ào)質(zhì)檢員空調(diào)工程師空調(diào)工程師空調(diào)質(zhì)檢員HVACQC電氣工程師electricalengineer空調(diào)水班長(zhǎng)HVACHydroforeman空調(diào)風(fēng)班長(zhǎng)HVACAirforeman電氣班長(zhǎng)electricalforeman2、材料準(zhǔn)備2.MaterialPreparation2.1儀器儀表要求及主要儀表工具:RequirementofInstrumentsandMainInstrumentstoBeUsed2.1.1通風(fēng)與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)調(diào)試所使用的儀器儀表應(yīng)有出廠合格證明書和鑒定文件。Theinstrumentstobeusedinthecommissioningofventilationandair-conditioningsystemshouldowntheex-workcertificateandcertifyingdocument.2.1.2嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行計(jì)量法,不準(zhǔn)在調(diào)試工作崗位上使用無檢定合格印、證或超過檢定周期以及經(jīng)檢定不合格的計(jì)量?jī)x器儀表。Strictlyimplementthemethodofmeasurement,instrumentsformeasurementbutareunqualifiedprovenbytest,orexpiredornoconformitymarkprintedornocertificatepresented,theseinstrumentsshallnotbeusedforthecommissioningwork.2.1.3必須了解各種常用測(cè)試儀表的構(gòu)造原理和性能,嚴(yán)格掌握它們的使用和校驗(yàn)方法,按規(guī)定的操作步驟進(jìn)行測(cè)試。Mustunderstandthestructureprincipleandperformanceofdifferentkindsofcommonlyusedinstruments,strictlymastertheirapplicationmethodandcalibrationmethod,operatethetestaccordingspecifiedprocedure.2.1.4綜合效果測(cè)定時(shí),所使用的儀表精度級(jí)別應(yīng)高于被測(cè)對(duì)象的級(jí)別。Formeasuration(ordetermination)ofcomprehensiveresultanteffect,theadoptedinstrumentitsprecisionlevelshouldbehigherthanthelevelofappliedobject.2.1.5搬運(yùn)和使用儀器儀表要輕拿輕放,防止震動(dòng)和撞擊,不使用儀表時(shí)應(yīng)放在專用工具儀表箱內(nèi),防潮濕防污穢等。2.1.5Movingandusingofinstrumentsshouldbeverycareful,avoidshakingorbumping,idleinstrumentsshouldbewellpackedinthebox,avoidmoistureanddirtetc..2.1.6畢托管;罩式風(fēng)速儀;其它常用的電工儀表、聲級(jí)儀、鋼卷尺、手電鉆、活扳子、改錐、鉗子、鐵錘、梯子、手電筒、對(duì)講機(jī)、計(jì)算器、測(cè)桿等。2.1.6Pitometer;hood-typeair-speedmeter;othercommonlyusedelectricalmeter,acousticmeter,steeltape,electrichanddrill,spanner,screwdriver,tongs,hammer,ladder,electrictorch,interphone,calculator,lengthrodetc..2.2作業(yè)條件OperationalCondition2.2.1通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)必須安裝完畢,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試之前會(huì)同建設(shè)單位進(jìn)行全面檢查,全部符合設(shè)計(jì)施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范和工程質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,才能進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和調(diào)試。TheHVACsystemshallbeinstalledcompletely,beforecommissioning,carryoutfullyinspectionjointlywithOwner,onlyafterallaspectsarecompliantwithrequirementsofthese,thecodefordesign,constructionandinspection,andthestandardforinspectionandevaluationofconstructionwork,shouldthesystemandcommissioningbecommenced.2.2.2通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所需用的電氣照明等,應(yīng)具備使用條件,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清理干凈。Electriclightetc.,whichforrunningofHVACsystem,shouldbereadyforuseandincleanconditiononsite.2.2.3運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試之前做好下列工作準(zhǔn)備:Thefollowingworkshouldbewellpreparedbeforecommencementofcommissioning應(yīng)有運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試方案,內(nèi)容包括調(diào)試系統(tǒng)編號(hào),時(shí)間進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,調(diào)試項(xiàng)目,程序和采取的方法等;Commissioningproposalshouldbepresented,contentshouldincludesthesystemNo.,timeschedule,item(objective)ofcommissioning,procedureandmethodetc.;按運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試方案,備好儀表和工具及調(diào)試記錄表格;Accordingtocommissioningproposal,arrangetheinstrumentsandtoolsaswellasrecordforms.熟悉通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的全部設(shè)計(jì)資料,計(jì)算的狀態(tài)參數(shù),領(lǐng)會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)意圖,掌握風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)、電系統(tǒng)的工作原理。BefamiliarwithHVACsystem,includingalldesigndataandstatusparameterforcalculation,understandthedesignobjective,mastertheprinciplethathowtheairductsystem,electricsystemrun.風(fēng)道系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)閥、防火閥、送風(fēng)口和回風(fēng)口內(nèi)的閥板、葉片應(yīng)在開啟的工作狀態(tài)位置。Intheductsystem,control-damper,firedamper,supplyandreturndamperplateorleafshouldbeatthepositionofopenandworkingstate,2.2.4通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)量調(diào)試之前,先應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),設(shè)備完好符合設(shè)計(jì)要求后,方可進(jìn)行調(diào)試工作。BeforecommissioningforairvolumeofHVACsystem,firstofallshouldcarryoutcommissioningoneachsinglefan,onlyafterconfirmingtheeligibilityofeachsinglefan,shouldsystemcommissioningworkbestarted.
