公稱通徑(Nominaldiameter),mm;d 波根外徑(),mm;h 波高(亞2丫6height),mm;q 波距(亞2丫6distance),mm;t 一層材料的厚度(Alayerofmaterialthickness),mm;z 波紋管材料的層數(shù)(Corrugatedpipemateriallayers);n 波紋管的波數(shù)(Thewavenumberofthecorrugatedpipe);A 額定軸向總位移(Ratedtotalaxialdisplacement),mm;波紋管試件材料為SUS321,其他為Q235-B;CorrugatedtubespecimenmaterialfortheSUS321,theotherQ235-B;設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)溫度均為205℃;Designreferencetemperatureof205DEGc;循環(huán)次數(shù)均為3000次。Cyclenumberare3000times.四、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備:Four,testequipment.液壓試驗(yàn)泵;hydraulictestpump;.壓力表,精度等級1.5級;pressuregauges,precisiongrade1.5class;3靜剛度試驗(yàn)機(jī)。Staticstiffnesstestmachine.五、試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目:Five,testproject.材料檢查;materialinspection;.外觀檢查;visualinspection;.尺寸檢驗(yàn);dimensionalinspection;.焊縫檢驗(yàn);weldinspection;.剛度測定;Determinationofstiffness;.耐壓試驗(yàn);voltagewithstandtest;.疲勞試驗(yàn)。fatiguetest六、試驗(yàn)方法:Six,testmethod:.材料檢查:materialinspection:核查膨脹節(jié)所用材料的牌號及其材質(zhì)報(bào)告,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合表1;Verificationofexpansionjointmaterialusedforthebrandanditsmaterialqualityreport,theresultsshouldconformtotable1;表1零件名稱Partname材料Materialscience名稱Name牌號Grade標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號Standardnumber波紋管Corrugatedpipe不銹鋼Stainlesssteel0Cr18Ni10TiGB/T4237-1992法蘭Flange碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼CarbonstructuralsteelQ235-BGB/T700-1988定位螺桿Positioningscrew2.外觀檢查:Appearanceinspection:在日光或人工照明下目測及相關(guān)量具檢驗(yàn)膨脹節(jié)外觀,要求如下:Inthesunlightorartificiallightundervisualandrelatedmeasuringtestexpansionjointappearance,requirementsareasfollows:(1)管坯用薄板卷制時只允許有全焊透的對接型縱向焊縫,不允許有環(huán)焊縫;tubewithasheetcoilsystemisonlyallowedtohavefullpenetrationbutttypelongitudinalweld,doesnotallowcircumferentialweld;(2)管坯的縱焊縫以最少為原則,在管坯厚度不大于0.5mm時,相鄰焊縫的間距應(yīng)大于150mm,管坯厚度不小于0.8mm時,,相鄰焊縫的間距應(yīng)大于250mm,焊縫條數(shù)不多于兩條;tubelongitudinalseamwithminimumprinciple,inthetubethicknessislessthan0.5mm,adjacenttheweldspacingshouldbegreaterthan150mm,tubethicknessnotlessthan0.8mm,,adjacenttheweldspacingshouldbegreaterthan250mm,weldnumbernomorethantwo;(3)管坯的拼接應(yīng)采用自動氬弧焊或等離子焊方法施焊。大于0.5mm的板材拼焊對口錯邊量、焊縫的凹陷深度及余高應(yīng)不大于板厚的10%,焊縫表面應(yīng)呈銀白色或金黃色,可呈淺藍(lán)色;thesplicingtubeshouldbeusedforautomaticargonarcweldingandplasmaweldingmethodwelding.Morethan0.5mmplateweldingunfitnessofbuttwelddepressions,depthandresidualhighshouldnotbegreaterthanthethicknessoftheweldsurfaceshouldbe10%,silverywhiteorgoldenyellow,canbealightblue;(4)波峰、波谷與側(cè)壁間應(yīng)圓滑過渡,波紋表面允許有輕微的模片壓痕,不允許有裂紋、焊接飛濺物及明顯的凹凸不平和大于單層壁厚負(fù)偏差的劃痕;peaks,troughsandsidewallshouldbesmoothtransition,corrugatedsurfacetoallowaslightdieindentation,nocrack,weldingspatterandobviousunevenwallthicknessisgreaterthanthesingleandnegativedeviationscratches;(5)膨脹節(jié)組件的波紋管與接管連接應(yīng)采用氬弧焊焊接,碳鋼件可采用普通電焊。