設(shè)/r/n/r/n計說明書/r/n1.1/r/n/r/n工程設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)資料/r/n1.1.1/r/n/r/n城市概況/r/n溫縣位于河南省西北部,黃河北岸,地理位置在東徑/r/n/r/n/r/n/r/n至/r/n/r/n35°02'之間,北界沁河與博愛為鄰,南隔黃河與鞏縣、滎陽縣相望,東連武陟縣,西鄰/r/n孟縣,西北與沁陽市接壤。東西長/r/n/r/n31/r/n公里,南北寬/r/n/r/n24/r/n公里,總面積/r/n/r/n477.2/r/n平方公里。/r/n溫縣轄三鎮(zhèn)十鄉(xiāng):溫泉鎮(zhèn)、/r/n/r/n趙堡鎮(zhèn)、祥云鎮(zhèn),和岳村、招賢、番田、/r/n/r/n楊磊、黃莊、/r/n/r/n林肇、徐堡、北冷、武德鎮(zhèn)、南張羌等十鄉(xiāng),249/r/n/r/n個村民委員會??h城位于縣中心偏南,/r/n/r/n面積62/r/n平方公里,轄/r/n29/r/n個村民委員會。/r/n1.1.2/r/n/r/n氣候條件/r/n溫縣屬暖溫帶大陸性季風(fēng)型氣候,旱年多、澇年少,夏秋熱,冬春寒冷干燥,年平/r/n/r/n均氣溫/r/n/r/n/r/n月份最熱,月平均氣溫/r/n/r/n/r/n月份最冷,月平均氣溫-0.1°C,歷史上/r/n/r/n最高氣溫/r/n/r/n42.3°C,最低溫度零下/r/n14.6°C。主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向東北、西南風(fēng),其次西北、東南風(fēng),/r/n/r/n多年平均風(fēng)速/r/n9.8/r/n米/秒,歷史最大風(fēng)速/r/n42/r/n米/秒。年平均降雨量/r/n552.4/r/n/r/n毫米,多集中在夏/r/n季/r/n7、8/r/n月份,日最大降雨量/r/n126.0/r/n毫米,最長連續(xù)降雨日數(shù)/r/n1966/r/n年7月/r/n21日至23/r/n/r/n日降/r/n雨量為/r/n179.4/r/n毫米。年平均無霜期/r/n214/r/n天,年平均日照時數(shù)/r/n2512/r/n小時。/r/n1.1.3/r/n/r/n水文/r/n溫縣河流均系黃河水系,主要河流有黃河、沁河及排澇河系,境內(nèi)河道全長/r/n190/r/n公/r/n里,平均年徑流量近/r/n500/r/n億立方米,平均年利用量為/r/n2717.8/r/n/r/n萬立方米。溫縣境內(nèi)還有高/r/n/r/n河、廣濟河、北冷澇河、興隆河、常濟河、姚莊澇河、老榮澇河、大平堰、番田澇河等/r/n/r/n河渠。/r/n全縣水資源總量/r/n18402.7/r/n萬立方米,其中深層地下水/r/n5765.7/r/n/r/n萬立方米,淺層地下水/r/n12637/r/n萬立方米。1982/r/n年全縣地下水平均埋深/r/n11.98/r/n米,最大埋深20.51/r/n/r/n米,總體是南區(qū)/r/n/r/n和/r/n東/r/n北/r/n區(qū)/r/n好/r/n,/r/n西/r/n部/r/n和/r/n中/r/n部/r/n缺/r/n水/r/n嚴(yán)/r/n重/r/n。/r/n水/r/n資/r/n源/r/n總/r/n量/r/n加/r/n入/r/n境/r/n水/r/n和/r/n引/r/n過/r/n境/r/n水/r/n,/r/n可/r/n利/r/n用/r/n量/r/n為/r/n/r/n16715.9萬立方米,已利用量為10217.8/r/n萬立方米。/r/n溫縣縣城可供選擇的水資源有兩大類:地表水資源和地下水資源。/r/n1.1.3.1/r/n/r/n地表水資源/r/n/r/n縣城附近的老蟒河、蚰蜒河、榮澇河,均屬排澇、排污河,不宜作為飲用水源。新/r/n蟒河由于受上游工業(yè)排放廢水的污染,水質(zhì)惡化、污染嚴(yán)重,也不宜作為飲用水水源。