FunctionaldistributionTheconstructionfoundationofthehallis108Mlongfromsouthtonorthand61Mfromeasttowest.ThebackhouseislaidoutcloselytoNorthRingRoadina“T”shapesothatbiggreenandactivityplazacanbereservedatthenorth.Visitorswillenterfromthepedestrianinthecommunitytothenorthofthefoundationandthenarrivetotheexhibitionhallalongthelongslopeforexhibitionandthewavinggreens.Atthenortheastofthefoundation,underthehugecoveroftheroundtheatrethereisanoutdoormulti-functionplazaopentothepublic.Therearesmallstageandmovabletablesandchairsprovidedontheplazaforoutdoorgathering.Therestaurantisonthefirstflooratthe2．建筑退界與間距：根據(jù)上海世博會(huì)事務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)辦公室的要求，現(xiàn)展館東、西兩側(cè)均后退建筑控制線2.0M，南側(cè)底層后退用地紅線7M，北側(cè)后退用地紅線不小于3.0M。3.交通組織:人流組織：主要觀展人流從C09街坊內(nèi)步行街方向進(jìn)入館區(qū)，先到位于場(chǎng)地中央的信息中心領(lǐng)取資料后從西邊的景觀坡道排隊(duì)等候入館；順序經(jīng)過展廳1-4和多功能演示廳，參觀完畢后觀眾從信息中心東邊的室外活動(dòng)廣場(chǎng)有組織的離開館區(qū)；VIP區(qū)及內(nèi)部辦公人員的出入口設(shè)在北環(huán)路上，兩部分人員流線有效分隔，互不影響。詳見展廳參觀流線分析圖（圖1-04）車流組織：根據(jù)世博組辦方的要求，設(shè)計(jì)充分利用現(xiàn)有的市政道路來組織機(jī)動(dòng)車流線，館區(qū)白天的貨物出入口設(shè)在北環(huán)路一側(cè)，貨車?？吭诒杯h(huán)路上，利用臨時(shí)便道及短坡輸送貨物。夜間閉館后，貨車可進(jìn)入到街坊內(nèi)部，卸送大型貨物；接送重要客人的機(jī)動(dòng)車一般也需停在北環(huán)路上，通過北環(huán)路一側(cè)的VIP專用通道進(jìn)出。由于整個(gè)世博會(huì)有統(tǒng)一的交通換乘規(guī)劃，所以館區(qū)內(nèi)不再另設(shè)機(jī)動(dòng)停車位。4．豎向設(shè)計(jì)：設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)：世博局提供的《2010年上海世博會(huì)總平面圖》(2008年8月18日版本)northeastside,halfcovered,facingtheoutdooractivityplaza.VIPareaandofficesforinternalstaffareonthesecondandthethirdfloorsateastofthebackofhouse.Entriesandexitsareseparatefromtheonesforvisitorstoavoiddisturbance.2. Buildinglineandspace:AccordingtotherequirementsgivenbytheCoordinationTechnologyOfficeofShanghaiExpo,atbotheastandwestsidesoftheexhibitionhall,2.0Mredlineshallbewithdrawnbackwardand7Mtothesouth.Theredlinewithdrawnbackwardatthenorthsideshallnotbelessthan3.0M.3. Transportationorganization:Organizationofpeople:mainvisitorswillcomeintothehallareafromthepedestrianinC09community.Theywillfirstarrivetotheinformationcenteronthesiteandwaittoenteronthescenicslopeatthewest.Thenenterexhibitionhalls1to4andthemulti-functionhall.Afterthevisiting,audiencewillleavetheareafromtheoutdooractivityplazaattheeastsideoftheinformationcenter.EntranceandexitforVIPareaandinternalofficestaffareonNorthRingRoad.Twopartsofpeoplewillbeeffectivelyseparatedwithoutaffectingeachother.Organizationofvehicles:accordingtotherequirementsofthesponsorofExpo,themunicipalroadsavailableshallbefullyusedtoorganizetheflowofvehicles.EntranceandexitforgoodsduringthedaywillbeatonesideofNorthRingRoad.TruckswillstoponNorthRingRoad,usingthetemporarypavementandshortslopetodelivergoods.Duringthenight,aftertheexhibitionhallsareclosed,truckscanenterthecommunitystreetstounloadandloadbiggoods.VehiclestosendimportantclientsusuallystopalsoonNorthRingRoadthroughtheVIPpathatonesideontheroad.ThereisunifiedplanningfortransportationforthewholeExpo,sonoparkingwillbeprovidedinsidethehallarea.Designbasis:accordingtotheOverallPlanofExpo2010Shanghai(VersionAugust18,2008)providedbytheExpoBureau,theverticaldesignofthesiteshallbeflatslopetype.Flatconnectionshallbe場(chǎng)地的豎向設(shè)計(jì)采用平坡式，在地塊邊界處與街坊廣場(chǎng)、道路平接，基地內(nèi)中間高，向兩側(cè)0.3%找坡，雨水朝東側(cè)和北側(cè)方向排出。建筑總高度為19.室內(nèi)外高差：北環(huán)路一側(cè)建筑室內(nèi)外高差為0.36M，街坊內(nèi)部建筑室內(nèi)外高差為0.08M；±0.000相當(dāng)于絕對(duì)標(biāo)高4.8M。輔助功能用房區(qū)，建筑總高9.96M， 其中一層層高3.6M，二層層高3.24M，三層層高3.24M。展廳樓面標(biāo)高為11.88M,結(jié)構(gòu)頂標(biāo)高最高處為17.20M多功能演示廳結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為19.64M，其中，底部為設(shè)備層，層高不小于3M，上部是一個(gè)中庭空間，總高12M，內(nèi)設(shè)三層回廊，一、二層回廊層高為3.4M展廳4與多功能演示廳在11.88M標(biāo)高處相連接；四、單體設(shè)計(jì)1．設(shè)計(jì)理念平衡的城市2010年上海世博會(huì)的主題是“城市—讓生活更美好”,“城市是人創(chuàng)造的，它不斷地演進(jìn)演化和成長(zhǎng)為一個(gè)有機(jī)系統(tǒng)。人的生活與城市的形態(tài)和發(fā)展密切互動(dòng)。隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加速，城市的有機(jī)系統(tǒng)與地球大生物圈和資源體系之間相互作用也日益加深和擴(kuò)大。人、城市和地球三個(gè)有機(jī)系統(tǒng)環(huán)環(huán)相扣，這種關(guān)系貫穿了城市發(fā)展的歷程，三者也將日益融合成為一個(gè)不可分割的整體?！狈囱灾挥腥?、城市、環(huán)境三者達(dá)到一個(gè)平衡，這樣的城市才是一個(gè)人與城市能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)共贏，能夠有機(jī)生長(zhǎng)的城市。德國(guó)館的設(shè)計(jì)力求用空間體形的組合關(guān)系隱喻平衡城市的內(nèi)在本質(zhì)展覽空間的巨大體量漂浮在花園景觀的上空，它們看似穩(wěn)定的同時(shí)又好像是不穩(wěn)定的正是各個(gè)體量之間的相互作用創(chuàng)造了群體內(nèi)在的平衡關(guān)系realizedwiththecommunityplazaandtheroadsattheboundariesofthefield.Thefoundationshallbehighinthecenter,with0.3%slopemakingtobothsides.Rainwaterwillbedrainedtotheeastandthenorthsides.Totalheightofthearchitectureis19.64M.Differenceofindoorandoutdoorheights:thedifferentofindoorandoutdoorheightsofthebuildingatthesideofNorthRingRoadis0.36M,andthatofthebuildinginsidethecommunityis0.08M.