàn)。另外，我我部政府中文文網(wǎng)站MOFFTEC郵箱箱當(dāng)月共轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)發(fā)了101個(gè)個(gè)電子郵件，其其中社會(huì)公眾眾發(fā)來(lái)60個(gè)個(gè)電子郵件，咨咨詢有關(guān)外經(jīng)經(jīng)貿(mào)政策及相相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)，并并提出一些意意見和建議，國(guó)國(guó)際電子商務(wù)務(wù)管理司已將將郵件轉(zhuǎn)送了了相關(guān)司局。 第一期全口徑徑進(jìn)出口監(jiān)控控預(yù)警體系司司局級(jí)干部培

3、介介紹了“全口徑體系系”的主要功能能，部機(jī)關(guān)各各司局、配額額許可證局和和電子商務(wù)中中心共15名名司局級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)導(dǎo)參加了培訓(xùn)訓(xùn)。馬副部長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)調(diào)：加強(qiáng)“全口徑體系系”培訓(xùn)應(yīng)用工工作是貫徹落落實(shí)十六大精精神和部黨組組擴(kuò)大會(huì)要求求，適應(yīng)新時(shí)時(shí)期外經(jīng)貿(mào)管管理工作的迫迫切需要。各各司、局一把把手要高度重重視這項(xiàng)工作作，親自學(xué)，帶帶頭用，在應(yīng)應(yīng)用中進(jìn)一步步提出需求，不不斷完善“全口徑體系系”。要認(rèn)真做做好培訓(xùn)工作作，沒(méi)有參加加培訓(xùn)的司局局級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部部都要參加培培訓(xùn)。通過(guò)培訓(xùn)，到會(huì)會(huì)司局級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)導(dǎo)全面了解了了“全口徑體系系”的功能，也也為各司局的的推廣應(yīng)用工工作奠定了重重要基礎(chǔ)。 （國(guó)際電子商務(wù)務(wù)管理司）2002年1

4、11月我部政府府中、英文網(wǎng)網(wǎng)站主站訪問(wèn)量和各各子站運(yùn)行情情況2002年111月份，我部部政府網(wǎng)站信信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)開始試運(yùn)行行已進(jìn)入第三三個(gè)月。在我我部開通的2247個(gè)子站中，已已有224個(gè)子站開始始啟用，絕大大多數(shù)的子站站在網(wǎng)上介紹紹了所在國(guó)家家的概況、經(jīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r況和外經(jīng)貿(mào)政政策，公布了了本單位的聯(lián)聯(lián)系方式，開開始為公眾提提供信息服務(wù)務(wù)。當(dāng)月，在在各地區(qū)司、駐駐外經(jīng)商機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)、政府網(wǎng)站站管理部門和和技術(shù)支持單單位的努力下下，本月新啟啟用了32個(gè)個(gè)子站，截至至11月底還還有23個(gè)空站，其其中包括：亞亞洲地區(qū)3個(gè)、歐洲地地區(qū)3個(gè)、西亞非非洲地區(qū)7個(gè)個(gè)、美洲大洋洋洲地區(qū)7個(gè)個(gè)、國(guó)際組織織2個(gè)、駐港