/r/n流經(jīng)溫縣縣城的黃河河段位于小花區(qū)間,該區(qū)間起始端有洛陽市吉利區(qū)的廢污水直/r/n接排入,還有洛河、汜水河、新蟒河、老蟒河、沁河、枯水河等支流水系相繼匯入,隨/r/n/r/n著流域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,/r/n這些支流都已遭受嚴(yán)重污染,也使得黃河干流水污染明顯加重,時常/r/n出現(xiàn)超Ⅲ類甚至超Ⅴ類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不能滿足《地面水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GHZB1-2005)Ⅲ類/r/n水/r/n/r/n域使用功能的要求,已不宜作為生活飲用水源。/r/n1.1.3.2 地下水資源/r/n(1)/r/n/r/n地下水資源現(xiàn)狀/r/n縣城城區(qū)地下水由于多項水質(zhì)指標(biāo)超標(biāo),已嚴(yán)重危害了居民的身體健康、增加了工/r/n/r/n業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本,同時由于常年超量開采,地下水水位逐年下降,已引起部分地面下沉。/r/n城南/r/n3/r/n公里遠(yuǎn)的黃河高漫灘區(qū)是整個縣城地下水的富水地段,此地帶的地下水補給源/r/n/r/n充分,補給條件好,年補給量與消耗大體相當(dāng)。因此在本區(qū)內(nèi)增建/r/n6/r/n萬米/r/n3/r/n/日的水源地,/r/n/r/n地下水資源量是有保障的。/r/n(2)/r/n/r/n地下水水質(zhì)/r/n據(jù)取樣分析結(jié)果可知:本區(qū)地下水除鐵、錳含量超標(biāo)外,其它均符合《城市供水水/r/n/r/n/r/n206-2005),屬重碳酸鎂鈣型水,礦化度小于/r/n/r/n0.5g/L,比較適于飲用。/r/n(3)/r/n/r/n水源地特點/r/n水源地黃河高漫灘區(qū)還具有以下特點:/r/n①地形平坦,灘區(qū)距縣城僅/r/n3/r/n公里,施工、管理方便。/r/n②區(qū)域內(nèi)最富/r/n水的/r/n中層/r/n含水/r/n層組底板埋深僅/r/n150/r/n/r/n米左右,且含水/r/n層/r/n顆粒粗,導(dǎo)水性/r/n/r/n強,厚度大,易開采,有較好的天然保護層,不易被外界污染。/r/n③隨著黃河小浪底工程的建成,該區(qū)域不再受黃河泛濫威脅。/r/n④這里幾乎無工業(yè)分布,污染源少,水質(zhì)比較好。/r/n1.1.4/r/n/r/n地貌/r/n溫縣處黃河下游,總的地勢是西北高、東南低,/r/n/r/n屬黃、沁河沖積平原。由于黃、沁/r/n/r/n河歷史上多次泛濫、改道。使全縣形成“南灘北洼中間崗”的地貌特征。/r/n縣城地勢較為平坦,高程多在/r/n105~110/r/n米之間。城南水源地高程在/r/n105/r/n/r/n米左右,比/r/n/r/n城區(qū)地勢低。/r/n1.1.5/r/n/r/n工程地質(zhì)/r/n溫縣位居黃河北岸,全為第四系沖積平原,在大地構(gòu)造上位于豫西降起和山西隆起/r/n/r/n的銜接地帶,/r/n/r/n處于濟源凹陷中部的南側(cè),縣境北部與凹隆起帶相連,縣境南部邙山之?dāng)?r/n裂層橫貫全境??h境之內(nèi),構(gòu)造主體呈東西向,且被北東向斷裂三處切割??h西有拓賢/r/n斷裂;/r/n縣北有北冷斷裂、徐堡斷裂;縣東有趙堡、南張羌斷裂;向西延伸,經(jīng)縣城北轉(zhuǎn)/r/n/r/n為北東向,/r/n穿岳村鄉(xiāng)方頭村西側(cè),/r/n向西南方向展布與黃河斷裂相接。/r/n縣城地質(zhì)系沖擊/r/n層/r/n,/r/n土/r/n層/r/n較/r/n厚/r/n,/r/n地/r/n表/r/n面/r/n為/r/n中/r/n壤/r/n土/r/n和/r/n輕/r/n壤/r/n土/r/n,/r/n一/r/n般/r/n土/r/n壤/r/n承/r/n載/r/n力/r/n:/r/n西/r/n北/r/n方/r/n向/r/n為/r/n/r/n1.2/r/n~/r/n/r/n1.5kg/cm/r/n2/r/n,東南方向為/r/n/r/n1.0~1.2/r/n/r/nkg/r/n//r/ncm/r/n2/r/n。