±0.000isequaltoabsoluteelevation4.8M.BackofHouse:thetotalarchitecturalheightis9.96M,inwhichtheheightofthefirstflooris3.6M,thesecondfloor3.24M,andthethirdfloor3.24M.Thefloorelevationoftheexhibitionhallis11.88M,andthehighestpointofthetopofthestructureis17.20M.Thetotalheightofthestructureofthemulti-functionalperformancehallis17.5M,inwhichthebottomflooristheequipmentfloorwiththeheightnotlessthan3M.Ontopoftheequipmentfloorthereisasharedspace,thetotalheightofwhichis12M,withthreelevelsofcorridorsmade.Theheightofthefirstandthesecondcorridoris3.4M,andtheheightofthethirdflooris3.24M.Theexhibitionhallsandthemulti-functionalperformancehallisconnectedatthe11.88Melevationpoint.IV. DesignconceptsThetopicoftheExpo2010is“city-makinglifemorebeautiful”.“Cityiscreatedbypeople,anditkeepsevolvingandgrowingtoanorganicsystem.Peoplearethemostactiveandcreativecellsinthisorganicsystem.People’slifeandtheformanddevelopmentofcityarecloselyinteractive.Withtheaccelerationofurbanizationprocess,themutualinfluencesbetweentheorganicsystemofcityandthebigbiologicalcircleandresourcesystemoftheeartharedeepeningandexpanding.Thethreeorganicsystems,people,cityandtheearthandconnectedcloselyinallaspects.Suchrelationshiphaspenetratedthecourseofurbandevelopment,andthethreewillfusetoanindispensableentitydaybyday”.多元素的交錯(cuò)人造物與自然景觀的疊合歷史元素與現(xiàn)代都市元素的相互作用構(gòu)成了現(xiàn)代城市生活的多樣性德國(guó)館的設(shè)計(jì)用空間體形和組合關(guān)系隱喻了平衡城市的內(nèi)在本質(zhì)多元文化的融合也是現(xiàn)代城市的基本特征城市密度形式多樣的建筑空間形態(tài)和景觀使參觀者不由得聯(lián)想到德國(guó)城市的空間意象德國(guó)館給觀者的感受就好像是一個(gè)三維的層層疊疊的散步場(chǎng)所，人們?cè)诖蟮厣?，在綠色的山野間往來信步。這正是設(shè)計(jì)師對(duì)未來城市生活理想的一種詩意的表達(dá)看似不穩(wěn)定的姿態(tài)通過看似不穩(wěn)定的姿態(tài)通過舞蹈演員的相互支撐達(dá)到平衡單獨(dú)的體量無法保持平衡Onthecontrary,onlywhenpeople,cityandenvironmentreachabalancecanthecityachievesamassiveprofitsbetweenpeopleandthecity,andalsoanorganicallygrowingcity.balancitybigvolumes,containingtheexhibitionseemtoflyoveralandsacapevolumesseemtobestabilizedandinstableatthesametimeinteractioninbetweencreatesequilibrationOverlappingstructuresandgridscreatethevarietyofcitylifevarietyofcitylifeartificialandnaturalstructureshistoricandmodernurbanelementsinterfereeachotherThefusionofmultipleculturesisalsoafundamentalcharacteristicofamoderncity.ThedesignoftheGermanpavilionimpliestheinternalnatureofabalancedcitywiththespaceformandcombinedrelationship.Thisisalsoapoeticexpressionofthedesignertotheidealofcitylifeinthefuture.UrbandensityUrbanvarietyofdifferentatmospheresandviewsremindsthevisitortospatialsituationsknownformgermancities.Thesensationofthepavilionislikeapromenade.Itisathreedimensionaloverlappingwalkway.Thisisalsoapoeticexpressionofthedesignertotheidealofcitylifeinthefuture.