GMS簡(jiǎn)介GMSBriefIntroduction

通用汽車(chē)全球制造系統(tǒng)的原則和要素構(gòu)成了一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng),只有把它作為一個(gè)完整的整體實(shí)施才能有效。各原則之間相輔相成,沒(méi)有一個(gè)原則或要素能獨(dú)立存在。因此我們用一個(gè)類(lèi)似太陽(yáng)系的圖標(biāo)來(lái)表示GM-GMS。只有當(dāng)五個(gè)原則共同實(shí)施,GM-GMS才是一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng)。TheprinciplesandelementsofGM-GMScompriseacomp-letesystem,andtobeeffectivemustbetakentoget-herasawhole.Eachprinciplesupportsandreinforcestheothers.Nooneprincipleorelementcanstandalone.Forthisreas-on,thesolarsystemiconisusedtosymbolizeGM-GMS.GM-GMSisacompletesystemwhenallfiveprinciplesareimplemented.
