網(wǎng)上填報志愿模擬演練的通知
各省轄市招生辦公室,各重點擴權(quán)縣(市)招生辦公室:
為了使今年報名參加普通高考的考生熟悉網(wǎng)上填報志愿系統(tǒng),掌握網(wǎng)上填報流程,避免因誤操作影響志愿填報,確保今年普通高校招生網(wǎng)上填報志愿的順利進(jìn)行,經(jīng)研究,定于5月13日在全省進(jìn)行普通高校招生網(wǎng)上填報志愿模擬演練?,F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項通知如下:
一、網(wǎng)上填報志愿模擬演練參加人員
所有參加今年普通高校招生統(tǒng)一考試的考生(含對口生、專升本考生)。
二、網(wǎng)上填報志愿模擬演練時間安排
1、5月10日下午,省招辦通過招生考試專網(wǎng)公布模擬演練使用手冊和模擬演練專業(yè)目錄,請各市、縣招辦于5月12日前下載、打印并下發(fā)至各中學(xué)、考生。
2、5月10日至12日,省招辦調(diào)試服務(wù)器和網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備,期間河南省普通高校招生考生服務(wù)平臺(://)關(guān)閉。
3、5月13日8時,網(wǎng)上填報志愿模擬演練開始??忌卿浐幽鲜∑胀ǜ咝U猩忌?wù)平臺,按照模擬演練使用手冊要求進(jìn)行填報。
4、5月13日18時,網(wǎng)上填報模擬演練結(jié)束。
三、有關(guān)要求
1、高度重視,加強領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。各級招辦、各中學(xué)要成立以單位主管負(fù)責(zé)人為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的模擬演練工作小組,選擇熟悉業(yè)務(wù)、懂技術(shù)的工作人員參加此項工作,安排好模擬演練的場所和具體填報時間,準(zhǔn)備好網(wǎng)上填報志愿所需的相關(guān)設(shè)備設(shè)施、資料。
2、精心組織,合理安排。在??忌芍袑W(xué)負(fù)責(zé),非在校考生由各縣(市、區(qū))招辦負(fù)責(zé),確保每一個考生都熟悉和了解網(wǎng)上填報志愿系統(tǒng)。同時認(rèn)真做好宣傳工作,協(xié)調(diào)好考生參與模擬演練的時間。各縣招辦、中學(xué)要為不具備上網(wǎng)條件的考生提供上網(wǎng)模擬演練環(huán)境。
3、所有已報名參加2023年普通高等學(xué)校招生考試的考生應(yīng)在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)參加網(wǎng)上填報志愿模擬演練,否則視為自動放棄。演練期間,任何人不得代替考生進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上填報志愿。為確保考生信息安全,要提醒考生妥善保管好自己的密碼,不要泄露給他人。如忘記密碼,須考生本人持準(zhǔn)考證和身份證原件到所在市縣區(qū)招辦辦理重置手續(xù)??忌顖笾驹附Y(jié)束后,應(yīng)使用“退出系統(tǒng)”功能退出網(wǎng)上填報系統(tǒng)。
4、本次模擬演練所使用的有關(guān)高校招生計劃、合格成績信息等非報名數(shù)據(jù)均為模擬數(shù)據(jù),僅用于本次演練,與正式填報志愿不同,各級招辦與中學(xué)須向考生說明情況,避免誤解。為簡化程序本次演練將不提供打印志愿表功能。
5、各級招辦和中學(xué),要主動與當(dāng)?shù)仉娦藕碗娏Σ块T聯(lián)系和協(xié)調(diào),確保演練期間網(wǎng)絡(luò)暢通和電力正常運行。
6、模擬演練期間,各級招辦要加強值班受理考生咨詢,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時上報省招辦。各市招辦須于5月18日前將模擬演練情況用書面形式報省招辦科技信息處。省招辦將及時統(tǒng)計各地參加模擬演練考生人數(shù)與比例,對模擬演練工作進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