碳鋼件法蘭(除密封面外)表面應(yīng)涂防銹漆兩道或涂塑處理;expansionjointassemblyofcorrugatedpipeandtheconnectingpipeshouldbeusedinargonarcwelding,carbonsteelpartscanadoptthecommonwelding.Carbonsteelflange(exceptthesealingsurface)surfaceshouldbecoatedantirustpainttwoorplasticprocessing;(6)膨脹節(jié)組件各部位焊縫表面不應(yīng)有裂紋、氣孔、夾渣、飛濺物等缺陷;expansionjointassemblypartsoftheweldsurfaceshouldnotcrack,blowhole,slag,spatterdefects;3.尺寸檢驗(yàn):Dimensioninspection:用精度符合規(guī)定極限偏差要求的通用量具及專用量具檢查膨脹節(jié)的尺寸。要求如下:Withprecisionconformtospecifiedlimitdeviationrequirementsofspecialmeasuringtoolformeasuringandcheckingthesizeofexpansionjoint.Requirementsareasfollows:(1)尺寸按附表要求檢查;Sizeaccordingtotheschedulerequirementscheck;(2)多層波紋管管坯的套合間隙應(yīng)不大于0.8mm;Multilayerbellowstubesleevedgapshouldbelessthan0.8mm;(3)波紋管的波峰、波谷曲率半徑的極限偏差為±15%的公稱半徑;Corrugatedpipe,theradiusofcurvatureofthewavetroughoflimitdeviationof15%nominalradius;(4)膨脹節(jié)組件各部位焊縫表面不應(yīng)有裂紋、氣孔、夾渣、飛濺物等缺陷;Expansionjointassemblypartsoftheweldsurfaceshouldnotcrack,blowhole,slag,spatterdefects;(5)膨脹節(jié)組件長度公差為±5mm,垂直度公差為1%波紋管公稱通徑,且不大于3mm,同軸度公差為1%波紋管公稱通徑,且不大于85mm;Expansionjointassemblylengthtoleranceis+5mm,perpendicularitytoleranceof1%corrugatedtubenominaldiameter,andnotmorethan3mm,coaxialtoleranceof1%corrugatedtubenominaldiameter,andnotmorethan5mmdiameter;.焊縫檢驗(yàn):Weldinspection:波紋管縱焊縫進(jìn)行拍片檢查,焊縫不存在裂紋、未融合和未焊透。CorrugatedpipelongitudinalweldingseamforX-rayexamination,thereisnocrack,lackoffusionweldandweld.剛度測定:Determinationofstiffness:膨脹節(jié)的軸向剛度測定,在常溫、常壓下將試件垂直放置測力機(jī)上進(jìn)行。分5級遞增(每級壓縮位移量為軸向總補(bǔ)償量的1/5),共測三遍,取其各級額定位移量下的最大作用力的平均值。其結(jié)果應(yīng)符合B16400的軸向剛度為915.8N/mm,BS06800的軸向剛度為558.0N/mm。Expansionoftheaxialstiffnessmeasurement,atroomtemperature,theatmospherewillbespecimenplacedverticallyontheforcemeasuringmachine.5increments(eachstagecompressiondisplacementaxialtotalcompensationquantity1/5),weremeasuredthreetimes,takethevariousnominaldisplacementunderthemaximumforceofaveragevalue.TheresultsshouldbeinlinewiththeB16400axialstiffnessis915.8N/mm,BS06800axialstiffnessfor558.0N/mm..