/r/n縣城境內(nèi)地震不多,震級不高,最大震級/r/n5.0/r/n/r/n級,震前大都有氣象異常,但受外圍震/r/n波影響較頻繁,烈度較高。據(jù)/r/n1977/r/n/r/n年國家地震局武漢地震大隊編制的《河南省地震烈度/r/n/r/n區(qū)劃圖》所示,溫縣縣城地震烈度為六度。/r/n1.1.6/r/n/r/n給水量計算參數(shù)/r/n1.1.6.1 最高日人均給水定額/r/n/r/n根/r/n據(jù)/r/n溫/r/n縣/r/n縣城總體規(guī)劃/r/n及/r/n給/r/n水/r/n工程規(guī)劃,參/r/n照/r/n該/r/n縣/r/n城目前的人均/r/n生/r/n活/r/n用/r/n水指標(biāo),并/r/n結(jié)合《/r/n室外給水設(shè)計規(guī)范(/r/n/r/n50013-2006/r/n考慮溫縣縣城的居民生活水平和節(jié)水意/r/n/r/n識,確定綜合生活用水定額/r/nq/r/n近期取210/r/n升/人·日;遠(yuǎn)期/r/n215/r/n升/人·日。/r/n1.1.6.2/r/n/r/n人口規(guī)模/r/n溫縣縣城2005/r/n年年末城區(qū)人口/r/n為/r/n7.5/r/n萬人,當(dāng)年人口增長率為/r/n/r/n1.06%,則溫縣縣/r/n/r/n城規(guī)劃人口/r/nN=N/r/n0/r/n×(1+f)/r/nn/r/n至近期規(guī)劃年限,將達到12.78/r/n/r/n萬人;至遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃年限,將達到/r/n21.77/r/n萬人。/r/n則綜合生活用水量/r/n/r/nQ/r/n1/r/n=qN/r/n近期為/r/n/r/n2.68/r/n萬噸/日,遠(yuǎn)期為/r/n/r/n4.68/r/n1.1.6.3工業(yè)用水/r/nQ/r/n2/r/n據(jù)統(tǒng)計,/r/n2005/r/n年/r/n縣城/r/n城區(qū)工業(yè)產(chǎn)值/r/nQ/r/n20/r/n為/r/n6/r/n億/r/n元,/r/n到遠(yuǎn)期工業(yè)產(chǎn)/r/n值增/r/n長率/r/nf/r/n為/r/n/r/n7.5%,/r/n因此,/r/n預(yù)計近期城區(qū)工業(yè)產(chǎn)值/r/n/r/nQ/r/n20/r/n×(1+f)/r/nn1/r/n/r/n為/r/n/r/n11.5/r/n/r/n億元,/r/n遠(yuǎn)期工業(yè)產(chǎn)值/r/n/r/nQ/r/n20/r/n×/r/n(1+f)/r/nn2/r/n為/r/n22.1/r/n/r/n億元。根據(jù)河南省縣城平均水平、參照焦作地區(qū)相近縣城情況,溫縣縣城/r/n/r/n工業(yè)萬元產(chǎn)值耗水量/r/nq/r/n近期取為/r/n85/r/n噸/萬元,遠(yuǎn)期取/r/n80/r/n則預(yù)計該縣城工業(yè)用水量/r/nQ/r/n2/r/n=/r/nQ/r/n20/r/n×(1+f)/r/nn/r/n×q/r/n近期/r/n2.68/r/n萬噸/日,遠(yuǎn)期/r/n4.84/r/n/r/n/r/n1.2/r/n/r/n設(shè)計方案選擇的說明/r/n1./r/n2.1/r/n/r/n設(shè)計方案的提出/r/n根據(jù)水源水質(zhì)分析結(jié)果和《/r/n/r/n生活飲用水衛(wèi)生規(guī)范》的對照,擬采用以下幾種工藝流/r/n/r/n程方案:/r/n(1)方案一:/r/n本設(shè)計中采用地下水,濁度、色度都在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值之下,鐵錳超標(biāo),其它各項生化指標(biāo)/r/n都合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所以可以采用傳統(tǒng)除鐵錳工藝進行處理,就能達到《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。/r/n原水→曝氣→除鐵錳濾池→清水池→二級泵房→用戶/r/n(2)方案二:/r/n/r/n考慮到水中鐵錳含量比較高,采用一級過濾鐵離子干擾錳離子的去除,影響最終水/r/n質(zhì),因此采用二級過濾,先除鐵,再除錳。/r/n/r/n原水→曝氣→除鐵濾池→除錳濾池→清水池→二級泵房→用戶/r/n/r/n(3)方案三:/r/n由于水源鐵含量高,采用二級過濾除鐵錳,/r/n/r/n并不能在一級過濾中徹底去除的鐵離/r/n/r/n子,/r/n/r/n在二級過濾中仍然會對錳離子的去除造成干擾。/r/n/r/n因此,/r/n/r/n在二級過濾前進行再次曝/r/n氣,使一級過濾后殘余的鐵離子在二級過濾中二次去除,以保證鐵錳去除率。/r/n原水→簡單曝氣→除鐵濾池→二次曝氣→除錳濾池→二級泵房→用戶/r/n1.2.2/r/n/r/n方案的比較選擇/r/n參考《水質(zhì)工程學(xué)》、《給水工程》可以很容易的得出這個結(jié)論:/r/n/r/n鐵小于/r/n/r/n2.0mg/l;錳小/r/n/r/n于1.5mg/l/r/n/r/n時可采用簡單曝氣一級過濾法處理,達到除鐵除錳的目的。當(dāng)水中鐵的含量大/r/n/r/n于/r/n/r/n5mg/l;錳大于/r/n/r/n1.5mg/l/r/n/r/n時一般采用二級過濾工藝,一級過濾先除鐵,二級過濾再除錳/r/n原因是當(dāng)鐵和錳同時存在于水中時,鐵能干擾錳的去除,特別是鐵和錳的含量較高時,/r/n/r/n除錳就更困難。本設(shè)計中,原水中鐵含量為/r/n15mg/l,錳含量為/r/n5mg/l。采用方案一、二都/r/n不能較徹底的去除水中鐵錳離子。/r/n另根據(jù)已/r/n建地/r/n下水處理工程(/r/n海拉/r/n爾自來水廠)/r/n運/r/n行經(jīng)/r/n驗,/r/n當(dāng)/r/n原水中鐵/r/n含/r/n量大于/r/n/r/n10mg/l,處理工藝采用方案二,出水管道中有大量錳質(zhì)沉淀;在二級/r/n/r/n濾池前增加二次曝/r/n氣裝置后,這種狀況得到/r/n明顯改善,再無沉淀積層,出水水質(zhì)也明顯提高。/r/n此外,二級曝氣只需增加曝氣構(gòu)筑物即可,工藝較為簡單,水處理成本不會因此而/r/n/r/n大大提高。/r/n經(jīng)以上工藝?yán)碚摗⒐こ虒嵺`分析比較,本設(shè)計采用方案三。/r/n1.3/r/n/r/n濾池的選擇說明/r/n1.3.1/r/n/r/n設(shè)計原則/r/n濾池的設(shè)計原則主要包括以下己方面內(nèi)容:/r/n/r/n(1)供生活飲用水的濾池出水水質(zhì)經(jīng)消毒后應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生準(zhǔn)》。/r/n(2)供生產(chǎn)用水的過濾池出水水質(zhì),應(yīng)符合生產(chǎn)工藝要求。/r/n(3)濾池形式的選擇,應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力、原水水質(zhì)和工藝流高程布置等結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)?r/n條件,通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較確定。/r/n/r/n(4)濾料應(yīng)只有足夠的機械強度和抗蝕性能,并不得臺有有害成分,一般可采用石無/r/n煙煤和重質(zhì)礦石等。/r/n/r/n(5)快濾池、無閥濾池和壓力濾池的個數(shù)及單個濾池面積,應(yīng)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和運1等條/r/n件通過技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較確定,但個數(shù)不得少于2個。/r/n/r/n(6)/r/n濾池應(yīng)/r/n按正/r/n常情況下的濾速設(shè)計/r/n,并/r/n以檢修情況下的強制/r/n濾/r/n速校/r/n核/r/n。正常情況水/r/n廠全部濾池進行工作,檢修情況系指全部濾池中的一個或兩個停產(chǎn)進行檢修、翻砂。/r/n/r/n(7)濾池的工作周期,宜采用12~24h。