武漢工程大學2023年專升本《大學英語》考試大綱根據(jù)教育部高等教育司在2004年制定的全新的《大學英語課程教學要求》,特組織編寫武漢工程大學2023年專升本《大學英語》考試大綱,以幫助廣大考生復習參考。

一考試內(nèi)容本考試包括六個部分:1)寫作;2)快速閱讀;3)仔細閱讀;4)詞匯與結(jié)構;5)完型填空6)翻譯。全部題目按順序統(tǒng)一編號。(一)寫作(PartIWriting)共1題,考試時間30分鐘。要求考生寫出不少于120詞的短文,試卷上可能給出題目,或規(guī)定場景,或看圖作文,或?qū)憟蟾?、評論、發(fā)言稿和日常應用文等,要求表達思想清楚,意義連貫,無重大語法錯誤。短文寫作部分的目的是測試學生運用英語書面表達思想的初步能力??焖匍喿x(PartIIReadingComprehension:SkimmingandScanning)采用1-2篇較長篇幅的文章或多篇短文,總長度約為1000詞,共10個小題??荚嚂r間15分鐘。要求考生運用略讀和查讀的技能從篇章中獲取信息。略讀考核學生通過快速閱讀獲取文章主旨大意或中心思想的能力,閱讀速度約每分鐘100詞。查讀考核學生利用各種提示,如數(shù)字、大寫單詞、段首或句首詞等,快速查找特定信息的能力。快速閱讀理解部分采用的題型有單項選擇、是非判斷、句子填空、完成句子等測試學生通過閱讀獲取書面信息的能力。(三)仔細閱讀(PartIIIReadingComprehension:ReadinginDepth)共四篇短文,20個小題,考試時間40分鐘。短文平均長度為300-350詞。本部分測試考生在不同層面上的閱讀理解能力,包括理解主旨大意和重要細節(jié)、綜合分析、推測判斷以及根據(jù)上下文推測詞義等。短文后有若干個問題,考生根據(jù)對文章的理解,從每題的四個選項中選擇最佳答案。(四)詞匯與結(jié)構(PartIVVocabularyandStructure)共30小題,考試時間15分鐘。目的是測試學生運用詞匯、短語及語法結(jié)構的能力。詞匯題是考查考生對詞匯及詞組的辯異能力以及在句中的具體運用;結(jié)構題是測試考生對標準英語書面語語法結(jié)構的掌握程度。所占比例為2:1,即詞匯題20小題,結(jié)構題10小題。(五)完形填空(PartVCloze)共20小題,考試時間15分鐘。在1篇題材熟悉、難度適中的短文(約200個詞)中留有20個空白,每個空白為一題,每題有四個選擇項,要求考生在全面理解內(nèi)容的基礎上選擇一個最佳答案,使短文的意思和結(jié)構恢復完整。填空的詞項包括結(jié)構詞和實義詞。完形填空測試考生綜合運用語言的能力。(六)翻譯(PartVITranslation)共5小題,考試時間5分鐘。一題一句,句長為15-20單詞,句子一部分為英語,另一部分為漢語??忌柙诩骖櫲浣Y(jié)構、語法及句意的基礎上將漢語部分譯成英語??疾榭忌鷮τ⒄Z詞匯、短語和基本句型的掌握,以及語法知識在語言表達中的實際運用。二答題及計分方法客觀性試題用機器閱卷,要求考生從每題四個選擇項中選出一個最佳答案,并在答題卡上(AnswerSheet)該題的相應字母中間用鉛筆劃一條橫線,多選作答錯處理。主觀性試題按科學的評分標準評分。(提醒:故請考生準備好考試專用鉛筆,用于涂填答題卡。)試卷六個部分的題目數(shù)、計分和考試時間列表如下:各部分名稱題目數(shù)(個)計分(分)考試時間(分鐘)短文寫作11530快速閱讀101515仔細閱讀204040詞匯與結(jié)構301515完型填空201015翻譯555總計86個100分120分鐘三參考書目1.鄭樹棠,陳永捷,《新視野大學英語讀寫教程》(1—4冊),外語教學與研究出版社鄭樹棠,徐忠,毛忠明,《新視野大學英語聽說教程》(1—4冊),外語教學與研究出版社3.李蔭華《大學英語綜合教程》(1—4冊),上海外語教育出版社附:2023年武漢工程大學專升本《大學英語》考試樣題2023年4月武漢工程大學教務處2023年武漢工程大學專升本《大學英語》考試樣題PartIWriting(30Minutes)Directions:Forthispart,youareallowed30minutestowriteacompositiononthetopicWhatElectivestoChoose.Youshouldwriteatleast120wordsaccordingtotheoutlinegivenbelowinChinese.Whatelectivestochoose

Oftheforcesshapinghighereducationnoneismoresweepingthanthemovementacrossborders.Overthepastthreedecadesthenumberofstudentsleavinghomeeachyeartostudyabroadhasgrownatanannualrateof3.9percent,from800,000in1975to2.5millionin2004.Mosttravelfromonedevelopednationtoanother,buttheflowfromdevelopingtodevelopedcountriesisgrowingrapidly.Thereverseflow,fromdevelopedtodevelopingcountries,isontherise,too.Todayforeignstudentsearn30percentofthedoctoraldegreesawardedintheUnitedStatesand38percentofthoseintheUnitedKingdom.Andthenumbercrossingbordersforundergraduatestudyisgrowingaswell,to8percentoftheundergraduatesatAmerica’sbestinstitutionsand10percentofallundergraduatesintheU.K.IntheUnitedStates,20percentofthenewlyhiredprofessorsinscienceandengineeringareforeign-born,andinChinamanynewlyhiredfacultymembersatthetopresearchuniversitiesreceivedtheirgraduateeducationabroad.

Globalizationisalsoreshapingthewayresearchisdone.Onenewtrendinvolvessourcingportionsofaresearchprogramtoanothercountry.YaleprofessorandHowardHughesMedicalInstituteinvestigatorTianXudirectsaresearchcenterfocusedonthegeneticsofhumandiseaseatShanghai’sFudanUniversity,incollaborationwithfacultycolleaguesfrombothschools.TheShanghaicenterhas95employeesandgraduatestudentsworkingina4,300-square-meterlaboratoryfacility.Yalefaculty,postdoctorsandgraduatestudentsvisitregularlyandattendvideoconferenceseminarswithscientistsfrombothcampuses.Thearrangementbenefitsbothcountries;Xu’sYalelabismoreproductive,thankstothelowercostsofconductingresearchinChina,andChinesegraduatestudents,postdoctorsandfacultygeton-the-jobtrainingfromaworld-classscientistandhisU.S.team.