四、調(diào)試操作工藝.TechniqueofCommissioningOperation4.1調(diào)試工藝程序如下:4.1Processsequence(procedure)ofcommissioningisasfollow:準(zhǔn)備工作preparationwork通內(nèi)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試前的檢查InspectionbeforecommissioningofHVACsystem通內(nèi)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)量測(cè)試與調(diào)整AirvolumetestandadjustmentforHVACsystem空調(diào)器設(shè)備性能測(cè)定與調(diào)整MeasurationandadjustmentofperformanceofHVACequipment空調(diào)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)控制線路的檢查Inspectionofcontrol-wiringforHVACautomaticregulatingsystem調(diào)節(jié)器及檢測(cè)儀表單體性能校驗(yàn)Calibrationofsingleadjusteranddetection-instrument自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)及檢測(cè)儀表聯(lián)動(dòng)校驗(yàn)Calibrationofautomaticregulatingsystemanddetection-instrumentinjointlytie-instate空調(diào)系統(tǒng)綜合效果測(cè)定Measuration(ordetermination)ofcomprehensiveresultanteffectofHVACsystem資料整理編制交工調(diào)試報(bào)告DataArrangementandHandoverofCommissioningReport4.2準(zhǔn)備工作:Preparationwork:4.2.1熟悉空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和有關(guān)技術(shù)文件,室內(nèi)、外空氣計(jì)算參數(shù),風(fēng)量、冷熱負(fù)荷、恒溫精度要求等,弄清送(回)風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、供冷和供熱系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的全過程。Befamiliarwiththese,designdrawingandrelevanttechnicaldocument,calculationparameterforindoorandoutdoorair,requirementforairvolume,coldandheatload,constanttemperatureprecisionetc.,moreover,wellunderstandthewholeprocessofthesesystems,supply(return)airsystem,coolingsupplyandheatingsupplysystem,auto-adjustmentsystem.4.2.2繪制通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的透視示意圖。IssuetheperspectiveschematicdrawingsforHVACsystem.4.2.3調(diào)試人員會(huì)同設(shè)計(jì)、施工和建設(shè)單位深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng),查清空調(diào)系統(tǒng)安裝質(zhì)量不合格的地方,查清施工與設(shè)計(jì)不符的地方,記錄在缺陷明細(xì)表中,限期修改完。Commissioningpersonneljointlywithdesignunit,constructionunitandOwner,gofurtheronsitetoinvestigateareaswhereinstallationofHVACsystemisnotqualified,andwheredesignandconstructionareindiscrepancy,listtheomnthedefectlist,takecorrectiveactioninduetime.4.2.4備好調(diào)試所需的儀器儀表和必要工具,消除缺陷明細(xì)表中的各種毛病。電源、水源、冷、熱源準(zhǔn)備就緒后,即可按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和調(diào)試。Arrangeallinstrumentsandnecessarytoolsrequiredbycommissioningwork,resolveallproblemslistedinthedefectlist.Afterpowersupply,watersupply,coolingsupplyandheatingsupplyareready,thengoaheadthecommissioning.4.3.通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前的檢查:InspectionbeforecommissioningofHVACsystem:4.3.1核對(duì)通風(fēng)機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)的型號(hào)、規(guī)格是否與設(shè)計(jì)相符。Checkagainstthemodel,specificationofventilationfanandmotor,whetherornottheyarecompliantwithdesign.4.3.2檢查地腳螺栓是否擰緊、減振臺(tái)座是否平,皮帶輪或聯(lián)軸器是否找正。Checkwhetherornotanchoringboltiswellfastened,dampingpedestalisinlevelstate,beltpulleyorcoupleriswellaligned.檢查軸承處是否有足夠的潤(rùn)滑油,加注潤(rùn)滑油的種類和數(shù)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定。Checkwhetherornotthereissufficientlubricantforbearing,whetherornotthetypeandquantityofaddedlubricantmeetthespecificationthatspecifiedintheequipmenttechnicaldocument.4.3.4檢查電機(jī)及有接地要求的風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)管接地線連接是否可靠。Checkwhetherornotthegroundinglinesarereliableformotorsandfansaswellasairductswhichwithgroundingrequirement.4.3.5檢查風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)閥門,開啟應(yīng)靈活、定位裝置可靠。