8三相感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)本章我們將簡(jiǎn)化RMxprt一些基本操作的介紹,以便介紹一些更高級(jí)的使用。有關(guān)RMxprt基本操作的詳細(xì)介紹請(qǐng)參考第一部分的章節(jié)。8.1基本理論三相感應(yīng)電機(jī)的定子繞組通常連接到對(duì)稱(chēng)的三相電源上。定子繞組由p對(duì)極組成,在空間成正弦分布,定子電流產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)。轉(zhuǎn)子繞組一般為鼠籠型,其極數(shù)與定子繞組保持一致。轉(zhuǎn)子導(dǎo)條中感應(yīng)的電流反過(guò)來(lái)又產(chǎn)生一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng),這兩個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)在電機(jī)氣隙中相互作用產(chǎn)生合成磁場(chǎng)。氣隙合成磁場(chǎng)與轉(zhuǎn)子導(dǎo)條電流相互作用產(chǎn)生電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩,使轉(zhuǎn)子按磁場(chǎng)旋轉(zhuǎn)的方向旋轉(zhuǎn),同時(shí)有一個(gè)大小相同方向相反的轉(zhuǎn)矩反作用于定子上。定子繞組分為p組線圈,每一組都按三相對(duì)稱(chēng)分布,在電機(jī)中占據(jù)nD/2P空間,此處D為氣隙直徑。因而氣隙磁場(chǎng)有p個(gè)周期,定子繞組具有p對(duì)極。三相感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的特性是基于等效電路進(jìn)行分析的。電機(jī)三相對(duì)稱(chēng),其中一相的等效電路如圖8.1所示。圖8.1圖8.1一相的等效電路圖8.1中,R1和R2分別為定子電阻和轉(zhuǎn)子電阻;X1為定子漏電抗包括槽漏抗、端部漏抗和諧波漏抗;X2為轉(zhuǎn)子漏電抗,包括槽漏抗、端部漏抗、諧波漏抗和斜槽漏抗。由于漏磁場(chǎng)有飽和現(xiàn)象,X1和X2為非線性參數(shù)。等效電路中的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)均與定子電流、轉(zhuǎn)子電流有關(guān)。由于集膚效應(yīng)R2和X2均為由圖8.2所示的分布參數(shù)等效電路導(dǎo)出的等效值,且隨轉(zhuǎn)子滑差s變化。所有轉(zhuǎn)子參數(shù)都折算到定子側(cè)。圖8.2圖8.2一相的分布參數(shù)等效電路在激磁回路中,Xm為激磁電抗,RFe為鐵心損耗所對(duì)應(yīng)的電阻。Xm是經(jīng)過(guò)線性化處理的非線性參數(shù),其數(shù)值隨主磁場(chǎng)的飽和程度而變化。外施相電壓U1時(shí),可方便地由電路分析得出定子電流11和折算到定子側(cè)的轉(zhuǎn)子電流12。電磁功率Pm可由下式確定:P=3I2R (8.1)m2s電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩Tm為T(mén)PT=m(8.2)m3(8.2)式中⑴為同步轉(zhuǎn)速,單位:rad/s

軸端輸出機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)矩為(8.3)(8.4)T=T—T(8.3)(8.4)2mfw式中f為風(fēng)阻和摩擦轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出功率為P=T32 22式中巴=3(1-s)為轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速,單位:rad/s輸入功率為P=P+P+P+P+P+P1 2fwCu2FeCu1s (8.5)式中,^^為風(fēng)摩損耗,尸cu2為轉(zhuǎn)子銅損耗,PFe為鐵心損耗,PCu1為定子銅損耗,Ps為雜散損耗。功率因數(shù)由下式確定:Pcos。