景觀花園入口處起伏狀景觀花園的設(shè)計(jì)參考了傳統(tǒng)德國(guó)景觀綠化的風(fēng)格貫穿其中的人行步道就像德國(guó)的美因河一樣，嵌在美麗的自然風(fēng)景中空間步移景異，觀者的體驗(yàn)趣味而豐富。遮陽傘漂浮在綠化景觀上空的展館，就像一把撐在半空中的大傘，使排隊(duì)等候的觀眾免予驕陽的照射。并形成一種有內(nèi)聚力的氣場(chǎng)，給不拘的建筑形態(tài)增添了些許穩(wěn)定感內(nèi)外空間迂回、環(huán)繞的人行步道、很好的將建筑內(nèi)外空間高低錯(cuò)落的空間形態(tài)串聯(lián)起來，形成了觀展過程中獨(dú)特的空間體驗(yàn)。建筑本身就是一件展品，觀眾等候的過程就已經(jīng)開始了對(duì)展品的感受交錯(cuò)的空間意象交錯(cuò)的空間意象候展區(qū)的候展區(qū)的“傘”狀室外空間裙房景觀概念設(shè)計(jì)LandscapedesignThegardendesignreferstocharacteristicgermanlandscapes.LiketherivermainthewalkpathiscarvingitswayintothelandscapeThespacewillgivedifferentviewswhenyoumove.Theexperienceofspaceisinterestingandabundant.SunprotectionThevolumesareprotectingthevisitorslikebigumbrellas。Italsoformsanattractionforcewithcohesion,addingsomestabilitytotheactivearchitectureform.InsideOutsideInterferenceofthewalkway.Insideandoutsideareoverlappingeachothercreatingspacesofinbetween外立面設(shè)計(jì)建筑的外立面由兩層結(jié)構(gòu)組成，最外層是一層“網(wǎng)狀的膜結(jié)構(gòu)”表皮，膜內(nèi)外空氣是流通的，這層表皮包裹著建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)、室外疏散樓梯和各種技術(shù)設(shè)備管線，起遮陽的作用。膜內(nèi)是一層夾芯板，它是建筑主體真正的外維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。2．參觀流線設(shè)計(jì)人流的主入口設(shè)在基地北邊，參觀者由北側(cè)的街坊中心廣場(chǎng)進(jìn)來后沿著蜿蜒在景觀花園中的人行坡道緩緩上行，來到位于二層的展廳主入口，通過近30米長(zhǎng)的自動(dòng)扶梯進(jìn)入到5.000米標(biāo)高的入口大廳，然后參觀者跟隨引導(dǎo)上到11.88米標(biāo)高的一號(hào)展廳，順序經(jīng)過二號(hào)、三號(hào)、四號(hào)展廳（室外的大平臺(tái)），進(jìn)入到展區(qū)的高潮部分“動(dòng)力之源——?jiǎng)?chǎng)”，這里是展館的磁場(chǎng)中心。劇場(chǎng)中央有一個(gè)直徑3米、重量是1000公斤的金屬球從大廳頂部懸垂直下，表面裝有3萬根發(fā)光二極管。在這里觀眾將觀看到一個(gè)5分鐘的表演，在這五分鐘之內(nèi)，球面上將顯現(xiàn)不同的圖像、各種色彩和圖形。要想使金屬球做出回應(yīng)，參觀者必須積極行動(dòng)起來，并且齊心協(xié)力。。。它將成為德國(guó)響應(yīng)2010年世博會(huì)倡議的象征。表演結(jié)束后，觀眾將分別從劇場(chǎng)外的三部疏散樓梯下到劇場(chǎng)底部的室外多功能廣場(chǎng)，在這里參觀者可以觀看專場(chǎng)演示，也可以到位于廣場(chǎng)一側(cè)的餐廳小息一會(huì)兒、體驗(yàn)各種德國(guó)風(fēng)情的美食，或者到紀(jì)念品售賣處選購(gòu)紀(jì)念品，然后從東側(cè)廣場(chǎng)離開館區(qū)；動(dòng)力之源劇場(chǎng)VIP專用室外平臺(tái)動(dòng)力之源劇場(chǎng)VIP專用室外平臺(tái)Designoffa?adeThefa?adeofthebuildingcomprisestwolayersofstructures.Themostexternaloneisasurfaceof“netfilmstructure”,airinsideandoutsidethefilmiscirculating.Thislayercoversthestructureofthebuilding,theoutdoorevacuationstairsandallkindsoftechnicalequipmentpipelines,andcanalsoshelterthesun.Insidethefilmthereisalayerofsandwichpanel,whichistherealexternalmaintenancestructureofthebuilding.2. DesignofvisitinglineThemainentranceforpeopleissetatthenorthofthebase.Visitorswillenterfromthecentralplazainthenorth,slowinggoingupalongtheslopepavementinthegardenandarrivetothemainentranceofthehallonthesecondfloor.Then,throughanearly30Mlongautomaticstairs,visitorswillentertheentrancehallof5.000Mtall.Afterthat,visitorswillbeleadtoNo.1exhibitionhallof11.88Mtall,thenNo.2,No.3andNo.4(outdoorplatform),finallyenteringthepeakoftheexhibitionareathatis“thesourceofpower-theatre”,whereisthemagneticcenterofthehall.Inthecenterofthetheatre,thereisametalballwith3Mdiameterand1000kgweighthangingfromthetop.Onthesurfaceoftheball,thereare30,000piecesofLED.Herethevisitorscanseea5-minutelongperformance.Duringsuch5minutes,theballwillappeardifferentimages,colorsandpatterns.Inordertomakethemetalballgiveresponse,visitorsmustbeinteractiveandbeunited.ItwillbecomethesymbolofGermany’srespondingtotheExpo2010.Aftertheperformance,audiencewillleavefromthethreeevacuationstairsoutofthetheatretotheoutdoormulti-functionplazatoseespecialdisplays,orhavearestintherestaurantatonesideoftheplazatotrydifferentGermanfood,orchoosesomesouvenirs,andthenleavetheexhibitionareafromtheplazaateast.VIP區(qū)設(shè)在功能用房的二層?xùn)|部，特別邀請(qǐng)的客人可以通過專用電梯或樓梯到達(dá)。貴賓區(qū)面積約350M2該區(qū)域相對(duì)獨(dú)立，有專用電梯直達(dá)四層的展區(qū)。3．輔助及設(shè)備用房輔助及功能用房全部被布置在展廳下方的1-3層裙房?jī)?nèi)，平面呈”⊥”型布置，信息資料中心、消防控制中心毗鄰設(shè)置在北翼；西翼是低壓變配電室、冷凍機(jī)房和弱電機(jī)房；東翼是水泵房和報(bào)警閥間：廚房全部用電,靠近餐廳設(shè)置，位于裙房的中部，有單獨(dú)的貨物及垃圾的出入口，并做到潔污分流、生活垃圾與廚房垃圾分流，避免相互污染。衛(wèi)生間根據(jù)功能需要內(nèi)外分開設(shè)置，餐廳部分的衛(wèi)生間供外來人員使用，其它部位衛(wèi)生間全部供內(nèi)部人員使用?？照{(diào)機(jī)房設(shè)備放在一層中部的屋頂上，上部被膜結(jié)構(gòu)覆蓋，四周以輕質(zhì)吸聲此材料圍合，充分利用了空間，另一方面也減少了投資。6.垂直交通參觀人流垂直交通主要通過人行坡道、自動(dòng)扶梯、室內(nèi)樓梯來實(shí)現(xiàn)，高差變化自然流暢，使觀眾在不知不覺中進(jìn)入不同標(biāo)高的展廳。館內(nèi)設(shè)有電梯2部，一部位于主入口信息中心旁，選用液壓提升設(shè)備，主要是為行動(dòng)不便的參觀者準(zhǔn)備的；另一部設(shè)在VIP入口處，內(nèi)外雙向開門，主要供VIP客人及內(nèi)部工作人員使用。為滿足緊急時(shí)的安全疏散要求，全館還設(shè)有9部疏散樓梯（其中展廳部分6部，多功能演示廳3部），全部為室外樓梯，屋頂，外部?jī)H有膜結(jié)構(gòu)包裹，內(nèi)外空氣及煙氣可流通，保證人員能夠在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)安全撤離，具體詳見消防設(shè)計(jì)專篇。VIPareaisattheeastpartofthesecondfloorofthefunctionalhouses.SpeciallyinvitedguestscanreachtheVIPareathroughspecialelevatororstairs.TheVIPareaisabout350M2big,includingsuchfunctionsasrestarea,restaurant,readingarea,meetingroom,specialoutdoorplatformandkitchen,etc.Thisareaisrelativelyindependent,withspecialelevatorreachingtheexhibitionareaonthe4th3. AuxiliaryandequipmenthousesAuxiliaryandfunctionhousesarealldistributedinsidethe“backofhouse”thatisin”⊥”shape.Informationcenterandfirecontrolcenterareadjacentatthenorth.Atthewesttherearelow-voltagedistributionroom,freezingmachineroomandweakelectricityroom.Attheeast,therearewaterpumproomandalarmingvalveroom.Kitchenwilluseelectricity,whichwillbelaidaroundtherestaurant,inthecenterofthe“backofhouse”.Thereisindependententranceandexitforgoodsandgarbage.Thecleanandthedirty,lifegarbageandkitchengarbagewillbeseparatedtoavoidmutualcontamination.Bathroomwillbemadeaccordingtothefunctions.Theoneinthekitchenwillbeusedbythevisitorsandotheroneswillbeusedbytheinternalstaff.ACequipmentwillbeputontopofthecenterofthefirstfloor,coveredbyfilmstructure.Lightsound-absorptionmaterialswillbeusedaroundsothatspacecanbesufficientlyusedandontheotherhand.4. VerticaltransportationTherewillbe2elevatorsprovidedinsidethehall.Oneislocatedattheinformationcenterofthemainentrance,mainlyforthevisitorswhoarenotcapableinmoving.TheotheroneissetattheentranceofVIParea,mainlyforspeciallyinvitedguestsandinternalstaff.Inordertosatisfytherequirementsofemergencyevacuation,thereare9outdoorstairsforevacuationsettoguaranteethatpeoplecanevacuatewithinshortesttime，Allofthemareoutdoorstairswithonlyfilmstructurecoveredoutside,andairandsmokecancirculatebetweeninsideandoutside..Pleasereadthechapteraboutfirecontroldesignfordetails.

五．無障礙設(shè)計(jì)1．為滿足行動(dòng)不便的觀眾觀看展覽，本館對(duì)展區(qū)部分按照無障礙原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)：首先使用輪椅的人可通過信息中心旁的專用電梯上到二層的展館主入口平臺(tái)，主入口處的自動(dòng)扶梯以及從5。000米標(biāo)高入口大廳上到11。88米標(biāo)高展廳的自動(dòng)扶梯均選用有特殊輪椅固定裝置的產(chǎn)品，方便使用輪椅的人到達(dá)展館單元；在從5。000米標(biāo)高入口大廳到11。88米標(biāo)高展廳的樓梯旁設(shè)計(jì)了專門的斜向提升設(shè)備，使用輪椅的人可以很方便的到達(dá)展館的各個(gè)單元，參觀完畢后乘VIP電梯離開展區(qū)；2．首層室內(nèi)外高差80MM，無障礙出入口處以斜坡過渡；3．總共設(shè)有兩部無障礙電梯，電梯轎廂、門寬、按鈕、大堂等均符合規(guī)范和殘疾人的使用要求。4．在餐廳及VIP區(qū)都單獨(dú)設(shè)無障礙衛(wèi)生間，衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)設(shè)低位小便器。5．室外多功能廣場(chǎng)活動(dòng)座椅區(qū)、多功能演示廳、觀眾休息區(qū)都設(shè)有輪椅席位；6.展廳內(nèi)展臺(tái)的布置，留出足夠?qū)挾鹊耐ǖ?，方便輪椅通行六．安保和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)1．緊急情況下的疏散和安保：整個(gè)展館設(shè)置了若干直接多外緊急出口，緊急出口的數(shù)量和寬度，均滿足中國(guó)規(guī)范的要求。詳見消防設(shè)計(jì)專篇；所有緊急出口的門均設(shè)置緊急出口指示牌，在緊急情況下，明確導(dǎo)向參觀者疏散的方向。在展館正常開放期間，這些疏散門無法從外面打開，確保了使用的安全。展廳和多功能演示廳的屋頂上設(shè)有可足夠數(shù)量的消防聯(lián)動(dòng)自動(dòng)排煙窗，火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)可自動(dòng)開啟。自動(dòng)排煙窗上部的膜結(jié)構(gòu)留出足夠面積的開孔，保證排煙的順暢。