Checkthecontrol-damperforfan,whichshouldbeeasytoopen,andatareliableposition.4.3.6風(fēng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)不少于兩個(gè)小時(shí)。Fanshouldbeabletostartandruncontinuously,therunningshouldbenolessthan2hrs.4.3.7通風(fēng)空調(diào)設(shè)備單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)漏風(fēng)量測(cè)定合格后,方可進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),并不少于8h時(shí)。OnlyaftercommissioningofeachsingleHVACequipmentandtheleakagetestofductsystemarequalified,shouldthesystembeallowedtojointlytie-inforcommissioning,therunningshouldbenolessthan8hrs.4.4通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)量測(cè)定與調(diào)整:4.4MeasurationandAdjustmentofAirVolumeofHVACSystem4.4.1按工程實(shí)際情況,繪制系統(tǒng)單線透視圖、應(yīng)標(biāo)明風(fēng)管尺寸,測(cè)點(diǎn)截面位置,送(回)風(fēng)口的位置,同時(shí)標(biāo)明設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量、風(fēng)速、截面面積及風(fēng)口外框面積(圖3.4.1)。Accordingtoprojectactualconditions,drawthesingle-lineperspectivediagramforsystem,andmarkclearlythedimensionsofductandthepositionoftestpoint'ssection,positionofsupply(return)inlet/outlet,simultaneousmarkclearlythedesignairvolume,airspeed,sectionarea,andareaofexternalframeofinlet/outlet(figure3.4.1).

freshairvolumeis10%.3相鄰不同級(jí)別潔凈室之間和潔凈室與非潔凈室之間的靜壓差不應(yīng)小于5Pa,潔凈室與室外的靜壓差不應(yīng)小于lOPa;Staticpressuredifference(staticpressuredrop)betweenadjacentcleanroomswherewithdifferentcleangrade,alsobetweencleanroomandnon-cleanroom,shallbenolessthan5Pa,whereasbetweencleanroomandoutdoorshallbenolesslOPa;4室內(nèi)空氣潔凈度等級(jí)必須符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的等級(jí)或在商定驗(yàn)收狀態(tài)下的等級(jí)要求。高于等于5級(jí)的單向流潔凈室,在門開啟的狀態(tài)下,測(cè)定距離門0.6m室內(nèi)側(cè)工作高度處空氣的含塵濃度,亦不應(yīng)超過室內(nèi)潔凈度等級(jí)上限的規(guī)定。Cleannessgradeofairinroomshallmeettherequirementofdesignspecificationoragreementofacceptance.Single-wayflowcleanroomwithcleannessgradeequaltoorhigherthangrade5,duringdoorisinopenstate,measurethedustinessdegreeattheworkingheightwithdistancetodoor0.6minroom,thedustinessdegresehallnotexceedtheupperlimitofcleannessgradeinroom.檢查數(shù)量:調(diào)試記錄全數(shù)檢查,測(cè)點(diǎn)抽查5%,且不得少于1點(diǎn)。Inspectionquantity:checkallquantityofcommissioningrecord,takespotcheckoftestpoints5%,andshallbenolessthan1point.檢查方法:檢查、驗(yàn)證調(diào)試記錄,按本規(guī)范附剝進(jìn)行測(cè)試校核。Inspectionmethod:inspection,provingthecommissioningrecord,applyingtheAppendixBinthisspecificationforcarryingouttestandchecking.5.3一般項(xiàng)目GeneralItems5.3.1設(shè)備單機(jī)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及調(diào)試應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Commissioningofsingleequipmentshallmeetthefollowingtermsspecified:1水泵運(yùn)行時(shí)不應(yīng)有異常振動(dòng)和聲響、殼體密封處不得滲漏、緊固連接部位不應(yīng)松動(dòng)、軸封的溫升應(yīng)正常;在無特殊要求的情況下,普通填料泄漏量不應(yīng)大于60mL/h,機(jī)械密封的不應(yīng)大于5mL/h;Therunningofwaterpumpshallnotallowanyabnormalvibrationornoise,theseamofhousingshouldbewithoutleakage,fasteningconnectionshallbewithoutlooseness,temperatureriseofwaterpump'sshaftsealshallbenormal;unlessspecified,otherwiseleakageofnormalfillershallbenogreaterthan60mL/h,tocontactseal(mechanicalseal)shallnotexceed5mL/h;2風(fēng)機(jī)、空調(diào)機(jī)組、風(fēng)冷熱泵等設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí),產(chǎn)生的噪聲不宜超過產(chǎn)品性能說明書的規(guī)定值;檢查數(shù)量:第1、2款抽查20%,且不得少于1臺(tái);第3款抽查10%,且不得少于5臺(tái)。Duringrunningoffan,airhandlingunit,aircooling/heatingpump,thenoiseoccurredshallnotexceedthevaluespecifiedbyproductperformancemanual;Inspectionquantity:takespotcheck20%fortype1,type2,andshallnolessthan1set;takespotcheck10%fortype3,andshallbenolessthan5sets.