14一.概況Overview1.1工程概況ProjectOverview項(xiàng)目名稱：TDI聯(lián)合裝置廠區(qū)中壓電纜敷設(shè)施工。Projectname:TDITrainPlantMediumVoltageCablePullingWork.本工程涉及三個(gè)變電站，分別是現(xiàn)有的220/35kVA472變電站、現(xiàn)有的35/10kVB301S變電站以及新建的35/10kVC581變電站，工作內(nèi)容為三個(gè)變電站之間和從三個(gè)變電站接至MV用戶的電力電纜、把握電纜、接地電纜的敷設(shè)。Theprojectinvolvesthreesubstations,namelytheexisting220/35kVA472substation,theexisting35/10kVB301Sthe35/10kVC581substationandanewsubstation.Thisisthepower,controlandgroundingcablepullingamongthreesubstationsandforMVusersconnectedtothethreesubstations.1.2施工范圍ScopeofWork1)A472建筑（220/35kV變電站）出線回路：A472Building(220/35kVsubstation)outletcircuit由A472變電站引出3路35kV出線。其中：一路引至B301S建筑（35/10kV變電站）原1#主變，原1#主變電纜將抽出，與新增4#主變連接；另兩路引至35/10kVC581變電站1#主變和2#主變?；芈方邮蹻S-YJY-26/35kV-1*300mm2單芯電纜，直埋敷設(shè)。去C581的兩路35kV線路，敷設(shè)時(shí)沿不同路徑，以避開兩回線路同時(shí)受損。Pullthree35VoutgoingsfromA472substation.Ofwhich:ThefirstoutgoingisledtoB301SBuilding(35/10kVsubstation)theoriginalone#maintransformer,pulltheoriginalone#maintransformercableout,andconnecttotheadding4#maintransformer;theothertwooutgoingsareledto35/10kVC581#1andsubstation2#maintransformer.UseFS-YJY-26/35kV-1*300mm2single-corecablesforLoopandburiedpulling.Two35kVlinestoC581arelaidalongdifferentpathstoavoiddamageofthetwoloops.2)B301S建筑（35/10kV變電站）出線回路：B301Sbuilding(35/10kVsubstation)outletcircuit:由B301S變電站引出7路10kV出線。全部引至B399中心制冷站?；芈方邮?0kV截面為95mm2的三芯鎧裝電纜，由B301S南面現(xiàn)有的電纜井引出直埋至裝置。Pull710kVoutgoingsfromB301SsubstationtoB399centralrefrigerationstation.Loopuses10kVthree-corearmoredcablewithcross-section95mm2andpulloutfromtheexistingcablewellinthesouthofB301Sthenburiedlaytothedevice.3)C581建筑（35/10kV變電站）出線回路：C581building(35/10kVsubstation)outletcircuit:由C581引出10路10kV線路，分別為A507的四臺變壓器，B551的兩臺變壓器，B553TDA裝置氫氣壓縮機(jī)2臺，C521鹽酸裝置氯氣壓縮機(jī)1臺，鹽酸壓縮機(jī)1臺供應(yīng)電源。其中，變壓器回路接受10kV截面為185mm2的三芯鎧裝電纜，馬達(dá)回路接受10kV截面為95mm2的三芯鎧裝電纜。以上電纜線路均沿規(guī)劃路徑埋地敷設(shè)。1010kVlinesledfromC581areusedtosupplypowertoA507'sfourtransformers,B551twotransformers,B553TDA2setsofhydrogencompressorunit,C521hydrochloricacidchlorinegascompressorunit,andhydrochloricacidcompressorunitrespectively.Amongthem,transformercircuitusesx3-corearmoredcablewith10kVcross-section185mm2,motorcircuitusesthree-corearmoredcablewith10kVcross-section95mm2.Allcablelineswillbelaidundergroundalongtheplanningpath.4)接地電纜回路：Groundcableloop:從A472敷設(shè)一根95mm2裸銅線去C581，同時(shí)從C581敷設(shè)四根95mm2裸銅線，分別引至B551、A507、B553和C521，作等電位聯(lián)結(jié)。以上電纜線路均沿規(guī)劃路徑埋地敷設(shè)。Laya95mm2barecopperwiretoC581fromA472.MeanwhilelayfourbarecopperwirestoB551,A507,B553andC521forequipotentialbonding.Allcablelineswillbelaidundergroundalongtheplanningpath.Overview5)把握電纜回路：Controlcablecircuit:安裝在HCL裝置現(xiàn)場的3.6MW馬達(dá)上的電流信號通過一根直埋敷設(shè)的鎧裝把握電纜直接接入10KV開關(guān)柜。