= 1-(8.6)(8.7)mUI(8.6)(8.7)11效率由下式確定:Pn=fX100%P18.2主要特點(diǎn)線圈和繞組的排列優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)幾乎所有常用的三相和單相,單層和雙層,整數(shù)槽和分?jǐn)?shù)槽交流繞組都能自動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。用戶不需要一個(gè)接一個(gè)的自己定義線圈。當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)者采用全極式單層繞組時(shí),RMxprt將自動(dòng)對(duì)繞組進(jìn)行排列,以減少繞組端部長(zhǎng)度。當(dāng)使用不對(duì)稱(chēng)三相繞組時(shí),繞組排列按照最少負(fù)序和零序進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。支持任何單、雙層繞組設(shè)計(jì)的繞組編輯器除了利用RMxprt中的繞組自動(dòng)排列功能,用戶也能通過(guò)WindingEditor來(lái)指定特殊形式的繞組排列。在WindingEditor(繞組編輯器)中,通過(guò)改變每個(gè)線圈的相屬Phase、匝數(shù)Turns、入槽號(hào)InSlot和出槽號(hào)OutSlot,可排列出任意所需的單、雙層繞組分布形式。支持二十多種單鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子和雙籠轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子槽一般分為以下4種:.圓肩梨形槽.斜肩梨形槽.斜肩梯形槽.圓肩梯形槽如何配和雙籠式(上籠Top、下籠Bottom)和半槽式(HalfSlot)槽型,感應(yīng)電機(jī)可設(shè)計(jì)出二十多種槽型,例如:.圓形雙籠:如圖8.3a所示,可由Top1圓肩梨形+Bottom1圓肩梨形構(gòu)成。.刀型槽:如圖8.3b所示,可由Top4圓肩梯形+Bottom3斜肩梯形+HalfSlot半槽式構(gòu)成。8.2.4任何運(yùn)行工況下都能考慮非線性參數(shù)和分布參數(shù)的影響由于主磁場(chǎng)存在飽和現(xiàn)象,激磁電抗Xm為非線性參數(shù)。漏磁場(chǎng)亦有飽和現(xiàn)象,定、轉(zhuǎn)子漏電抗X1和X2也為非線性參數(shù)。由于集膚效應(yīng),R2和X2均為由分布參數(shù)電路導(dǎo)出的等效值,且隨轉(zhuǎn)子滑差s變化。RMxprt對(duì)電機(jī)的任何運(yùn)行工況都考慮了飽和與集膚效應(yīng)的影響,因而非線性參數(shù)計(jì)算和分布參數(shù)計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確度高。8.3三相感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)這一節(jié),我們將演示三相感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的一般流程。點(diǎn)擊Start>Programs>Ansoft>Maxwell12>Maxwell12從桌面進(jìn)入乂2乂0611界面。從RMxprt主菜單條中點(diǎn)擊File>New新建一個(gè)空白的Maxwell工程文件Projectl。從RMxprt主菜單欄中點(diǎn)擊Project>InsertRMxprtDesign。在SelectMachineType會(huì)話框中選擇Three-PhaseInductionMotor,然后點(diǎn)擊OK返回RMxprti窗口。這樣就添加一個(gè)新的RMxpr設(shè)計(jì)。從RMxprt菜單欄中點(diǎn)擊File>Save。如果想把項(xiàng)目另存為IndM3_6p50Hz11kW.mxwl,可從下拉菜單選擇SaveAs然后點(diǎn)擊Save返回RMxprt主窗口。(參見(jiàn)3.2.6設(shè)置默認(rèn)的項(xiàng)目路徑)分析這個(gè)算例,需要做以下幾項(xiàng)設(shè)置:設(shè)置模型單位(參考章節(jié)2.3.2.7設(shè)置模型單位):配置RMxprt材料庫(kù)(參考章節(jié)3.4.1配置材料庫(kù)):編輯線規(guī)庫(kù)(參考章節(jié)3.3.2到3.3.6):當(dāng)選擇Three-PhaseInductionMotor做為電機(jī)模型時(shí),必須輸入如下幾項(xiàng):Generaldata.