優(yōu)秀班主任和學(xué)校大隊輔導(dǎo)員的述職工作匯報(17)我從1995年中師畢業(yè)后一直在利安小學(xué)工作。其中95----99年在利安點校、白河點校工作,教授語文學(xué)科,擔(dān)任所教班的班主任和學(xué)校大隊輔導(dǎo)員工作。99年因工作表現(xiàn)和工作需要調(diào)入中心校,擔(dān)任自然課教學(xué)和科技輔導(dǎo)員工作至今,其中99年5月評為彭州市優(yōu)秀青年教師、99年12月取得漢語言文學(xué)專科自考學(xué)歷、99年12月取得小學(xué)一級教師資格、XX年5月加入中國成為中共黨員、XX年9月成為自然中心組成員負責(zé)四區(qū)片自然教研工作、XX年8月評為彭州市骨干教師、XX年10月成為成都市教育學(xué)會小學(xué)科學(xué)分會會員。下面我將近年來我的工作情況作個匯報:作為一名工作在教育一線的中共黨員,我深深感到思想政治建設(shè)的重要作用。多年來,我一直堅持政治理論學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)黨史、黨章和黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的理論著作,加強黨性修為。堅持四項基本原則、堅持黨的教育方針,做到教書育人、依法執(zhí)教、為人師表,忠于人民的教育事業(yè)。關(guān)心國際國內(nèi)大事,密切關(guān)注時事和政策方針,做到與時俱進、與上級組織保持一致。嚴謹治學(xué)、愛崗敬業(yè),兢兢業(yè)業(yè)干好本職工作,積極主動地配合同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完成學(xué)校工作。關(guān)心熱愛學(xué)生,團結(jié)尊重Unit14
