鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略下長沙鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展模式探析,旅游管理碩士論文十九大報(bào)告指出,鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的提出是決勝全面建成小康社會(huì)的重要舉措。有效施行鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)新農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,是發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的契機(jī)。在2021年1月全國旅游工作報(bào)告中,國家旅游局局長李金早明確指出:要著力推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游,使鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為扶貧和富民新渠道。鄉(xiāng)村旅游在長沙市從萌芽、興起到快速發(fā)展,已有近30年歷程,它做為一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài),為促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供應(yīng)側(cè)構(gòu)造性改革、帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民就業(yè)增收、建設(shè)美麗鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)揮了重要作用,顯現(xiàn)出廣闊的發(fā)展前景,已經(jīng)成為富有農(nóng)民、提升農(nóng)業(yè)、美化鄉(xiāng)村的新動(dòng)能、新亮點(diǎn)。隨著人們的生活水平的提高,旅游開場變成尋常百姓家生活中的一部分,尤其是對(duì)于都市白領(lǐng)階層,面對(duì)繁忙的工作和社會(huì)壓力,短期的鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為放松身心的絕佳選擇,近年來,越來越熱門,在一線城市周邊構(gòu)成了一些具有品牌性的鄉(xiāng)村旅游標(biāo)本。對(duì)于二三線城市的鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)具有借鑒意義。由于疫情的爆發(fā),拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需對(duì)于穩(wěn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、穩(wěn)增長具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。近日,國家發(fā)改委、商務(wù)部等23個(gè)部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)了(關(guān)于促進(jìn)消費(fèi)擴(kuò)容提質(zhì)加快構(gòu)成強(qiáng)大國內(nèi)市場的施行意見〕,明確要持續(xù)提升居民消費(fèi)能力。作為城市周邊的鄉(xiāng)村旅游的消費(fèi)需求會(huì)相對(duì)增加,各地為了刺激消費(fèi),相繼出臺(tái)相關(guān)政策,高度關(guān)注和鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游。根據(jù)當(dāng)下長沙市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)在狀況,總結(jié)出四種典型的長沙市鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展形式。本文結(jié)合鄉(xiāng)村振興、脫貧攻堅(jiān)大政策背景,通過對(duì)長沙鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展形式分析,對(duì)現(xiàn)在狀況有一個(gè)愈加清楚明晰的認(rèn)識(shí),并進(jìn)一步提出問題及解決方案,以長沙縣開慧鎮(zhèn)賜福村、果園鎮(zhèn)潯龍河村為例,分析鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展樣板的經(jīng)歷體驗(yàn)。本文以長沙市作為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、訪談等,提出詳細(xì)旅游開發(fā)建議,提出以施行鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略為總抓手,統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,為鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)提供了參考和借鑒,提出七大方式方法,推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展,包括:做好鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間規(guī)劃,做到上下一盤棋;挖掘歷史底蘊(yùn),塑造文化旅游新形象;推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā),拉動(dòng)旅游消費(fèi);挖掘鄉(xiāng)村旅游特色亮點(diǎn),構(gòu)成品牌效應(yīng);推動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā),創(chuàng)新鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展方向;依托鄉(xiāng)村振興政策,為鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展提供要素保障;緊抓時(shí)代脈搏,推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村旅游供應(yīng)側(cè)構(gòu)造升級(jí)具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。本文關(guān)鍵詞語:長沙市;鄉(xiāng)村旅游;鄉(xiāng)村振興。AbstractAccordingtothereportofthe19thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChina,theproposaloftheRuralRevitalizationStrategyisanimportantmeasuretowinthevictoryofbuildingamoderatelyprosperoussocietyinanall-roundway.TheeffectiveimplementationoftheRuralRevitalizationStrategyandthepromotionoftherapiddevelopmentofthenewruraleconomyaretheopportunitiesforthedevelopmentofruraltourism.InthenationaltourismworkreportinJanuary2021,LiJinzao,directoroftheNationalTourismAdministration,clearlypointedoutthat:weshouldfocusonpromotingruraltourismandmakeitanewchanneltohelpthepoorandenrichthepeople.RuraltourismhasbeendevelopingrapidlyinChangshafornearly30years.Asanewindustrialform,ithasplayedanimportantroleinpromotingthestructuralreformofagriculturalsupplyside,promotingtheemploymentandincomeoffarmers,andbuildingabeautifulcountryside.Ithasshownabroaddevelopmentprospect,andhasbecomeanewdrivingforceandbrightspotforrichfarmers,improvingagricultureandbeautifyingthecountryside.Withtheimprovementofpeopleslivingstandards,tourismhasbecomeapartofthelifeofordinarypeople.Especiallyfortheurbanwhite-collarclass,inthefaceofbusyworkandsocialpressure,short-termruraltourismhasbecomeagreatchoicetorelaxtheirbodyandmind.Inrecentyears,ithasbecomemoreandmorepopular,formingsomebrandruraltourismspecimensaroundthefirsttiercities.Itcanbeusedforreferenceforthedevelopmentofruraltourisminthesecondandthirdtiercities.Becauseoftheoutbreakoftheepidemic,itisofpracticalsignificancetostimulatedomesticdemandforstabilizingtheeconomyandgrowth.Recently,23departments,includingthenationaldevelopmentandReformCommissionandtheMinistryofCommerce,jointlyissuedtheimplementationopinionsonpromotingconsumption,capacityexpansionandqualityimprovement,andacceleratingtheformationofastrongdomesticmarket,makingitclearthattheconsumptioncapacityofresidentsshouldbecontinuouslyimproved.Astheconsumptiondemandofruraltourismaroundthecitywillincreaserelatively.Inordertostimulateconsumption,localgovernmentshaveissuedrelevantpoliciestopaycloseattentiontoandencouragethedevelopmentofruraltourism.AccordingtothecurrentsituationofruraltourismdevelopmentinChangsha,fourtypicaldevelopmentmodelsofruraltourisminChangshaaresummarized.BasedonthebackgroundofRuralRevitalizationandPovertyAlleviationPolicies,thispaperhasaclearerunderstandingofthecurrentsituationanalysisofthedevelopmentmodeofruraltourisminChangsha,andfurtherputsforwardproblemsandsolutions.TakingCifuvillageinKaihuitownandxunlonghevillageinGuoyuantowninChangshaCountyasexamples,itanalyzestheexperienceofruraltourismdevelopmentmodel.ThispapertakesChangshaCityastheresearchobject,putsforwardspecifictourismdevelopmentsuggestionsthroughfieldresearch,interviews,etc.,putsforwardtotaketheimplementationofRuralRevitalizationStrategyasthegeneralstartingpoint,promotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentofagriculturalandruralareasasawhole,providesreferenceandreferenceforthedevelopmentofruraltourism,andputsforwardsevenmethodstopromotethedevelopmentofruraltourism,including:doagoodjobinruraltourismspatialplanning,toachievethenextlevelDiscs,chess,excavatingthehistoricaldetails,sh