(基本性能數(shù)據(jù))Statordata.(定子數(shù)據(jù))Rotordata.(轉(zhuǎn)子數(shù)據(jù))Solutiondata.(解算數(shù)據(jù))可在定子和轉(zhuǎn)子中選擇添加或去掉通風(fēng)孔?;拘阅茉O(shè)計(jì)在項(xiàng)目樹(shù)下雙擊Machine圖標(biāo),可顯示Properties.對(duì)話框。在如圖8.4所示的Machine列表下定義基本性能數(shù)據(jù)。MachineType:電機(jī)類(lèi)型。NumberofPoles:電機(jī)極數(shù)。其值為定子極數(shù)的總和(或極對(duì)數(shù)X2)。3.StrayLossFactor:雜散損耗系數(shù),雜散損耗與額定輸出功率的比值。雜散損耗有兩部分構(gòu)成,一部分是由銅線中電流分布不均勻引起的損耗;另一部分是由于負(fù)載電流使磁通發(fā)生改變,導(dǎo)致的附加銅損。IEEE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)2500hp以下交流電動(dòng)機(jī)的雜散損耗分成3個(gè)參考等級(jí):1-125HP=1.8%的額定輸出功率126-500HP=1.5%的額定輸出功率501-2499HP=1.2%的額定輸出功率FrictionalLoss:在參考轉(zhuǎn)速下測(cè)得的摩擦損耗(由摩擦產(chǎn)生)WindLoss:參考轉(zhuǎn)速下測(cè)得的風(fēng)阻損耗(由空氣阻力產(chǎn)生)ReferenceSpeed:所給的參考轉(zhuǎn)速。點(diǎn)擊OK關(guān)閉Properties對(duì)話框。PropcrlicsjlndM3,fcp50Hz11kWRMxprtDu&ignlMachineMaJiireNemeValuaUnkEvsiu^ed...DescriptioriMadiireTypeIhieePhase1rdu...NumbeiafPdesGHurrbeiofpolesafttiemaihreLossFazta0.020.L2LossFactorFrcbonaiLoss150W150WFhefri二上lanRb翻mtasureddtttierefeierc^.scKedWndL□注07(NJIhewnd1□充ireasured&the勺1時(shí)印匚弓和redHeleienoT:Speed900rpmTherefrreriTr.speedal^hichH-eFiiclimdlandwind1口媳e*aiemwcured圖8.4基本性能參數(shù)8.3.2定子設(shè)計(jì)定子由沖片疊壓制成,三相交流繞組安放其中。雙擊項(xiàng)目樹(shù)中的Machine>Stator圖標(biāo),顯示Properties對(duì)話框。在如圖8.5所示的Stator列表中輸入定子數(shù)據(jù)。OuterDiameter:定子外徑。InnerDiameter:定子內(nèi)徑。Length:定子鐵心的軸向長(zhǎng)度。StackingFactor:定子的迭壓系數(shù)SteelType:定子鐵心材料類(lèi)型(參考7.3節(jié)設(shè)置材料類(lèi)型)NumberofSlot:定子槽數(shù)SlotType:定子槽型(參考7.1.1節(jié)槽型)1)點(diǎn)擊SlotType顯示SelectSlotType對(duì)話框。2)選擇一種槽型(有6種類(lèi)型可用)3)點(diǎn)擊OK關(guān)閉SelectSlotType對(duì)話框。LaminationSectors:迭片分區(qū)數(shù)。對(duì)于大型感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī),一個(gè)迭片可能由如圖8.6所示的幾個(gè)扇形組合而成,而不是一個(gè)整體的圓形迭片。迭片分區(qū)數(shù)表示一個(gè)迭片由幾個(gè)這樣的扇區(qū)組成。PressboardThickness:導(dǎo)磁隔板的厚度。鍵入0表示為一個(gè)非導(dǎo)磁的隔板SkewWidth:斜槽(以定子槽數(shù)計(jì))點(diǎn)擊OK關(guān)閉Properties對(duì)話框。