/r/n/r/n(8)濾池的濾速及濾料組成,宜按規(guī)范采用。/r/n/r/n(9)濾池的濾速及濾料組成,宜按規(guī)范采用。/r/n(10)快濾池宜采用大阻力/r/n或/r/n中/r/n阻/r/n力/r/n配/r/n水/r/n系/r/n統(tǒng)/r/n。大/r/n阻力配水系統(tǒng)孔眼總面積與濾池面積/r/n/r/n比為0.20%~0.28%;中阻力配水系統(tǒng)孔眼總面積與濾池面積之比為0./r/n6%~0.8%。/r/n1.3.2/r/n/r/n普通快濾池與V型濾池的比較/r/n單層濾料的普通快濾池有材料易得,單池面積大的特點,但閥門多,/r/n/r/n而且要全套得/r/n/r/n沖洗設(shè)備,適用于大中型水廠;雙層濾料的普通快濾池含污能力強,出水水質(zhì)好,單池/r/n/r/n面積不宜大于100m/r/n2/r/n,和單層濾料的普通快濾池相似。V型濾池一般采用單層濾料,配水系/r/n/r/n統(tǒng)一般采用ABS長柄濾頭,沖洗過程可自動控制。/r/n本設(shè)計采用二級過濾/r/n接觸氧化法除鐵錳,要求較大的濾層厚度和較小的濾速,對其/r/n/r/n它方面無特殊要求。/r/n再我/r/n國/r/n已/r/n經(jīng)投產(chǎn)的除鐵錳凈水處理工藝中,V型濾池和普通快濾池/r/n都/r/n/r/n有較為廣泛的應(yīng)用??紤]到V型濾池構(gòu)造較為復(fù)雜,造價較高,而普通快濾池在我國應(yīng)用/r/n/r/n較為廣泛,/r/n/r/n技術(shù)較為成熟,操作方便,依溫縣縣城的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)濟勢實力,選用普通/r/n/r/n快濾池/r/n1.3.3/r/n/r/n普通快濾池的設(shè)計要求/r/n普通快濾池的設(shè)計要求主要有以下幾個方面:/r/n(/r/n1/r/n)/r/n快/r/n濾池/r/n沖/r/n洗/r/n閥的水/r/n頭損失/r/n,/r/n宜/r/n采/r/n用/r/n2.0~7.0m/r/n。/r/n每個/r/n濾池應(yīng)/r/n裝設(shè)水/r/n頭/r/n損/r/n失計/r/n。/r/n(2)濾層表面以上的水深,宜采用1.5~2.0m。/r/n(3)當(dāng)快濾池采用大阻力配水系統(tǒng)時,其承托層宜按規(guī)范采用。/r/n(4)大阻力配水系統(tǒng)按沖洗流量設(shè)計,并根據(jù)下列數(shù)據(jù)通過計算確定:配水干管(渠)/r/n/r/n進口處的流速為1.0~1.5m/s,/r/n/r/n配水支管進口處的流速為1.5m/s,孔眼流速為5~6m/s。干管/r/n(渠)上宜裝通氣管。/r/n(5)三層濾料濾池宜采用中阻力配水系統(tǒng)。/r/n(6)洗砂排水槽的平面面積,不應(yīng)大于濾池面積的25%,洗砂槽底到濾料表面的距/r/n/r/n離等于濾層沖洗時的膨脹高度。/r/n(7)濾池沖洗水的供給方式可采用沖洗水泵或高值水箱。當(dāng)采用沖洗水泵時,水泵/r/n/r/n的能力應(yīng)按沖洗單格濾池考慮,并應(yīng)有備用機組;當(dāng)采用沖洗水箱時,水箱有效容積應(yīng)/r/n/r/n按單格濾池沖洗水量的1.5倍計算。/r/n(8)快濾池應(yīng)有下列管:進水管0.8~1.2m/s;不超過1.5m/s。其斷面宜根據(jù)下列/r/n/r/n流速通過計算確定:出水管1.0~1.5m/s;即沖洗水管2.0~2.5m/s/r/n;/r/n排水管1.0~1.5/r/n/r/nm/s。/r/n/r/n1.4/r/n/r/n除鐵濾池前曝氣說明/r/n2/r/n根據(jù)原水水質(zhì)分析認(rèn)為,除鐵對解除/r/nCO/r/n提高/r/npH/r/n/r/n值無特殊要求,選擇壓縮空氣裝/r/n/r/n置??諝饬髁繛?r/n14236l/s,選用/r/n4/r/n臺靜壓力為/r/n49KPa/r/n的/r/nLSR-WD250mm-I/r/n/r/n型羅茨風(fēng)機,/r/n/r/n轉(zhuǎn)速/r/n/r/n1450/r/n/r/nr/min,流量/r/n/r/n62.