耐壓試驗(yàn):Withstandvoltagetest:(1)試驗(yàn)裝置應(yīng)保證試驗(yàn)時膨脹節(jié)兩端固定和有效密封,波紋管以其自由長度處于直線狀態(tài);Testdeviceshallguaranteethatthetestexpansionjointwithbothendsfixedandeffectiveseal,corrugatedpipewithitsfreelengthinstraightline;(2)試驗(yàn)時應(yīng)緩慢升壓,達(dá)到規(guī)定試驗(yàn)壓力后保壓至少10min;Testpressureshallbeincreasedslowly,reachedaftertherequiredtestpressureandpressureofatleast10min;(3)試驗(yàn)壓力下目視檢查膨脹節(jié),膨脹節(jié)應(yīng)無滲漏,結(jié)構(gòu)件應(yīng)無明顯變形,波紋管應(yīng)無失穩(wěn)現(xiàn)象;Testpressurevisualinspectionofexpansionjoints,expansionjointsshouldbenoleakage,piecesofthestructureshouldbenoobviousdistortion,corrugatedtubeshouldbenoinstabilityphenomenon;(4)水壓試驗(yàn)壓力下的最大波距變化率大于15%,即認(rèn)為波紋管已失穩(wěn)。Waterpressuretestofmaximumwavepitchchangerateisgreaterthan15%,thatthebellowshasinstability.(5)檢查要求:在1.5倍公稱壓力下,保持10min不發(fā)生泄漏,且波紋管應(yīng)無失穩(wěn)現(xiàn)象。Examinationrequirements:at1.5timesthenominalpressure,keepingthe10mincannotleak,andthecorrugatedtubeshouldbenoinstabilityphenomenon..疲勞試驗(yàn):Fatiguetest:(1)膨脹節(jié)的疲勞試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在專用的疲勞試驗(yàn)裝置上進(jìn)行,疲勞試驗(yàn)裝置應(yīng)保證能約束波紋管壓力推力與位移反力,并能保證施加的軸向循環(huán)位移與波紋管軸線同軸;expansionjointfatiguetestshouldbeinspecialfatiguetestdevice,fatiguetestdevicetoensuretheconstraintbellowspressurethrustforceanddisplacement,andcanguaranteetheappliedaxialcyclicdisplacementandaxisofcoaxialcorrugatedpipe;(2)膨脹節(jié)的疲勞試驗(yàn)可在常溫下進(jìn)行,膨脹節(jié)在軸向總位移量下,循環(huán)次數(shù)為設(shè)計(jì)疲勞壽命的3倍。B16400的疲勞試驗(yàn)循環(huán)位移量為31,BS06800的疲勞試驗(yàn)循環(huán)位移量為45。循環(huán)頻率的選擇應(yīng)確保各波均勻變形(一般不大于30次/min)。Expansionjointfatiguetestcanbeperformedatroomtemperature,expansionjointintotalaxialdisplacement,cyclenumberforthedesignoffatiguelife3times.B16400fatiguetestcyclicdisplacementof31,BS06800fatiguetestcyclicdisplacementof45.Cyclicfrequencyselectionshouldensurethatthewaveofuniformdeformation(generallynotmorethan30times/min).(3)檢查要求:膨脹節(jié)達(dá)到循環(huán)次數(shù)后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行壓力試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)為水時,波紋管應(yīng)無漏水現(xiàn)象;試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)為氣體時,皂泡檢查波紋管表面應(yīng)無漏氣現(xiàn)象。Examinationrequirements:expansionjointtocyclenumber,shouldbecarriedoutforwaterpressuretest,thetestmedium,corrugatedtubeshouldbenowaterleakagephenomenon;testmediumisair,soapbubblecheckcorrugatedpipesurfaceshouldbenoleakagephenomenon.七、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果:Inseven,thetestresults:.材質(zhì)報(bào)告;materialreport;.外觀檢查報(bào)告;visualinspectionreport;.尺寸檢查報(bào)告;dimensioninspectionreport;.焊縫檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告;weldinspectionreport;.剛度檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告;stiffnessinspectionreport;.壓力試驗(yàn)報(bào)告;pressuretestreport;.疲勞試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。Fatiguetestreport.無錫金波隔振科技有限公司不銹鋼波形膨脹節(jié)質(zhì)量;GWS397#GL
