Power-drivenvesselunderwayshallexhibit:(i)amastheadlightforward;(ii)asecondmastheadlightabaftofandhigherthantheforwardone;exceptthatavesseloflessthan50metersinlengthshallnotbeobligedtoexhibitsuchlightbutmaydoso;(iii)sidelights;(iv)asternlight.Note:NavigationlightingdetailrequirementcanbefoundinCONVENTIONONTHEINTERNATIONALREGULATIONSFORPREVENTINGCOLLISIONSATSEA,1972.NAVIGATIONLIGHT29112.5degree2930蘇伊士運(yùn)河燈按蘇伊士運(yùn)河當(dāng)局規(guī)定,船舶在夜間通過蘇伊士運(yùn)河時(shí)必須安裝3種燈具:-在尾燈上方設(shè)置一盞顯示不間斷燈光的專用紅色尾燈;-在左右橋舷各安置一盞橋舷投光燈;在船首中心線位置安裝專用的蘇伊士運(yùn)河探照燈。其中,探照燈必須滿足下列7項(xiàng)要求:

a.探照燈的反射器由兩半組合而成,裝在各自的轉(zhuǎn)軸上,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)其角度,可使單一光束分成各與正前方水平夾角至少為5°的兩束光。單光束在離燈1800m時(shí)應(yīng)有1lx的照度(大氣透射比為0.85),兩光束之間的暗區(qū)可在0°~10°范圍內(nèi)平滑變化。b.燈內(nèi)必須裝有兩個(gè)燈泡,如果一個(gè)發(fā)生故障,可直接切換另一個(gè)并自動(dòng)接通電源。c.燈體為水密型(能承受0.0245MPa的壓力)和氣密型(電氣設(shè)備應(yīng)能在危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi)使用),并用軟管與裝有安全閥的通氣管相聯(lián),將燈體內(nèi)的熱量排至安全區(qū)。d.燈的功率按船舶的蘇伊士運(yùn)河總噸位選用,不超過3萬總噸位的船舶為2000W,超過3萬總噸位的為3000W。燈的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度應(yīng)不低于3×106cd。e.燈體和支架由耐腐蝕材料制造,燈具能在水平和垂直兩個(gè)方向上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。f.探照燈前玻璃為鋼化玻璃。g.反射鏡用優(yōu)質(zhì)鏡面玻璃或高純錳鋼拋光后制作。
