recoveryformanybusinesses, somerestrictionsremained inplacethroughthefirsthalfoftheyear.Thesecontinued tonegativelyimpactsomebusinesses—particularlythose intheretailorhospitality SMEswith28%ofSMEsreportedasclosedinJanuary2021 (Fig.5).6Meanwhile,one-thirdofSMEsalsoreportedbeing
