ysixmonthsonthebasisofthepositiondescriptionandperformanceobjectivesthatareestablishedbymanagement.inaddition,supervisorsshouldengageinfrequentandongoinginformalperformancediscussionswithassociatestheysupervise.依照悅榕集團的理念:所有的職員都要進行工作能力考核。依照悅榕集團政策:按照工作崗位和治理層的要求,所有職員都將參與六個月一次的能力考核。此外,部門主管有責任經常與其所屬部門職員進行非正式的工作表現(xiàn)討論。Annualperformancereviewsconsistofawrittenevaluationoftheassociate’sjobperformanceandapersonaldiscussionwiththeassociate.writtenevaluationsshouldbebasedonobjectivesagreedtobetweenthesupervisorandtheassociateatthebeginningoftheyear年度考核的項目包括:職職員作表現(xiàn)的問鄭評估和部門主管與職員之間的討論問卷上的目標需要在每年年初由部門主管和職員同時認可。Informalperformancediscussion-performancecounselingshouldbeanongoingprocess,inwhichtheassociateismadeawareofhis/herperformancestrengthsandweaknesses.thegoalshouldbethattheannualreviewdoesnotcontainanymajorsurprises.supervisorsshoulddocumentinformalperformancediscussionforuseinpreparingtheformalreview.Informaldocumentation,however,isnotasubstituteforformalperformancereviewandcorrectiveaction.非正式工作表現(xiàn)討論:職職員作必須由此得到持續(xù)的指導,同時以此關心職員認識到自身的優(yōu)點和缺點。該討論的目標不應該與年度工作考核目標出現(xiàn)較大的波動,在正式考核前,部門主管需要對非正式的工作討論進行記錄備案。非正式的討論記錄備案不能代替正式的考核和改進表現(xiàn)。Objectivesofperformanceappraisal:工作考核的目標:1、Toevaluateassociates’performance:howeffectivelytheyperformtheirduty.評估職員的工作表現(xiàn):如何才能有效地把工作做得更好。2、Toimprovetheknowledgeandabilityofassociates.Suggestionsandresultsoftheperformanceappraisalwillbeaccumulatedtoformulatetrainingprogramsaimedatenhancingtheeffectiveperformancesofassociates.提高職員的知識和工作能力,考核結果和建議最終將被除數(shù)歸納并列入培訓項目安排以提高職員的工作效率。3、Totakeresultsofassociates’evaluationintoconsiderationforannualsalaryincrement,promotion,transfer,andcorrectiveactionofassociates.最后的考核結果將被除數(shù)列入加薪、晉升、調換部門考量并要求職員更正其不足之處。TheBanyanTreerequiresevaluationofassociatestobeconductedasfollows:悅榕集團要求全部職員參與以下考核Probationperiod:atthe3-6months試用期:3—6個月Aftercompletionoftheirprobationterm:onceeverysixmonths試用期滿后:考核時刻為每六個月一次。Yearofservices工作年限Yearofservicestartscalculatingfromtheemploymentdatetillthelastworkingday.工作年限以入職之日開始計算至最后工作日。Forassociatewhoisre-employedwillstartcountingfromthelatestemploymentdate.重新入職的職職員作年限將以最近一次入職的時刻開始計算。PART3第三節(jié)BENEFITS福利GovernmentBenefits政府福利1、injuryorsicknessduetocauseswhichhappenedoutsidetheworkingperiod.工作時刻以外的受傷和生病Benefit:willbecoveredbycompanybaseonlocallaborlaw.福利:酒店將依照當?shù)貏趧臃ǔ袚M用。2、ChildBirth生育Benefit:WillbeabletoreceivethebenefitsbaseonLocalLaborLaw.福利:可依照當?shù)貏趧臃ㄏ硎芟嚓P福利。Death死亡Benefit:WillbeabletoreceivethebenefitsbaseonLocalLaborLaw.福利:可依照當?shù)貏趧臃ㄏ硎芟嚓P福利。4、Retirement退休Benefit:WillbeabletoreceivethebenefitsbaseonLocalLaborLaw.福利:可依照當?shù)貏趧臃ㄏ硎芟嚓P福利。5、Unemployment失業(yè)Benefits:WillcoveredbyUnemploymentInsuranceaftercomplete3monthsserviceforHotel.Accordingtoourunderstanding,itisrequiredbylawthattheemployershallpaytheemploymentinsurance(aswellaspension,medicalinsurance,housingpublicreserve)fromthebeginningoftheemployment.福利:為酒店服務滿3個月后可享受失業(yè)保險福利。ForfurtherinformationpleasecontactHumanandResourceDepartment.具體細節(jié)請于人力資源部聯(lián)系。HotelBenefits酒店福利SalaryandOtherAllowance薪水和其他福利TheboardofmanagementconsiderssalariestobecompetitiveandalsoroutinelycomparesotherbenefitsforourassociateswithotherhotelsinLijiang.董事局將定期了解當?shù)赝袠I(yè)的薪金待遇,給職員提供有競爭力的、例題的薪金與福利。Salaryandalsootherbenefits,whichhavebeenapproved,aresubjecttochangeuponconsiderationoftheassociate’sposition,experience,educationalbackground,andsituation.Everyassociatewillgettheirsalaryonthelastdayofeachmonth,whichwillbedeposited,throughtheassociates’accountinthespecifiedbanks.Incometaxesandothersocialinsurancedeductionswillbedeductedautomaticallyfromthesalary.Associateswillberesponsibleforincometaxesthatarisefromotherincomes.