論文題目非語(yǔ)言手段在文化交際中的研究Onnonverbalmeansincross-culturalcommunication1MeaningofstudyandprogressofstudyMeaningofstudyWiththefurtherdevelopmentofworldeconomicglobalization,exchangesandcommunicationbetweencountrieshavebeenincreasedineconomy,politics,trade,cultureandsoon.Nonverbalcommunicationalsoplaysanimportantroleincross-culturalcommunication.Nonverbalbehavior,likelanguage,representsdifferentmeanings.Incross-culturalcommunication,itbreaksthebarrierbetweentheobjectsofcommunication,andcanconveydifferentmeaningsthroughsomebodylanguage,clothing,hairstyle,etc.However,duetothegreatdifferencesinculturesofdifferentcountriesandthedifferencesinpeople'sinterpretationofnon-verbalmeans,howtoavoidmisunderstandingandobstaclescausedbyculturaldifferencesbetweenthetwosidesofcommunicationisahottopic.Theapplicationofnon-verbalmeansincross-culturalcommunicationplaysanimportanttheoreticalandpracticalroleinpromotingcross-culturalcommunication.ProgressofforeignstudyNonverbalcommunicationcansuccessfullyreplacelanguageandmaintainandcansecurethecommunicationsituationfromobstacles.Foreignresearchesonnonverbalcommunicationbeganinthe20thcentury.Inthefirsthalfoflastcentury,theresearchonnonverbalcommunicationonlyfocusedonthestudyofexternalappearance,voiceandfacialexpressionwithoutsystematicstudy.Hallpointedoutthattherearesignificantdifferencesinnonverbalcommunicationbetweendifferentnations.Inthe1980s,ChineseandEnglishGestures:ContrastiveNonverbalCommunicationpublishedbyLakebrosnaan,unveiledthedifferenceofnonverbalcommunicationbetweenChinaandEnglishspeakingcountriesforthefirsttime,whichledthewayforthecomparativestudyofnonverbalcommunicationbetweenChinaandtheWest.Recently,foreignstudiesonnonverbalculturalcommunicationfocusonacertainnon-verbalbehavioranditsapplicationinacertainfield.Forinstance,JordingMathis,HartzArneandotherscholarsmadearesearchongazebehaviorduringsocialinformationprocessing.N.M.NentySudantarirevealedtheuseofverbalandnon-verbalcommunicationbyfrontofficestafftoguestatdouble-sixluxuryhotelSeminyak.AndotherslikeJudithAandHall,aimedtofigureoutthemechanismofsendingandreceivingnon-verbalbehavior,managedtoconceptualizeandunderstandtheprocessofsendingandreceivingnonverbalcues.YuliAngrainimadeananalysisonculturaladaptationandnon-verbalcommunicationinnon-nativeEnglish-speakingcountries.Inaword,therearenumerousstudiesonthenon-verbalcommunicationwithregardofitsapplication,approachandsoon,whichcontributesalottothestudyofcross-culturalcommunication.ProgressofdomesticstudyThestudyofnonverbalmeansincross-culturalcommunicationinChinabeganinthe1980s.ThefirstworkAnOverviewofBodyLanguagebyGengerling,introducedthedifferencesinbodylanguagebetweenHannationalityandWesterncountries.Theinfluenceandapplicationofnonverbalcommunicationbehaviorandmeansincross-culturalcommunicationhasgraduallyattractedtheattentionofscholars.Atpresent,manyscholarsdetectedculturaldifferencesbetweencountriesofthespecificnon-verbalmeansor,orexploredtheirapplicationproblemsandstrategiesinspecificcross-culturalcommunicationsituations.Forexample,Zhoushuranmainlystudiednonverbalcommunicationfromfouraspects:gesturecommunication,facialexpressioncommunication,eyecontactandcommunicationdistance,Ithaslaidasolidfoundationforthedevelopmentofcross-culturalcommunication.HeWenjuancomparedandanalyzedthedifferencesofnonverbalcommunicationetiquettebetweenChinaandBritain.ZhangLinzhong,ZouMeiliandotherscholarshaveanalyzedthedifferencesofnonverbalcommunicationfromtheperspectiveofcross-culturalcommunication.Intheformofcaseanalysis,JinZhishowedtheproblemsexistinginthelanguageandnon-verbalbehaviorofemployeesinChina'scruisetourismindustry,andputforwardcorrespondingmeasuresfromfourperspective,language,thinkingmode,non-verbalbehaviorandculturalbackground.Tosumup,thereisawiderangeofresearchonnon-verbalmeansincross-culturalcommunicationathomeandabroad,buttherearefewresearchesonhowtousenon-verbalmeansreasonablyincross-culturalcommunication.Fromthispointofview,thispaperwillstudythecurrentsituationandStrategiesofnon-verbalmeansincross-culturalcommunication.2AimofstudyandKeyofstudyAimofstudyThispaperaimstomakeabriefanalysisofmainnon-verbalmeansandtheirperformanceofnon-verbalmeansincross-culturalcommunication,aswellastheapplicationstatus,soastofindouttheproblemsofuseofnon-verbalmeansincross-culturalcommunication,andputforwardthecorrespondingstrategiesforeffectiveuseofnon-verbalmeansincross-culturalcommunication.KeyofstudyApproachesandeffectsofnonverbalcommunicationininterculturalcommunicationThecurrentsituationandproblemsofnonverbalcommunicationininterculturalcommunicationThestrategiesofnonverbalcommunicationininterculturalcommunication3MethodandfeasibilityanalysisStudymethodLiteratureanalysis:byconsultingtherelevantliteraturewhichlaidatheoreticalfoundationforthestudyofnon-verbalmeansandcross-culturalcommunication.Questionnairesurveymethod:theselectiveobjectsarejuniororseniorstudentsofEnglishrelatedmajorsinourschool.Theclassesarerandomlyselectedforeachgrade,andtheonlinequestionnairesurveyiscarriedoutbyrandomsa