檢查方法:觀察、旁站、查閱試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)記錄。Inspectionmethod:observation,stand-by,readthecommissioningrecord.5.3.2通風(fēng)工程系統(tǒng)無生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷聯(lián)動(dòng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及調(diào)試應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Jointlytie-incommissioningforventilationsystemwithoutproductionloadshallmeetthefollowingtermsspecified:1系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,設(shè)備及主要部件的聯(lián)動(dòng)必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)、正確,無異?,F(xiàn)象;Duringjointlytie-incommissioningofsystem,theequipmentandmaincomponentstheirinter-linkageandinter-coordinationshallmeetthedesignrequirement,themovementshouldbecoordinativeandinconcord,correct,withoutabnormalphenomenonoccurred.2系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過平衡調(diào)整,各風(fēng)口或吸風(fēng)罩的風(fēng)量與設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量的允許偏差不應(yīng)大于15%;Afterbalanceadjustmentofsystem,allowabledifferencebetweentheairvolumeofeachdiffuserorsuctionhoodandthedesignairvolumeshallnotexceed15%.5.3.3空調(diào)工程系統(tǒng)無生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷聯(lián)動(dòng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及調(diào)試還應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Jointlytie-incommissioningforair-conditioningsystemwithoutproductionload:1空調(diào)工程水系統(tǒng)應(yīng)沖洗干凈、不含雜物,并排除管道系統(tǒng)中的空氣;系統(tǒng)連續(xù)運(yùn)行應(yīng)達(dá)到正常、平穩(wěn);水泵的壓力和水泵電機(jī)的電流不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)大幅波動(dòng)。系統(tǒng)平衡調(diào)整后,各空調(diào)機(jī)組的水流量應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,允許偏差為20%;1.Theair-conditioninghydrosystemmustbecleanedcompletely,withoutimpuritiesanddirtstuff,andalsoairinsidethepipesystemmustbetotallyexhausted;thecontinuousrunningofsystemshouldbenormalandstable;pressureofwaterpumpandelectriccurrentofwaterpumpmotorshouldbefreefromgreatfluctuation.Afterbalanceadjustmentofsystem,eachairhandlingunit'swaterflowshouldbecompliantwithdesignrequirement,allowabledifferenceis20%2各種自動(dòng)計(jì)量檢測(cè)元件和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的工作應(yīng)正常,滿足建筑設(shè)備自動(dòng)化(BA、FA等)系統(tǒng)對(duì)被測(cè)定參數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和控制的要求;2.Eachkindofautomaticmeasuringanddetectingelementandactuatormustrunnormally,soastomeettherequirementthattheautomaticconstructionequipment(BA,FAetc.)systemareabletocarryoutdetectionandcontrolofcertainaimedparameter.3多臺(tái)冷卻塔并聯(lián)運(yùn)行時(shí),各冷卻塔的進(jìn)、出水量應(yīng)達(dá)到均衡一致;Whenseveralsetsofcoolingtowersinparallelconnectionarerunning,theinletandoutletofwaterflowshouldbeinuniformity;4空調(diào)室內(nèi)噪聲應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定要求;Thenoiseinair-conditioningroommustmeetthedesignrequirement;5有壓差要求的房間、廳堂與其他相鄰房間之間的壓差,舒適性空調(diào)正壓為0?25Pa;工藝性的空調(diào)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)定;Forroomswherewithpressuredifference(pressuredrop)requirementandhalls,pressuredropbetweenthemandtheiradjacentrooms,forcomfort-typeair-conditioneristobepositivepressure0-25Pa;forprocess-typeairconditionerthedesignspecificationshallbemet;6有環(huán)境噪聲要求的場(chǎng)所,制冷、空調(diào)機(jī)組應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《采暖通風(fēng)與空氣調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備噪聲聲功率級(jí)的測(cè)定——工程法》GB9068的規(guī)定進(jìn)行測(cè)定。潔凈室內(nèi)的噪聲應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)定。