薪金和其他被認可的福利,將會依照職員的職位、經驗、學歷和情況來更改。每位職員都將在每個月的最后一天收到薪金,薪金將被轉入指定的銀行賬戶內。個人所得稅和個人繳納部分的社會保險金均從其每月薪金自動扣除。職員對其其它收入所交納的個人所得稅由其本人負責。YearlyBonusisthemoneythatisprovidedtotheassociatesduetotheoperationofthehotel,withconsiderationoftheowners,andtheresultofassociates’performance.Thisamountofmoneywillnotbefixedandcanbechangedyearly.Associatesthatworkforlessthan12monthsincludingtheprobationperiod,andassociateswhotemporarilystopworkingwithoutreceivingsalarywillreceiveapartialbonusatthediscretionofmanagement.Associateswhoresignedduringtheyearwillnotreceiveeitherthefullorpartialbonus.年度獎金依照酒店的運作情況、業(yè)主的考慮和職員的表現(xiàn),職員將會得到一定金額的年度獎金。獎金的金額將不確定并依照每年的情況更改。為酒店服務為滿12個月(包括試用期)的職員和停薪留職的職員將依照酒店治理層的決定得到一部分年度獎金,辭職的職員將不能得到年度獎金。SalaryIncreaseThesalaryraiseinnotautomatic,butdependsontheconsiderationofthehotel,theoperationalresultofassociateswhicharestillonprobationwillnotgetaraise.Theincreaseofsalaryisdependentontheresultoftheassociate’sperformance,whichwillbeevaluatedbytheDepartmentHead.Nosalaryincreaseisconsideredduringtheprobationperiod.Therangeofsalaryincreasewillbedecidedbydepartmentsupervisorsbasedontheevaluationtoassociate’sperformance.Theformalevaluationform,whichisused,istheformfromtheH&Rdepartment,andtheevaluationwillstartinOctoberandendsinNovemberofeachyear.TheresultwillbegiventotheH&Rdepartmentforconsiderationandapproval.加薪薪金可不能自動提高,而是依照公司的考慮和職員的表現(xiàn)。試用期內不能加薪。加薪依照部門經理評估的職員表現(xiàn)來決定。在試用期內不予考慮廠。加薪的幅度將由部門經理對職員的表現(xiàn)進行評估決定。正式的考核表將由人力資源部統(tǒng)一提供,通常會在每一年的十月開始至十一月止。最后結果將交回人力資源部作最后的審核和批準。Uniform制服Associateswhoneedtowearauniformwillgetfreeuniforms.Aftertheassociateishired,theassociatewillreceiveadocumentfromtheH&RDepartment,withwhichtheassociatecanlaterbringtotheLaundryDepartmenttogettheuniform.酒店將為每一位職員提供免費制服。職員被錄用后,人力資源部將給職員一份制服領取表,憑該份表格職員可到制服房領取制服。Thehotelwilllaunderalluniformsaftertheassociatehasresigned.TheassociatewhohasresignedwillhavetofillouttheformfromtheH&RDepartmenttoensurethattheuniformhasbeenreturned.Theuniformsbelongtothehotelandcannotbebroughtoutofthehotelexceptforsomepositionsthatcanbewornhome.Associateswillweartheuniformduringworkandcannotwearthemelsewhere.Uniformincludesnametag,andshoes.酒店將會收回辭職職員的制服。辭職職員必須填寫人力資源部的制服退還表以確定制服差不多退還。制服屬于酒店,不同意帶出酒店(專門職位除外)。制服只能在工作時刻內穿著。制服包含工號牌和鞋子。MealService工作餐BanyanTreeLijianghasarrangedthestaffcanteenfortheconvenienceofassociates.Associateswillhavethecardofmealsinthecafeteria.Thosethatbringtheirownfoodarenotallowedtoeatthemoutsidethecafeteria.Associatesmustkeeptheplacecleanandalsoadheretothehotelhygienestandards.Associatesarenotallowedtobringfoodandbeveragesoutsidethecafeteria.Associatearenotallowedtobringfriendsorfamilymembersintothecafeteria.為了職員的方便,麗江悅榕將設置職員餐廳。所有的職員都將在職員餐廳憑飯卡用餐,自己帶食物的同事不能夠在職員餐廳以外的地點用餐。職員必須按照酒店要求保持職員餐廳的清潔衛(wèi)生。職員也不能將食物和飲料帶到職員餐廳以外的范圍。職員不能將家屬和朋友帶到職員餐廳。ComplimentaryAccommodationinOtherChainHotels其他連鎖酒店的免費住房

職員使用該福利時能夠在入住酒店的條件許可的情況下攜帶一名不超過21歲的小孩。4.Associatescanreserveanytypeofroomdependingontheavailabilityofthatroomandwilldeducttheaccommodationchargesfromthebenefitsthattheassociatesreceived.職員能夠基于住房率情況預定任何房型并從免費住房金額中扣除。
5.Inthecaseofstayingbeyondthegivenbenefits,thehotelwillchargeattherateof50%ofrackrate.
假如職員使用金額超過免費住房金額,酒店將按照門市價的50%計算超出的房費價格。
6.Associatesandtheirfamilywillhave50%discountfromthepriceslistedinthemenuforfoodsandbeveragesduringthestaybyusingthereceivedbenefits.

7.Thebenefitscanbetransferredtoparentsorbrothersandsisterswhocometovisittheassociatesinthehotelthathe/sheisworkingat,whowillnotbeabletousemorethan5roomnightsayear.