V. Non-obstacleDesign1. Inordertomakeitconvenientforthepeoplewhohaveproblemsinmovingtoseetheshow,theexhibitionareawillbedesignedaccordingtothenon-obstacleprinciples:Firstofall,peopleonwheelchairscanreachthemainentranceplatformthroughtheelevatorbesidetheinformationcenter.Theautomaticstairsatthemainentranceandtheautomaticstairsfromthe5.000Mtallentrancehalltothe11.88Mtallexhibitionhallbothhaveusedproductstofixwheelchairssothatthepeoplethatusewheelchairscanreachtheunitsofthehall,andtakeVIPelevatortoleavetheareaafterthevisit.Besidethestairsthatgoesfromthe5.000Mhighentrancelobbytothe11.88Mhighexhibitionhall,specialascendingequipmentisdesignedsothatthepeoplethatusewheelchairscanreachalltheunitsinsidetheexhibitionhallconveniently2. Thedifferenceofheightsindoorandoutdoorsofthefirstflooris80MM.Thenon-obstacleentrancewillbeaslope.3. SafeguardAndMonitorSystem1. Evacuationandsafeguardunderemergencies:Thewholeexhibitionhallhassetupseveralemergencyexits,thequantityandthewidthofwhichallsatisfytherequirementsofChinesecriteria.Thesafetyexitsaredirectlyfacingtheoutside.Emergencyexitsignsaresetonallthedoorsofemergencyexits.Underemergencies,thevisitorswillknowthedirectionofevacuation.Duringtheregularopenhoursoftheexhibitionhall,theseevacuationdoorscannotbeopenedfromoutsidesothatthesafetyofusecanbeguaranteed.2．日常運(yùn)營(yíng)期間的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)：展會(huì)運(yùn)營(yíng)期間，展館所有的主要出入口、重要區(qū)域?qū)⒃O(shè)攝相監(jiān)控裝置，信息與園區(qū)總安保總站連接。為了嚴(yán)格控制展館內(nèi)同一時(shí)間的參觀人數(shù)，在主要出入口處，安裝了計(jì)數(shù)器，以確保場(chǎng)館內(nèi)人數(shù)的控制。主要區(qū)域人員控制數(shù)量：展覽區(qū)1-3：最大參觀人數(shù)為700人多功能演示廳：最大參觀人數(shù)為600人為了確保安全以上人數(shù)會(huì)被嚴(yán)格控制，并且會(huì)在建筑裝修設(shè)計(jì)、施工階段嚴(yán)格貫策。。建筑用料1.外表面展廳部分：建筑的外表面由兩層結(jié)構(gòu)組成：最外面是一層安裝在次結(jié)構(gòu)上的網(wǎng)狀膜結(jié)構(gòu)材料，該層膜結(jié)構(gòu)僅起到遮陽的作用，這部分將由專業(yè)的廠家進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì)，材料的防火等級(jí)達(dá)到B1級(jí)，廠家將選用通過國(guó)內(nèi)認(rèn)證的材料；在膜結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)側(cè)還有一層包裹在主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)外的夾心板，具有保溫、防水及保護(hù)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)等功能，夾心板內(nèi)不含有毒及易燃材料。餐廳、VIP區(qū)：面向觀眾活動(dòng)區(qū)的外立面采用玻璃幕墻系統(tǒng)；其它辦公區(qū)及輔助功能用房區(qū)：采用夾心外墻板外加輕木結(jié)構(gòu)外裝飾的做法，外裝飾的輕木材料需作防火處理，防火等級(jí)為B1級(jí)；2.外門所有外門均滿足防火、防水設(shè)計(jì)的要求，疏散門朝疏散方向開啟；餐廳、商店、VIP區(qū)采用玻璃外門（遮陽鍍膜安全玻璃）；其它所有門均為鋼框架門，內(nèi)外側(cè)材料根據(jù)ARGE的設(shè)計(jì)，在施工圖階段深化；TheevacuationstairsontheVIPfloorwillbeusedasemergencyevacuationexit.Ontopoftheexhibitionarea,automaticsmokeexhaustwindowsofenoughquantitythatareconnectedwithfirecontrolareset,whichwillbeturnedonautomaticallywhenfireoccurs.2.