Thecurrentsignalinstalledon3.6MWmotorintheHCLdevicessitepassesthroughaburiedarmoredcontrolcabledirectaccessto10KVswitchgear.由變壓器出線柜去C581以外的變壓器，接受兩根分別為10*2.5mm2、4*2.5mm2屏蔽鎧裝把握電纜，由中壓轉(zhuǎn)接柜引出，與中壓電纜同路徑敷設(shè)至相關(guān)變壓器室。其中，10*2.5mm2電纜直接接至溫控箱，4*2.5mm2電纜可集中從某間變壓器室引出，沿橋架至相關(guān)PCS樓ATS柜。TransformeroutletcabinetsareconnectedtoothertransformersnotinC581byusingtwo10*2.5mm2,4*2.5mm2shieldsheathedcontrolcablerespectively.The10*2.5mm2cabledirectlyisconnectedtothetemperaturecontrolboxand4*2.5mm2cableareledoutfromtransformerroom,alongthebridgetotherelevantPCSfloorATScabinet.二．編制依據(jù)CompilationBasis1）依據(jù)電氣包（中壓部分）招標(biāo)文件及招標(biāo)圖紙編制而成。AccordingtoElectricpackage(MV)thetenderandtenderdrawings.2）在充分爭辯工程的客觀狀況和施工特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合我公司類似工程施工閱歷的基礎(chǔ)上編制的。Basedonfullstudyonconstructioncharacteristicsandobjectivesituationandcombinedwithsimilarconstructionexperience.3）在本方案編制過程中，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國家現(xiàn)行建筑和安裝工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、規(guī)程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范。具體如下：Inthiscompilationprocess,strictlyimplementcurrentnationalconstructionandinstallationconstruction,acceptancenorms,procedures,standards,anddesignspecifications.Asfollows:《電氣裝置安裝工程電纜線路施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50168-2006》"ElectricalinstallationcableconstructionandacceptancestandardsGB50168-2006"《電氣裝置安裝工程接地裝置施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50169-2006》"ElectricalinstallationearthingconstructionandacceptancestandardGB50169-2006"《建筑電氣工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50303—2002》"BuildingElectricalConstructionQualityAcceptanceGB50303-2002"三．施工工藝流程：ConstructionProcess前期預(yù)備→電纜直埋敷設(shè)施工→鋪沙蓋磚→回填土→埋標(biāo)志樁→掛標(biāo)志牌Preparation→Cableburiedpulling→spreadsandandbuildbricks→backfill→burysignstake→hangsigns四.前期預(yù)備Preparation4.1技術(shù)預(yù)備TechnicalPreparation1）針對本工程特點(diǎn)編審具體的電纜溝施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，準(zhǔn)時(shí)組織圖紙會(huì)審。Compileparticularcabletrenchconstructionengineeringguidebookasperprojectcharacteristicsandorganizepromptlydrawingsjointexamination.2)依據(jù)上海市電力建設(shè)工程施工工藝實(shí)施細(xì)則結(jié)合本工程實(shí)際編寫電纜溝施工工藝卡，并組織實(shí)施。CompileconstructiontechniquecardsaccordingtotheShanghaiMunicipalElectricPowerConstructionEngineeringConstructionTechnologyImplementationDetailsandorganizeitsimplementation.3)施工人員全面了解電纜敷設(shè)來路、終點(diǎn)及敷設(shè)路徑。Constructionworkershavecomprehensiveunderstandingantecedents,destination,andlayingpathoflayingcables.4.2材料預(yù)備MaterialPreparation1)全部材料規(guī)格型號及電壓等級應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并有產(chǎn)品合格證。Allmaterialspecifications,modelsandvoltagelevelshouldmeetdesignrequirementsandhaveproductcertificates.2)每盤電纜上應(yīng)標(biāo)明電纜規(guī)格、型號、電壓等級、長度及出廠日期。電纜盤應(yīng)完好無損。Eachcableshouldbemarkedonspecification,model,voltagelevel,lengthandmanufacturedate.Cabletrayshouldbeinagoodcondition.3)電纜外觀完好無損，鎧裝無銹蝕、無機(jī)械損傷，光澤光明無皺折和扭曲現(xiàn)象。電纜外皮及絕緣展無老化及裂紋。Thecableexteriorconditionisintact.Thearmorhasnorustandnomechanicaldamage.Itisshinyandbrightwithoutwrinklesanddistortions.Cablejacketandinsulationshownoagingandcracks.4)電纜敷設(shè)前進(jìn)行絕緣搖測或耐壓試驗(yàn)。測量絕緣用兆歐表的額定電壓，接受如下等級：Beforelayingcarryoutinsulationrollingtestorvoltagewithstandtest.Usemeggerratedvoltagetomeasureinsulation.Takethefollowinglevel:10KV和35KV電纜：用2500V兆歐表。10KVand35KVCable:The2500Vmegger.電纜測試完畢，應(yīng)馬上用橡塑材料封頭。Whencabletestingiscompleted,coveritwithrubbermaterialsimmediately.5)按設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)際路徑計(jì)算每根電纜的長度，合理支配每盤電纜，無電纜接頭。Calculateeachcablelengthaccordingtodesignandactualpath.Arrangeeachcablereasonablywithoutcablejoints.6)電纜愛護(hù)套管已經(jīng)預(yù)埋好，故只需要清理管內(nèi)殘?jiān)?，并作好管口愛護(hù)。Cableprotectionsleevehasbeenembedded.Cleanpiperesidueandprotectnozzles.7)其它附屬材料：電纜標(biāo)示樁、電纜標(biāo)志牌、油漆、汽油、封鉛、硬脂酸、白布帶、橡皮包布、黑包布等均應(yīng)符合要求。Othersubsidiarymaterial:cablemarkingpiles,cablesigns,paint,gasoline,sealedlead,stearicacid,whitebelt,rubbercloth,blackclothetc.shouldmeettherequirements.4.3主要機(jī)具預(yù)備MainEquipmentPreparation卷揚(yáng)機(jī)、敷設(shè)電纜用支架及軸、電纜滾輪、轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)л啞⒌蹑?、滑輪、鋼絲繩、大麻繩、千斤頂。Winches,bracketandshaftforcablelaying,cableroller,transferguidewheel,hangingchain,pulleys,wirerope,largehemprope,jacks.絕緣搖表、皮尺、鋼鋸、電纜端接線工具、手錘、扳手、電氣焊工具、電工工具、彎管機(jī)、砂輪機(jī)、電纜走向牌打印機(jī)、電纜號牌機(jī)、噴燈。Insulationshakewatch,measuringtape,hacksaw,cable-sidewiringtools,handhammers,wrenches,electricweldingtools,electricaltools,bendingmachine,grindingwheelmachine,printer,cableplatemachine,blowtorch.無線電對講機(jī)、手持?jǐn)U音喇叭。Walkie-talkies,hand-heldloud-speakersZC型兆歐表（檢測絕緣電阻用）、高壓試驗(yàn)設(shè)備（溝通耐壓及泄漏試驗(yàn)用）ZC-typemegger(insulationresistancetest),andhigh-voltagetestequipment(ACwithstandvoltageandleakagetest)4.4作業(yè)環(huán)境預(yù)備WorkEnvironmentPreparation廠區(qū)電纜溝的開挖及過路管的預(yù)埋工作已經(jīng)完成，電纜溝內(nèi)無積水，其深度應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求，底砂鋪好，溝內(nèi)無雜物。Trenchexcavationandcrossingcabletubesembeddedhavebeencompleted.Trenchhasnowateranddepthshouldmeetthespecifications.Spreadbottomsandandbedebris-free.場地清理潔凈、道路暢通。Sitecleanuptheroadsunimpeded放電纜用的設(shè)備安置完畢，且符合平安要求，電纜沿線照明照度滿足施工要求。Cablelayingequipmenthasplaced,andmeetssafetyrequirements.Cablelightingilluminationalongtheroutemeetstheconstructionrequirements.五.敷設(shè)施工WorkofCablePulling5.1電纜敷設(shè)施工工序WorkProcedure機(jī)具布置→電纜展放→電纜敷設(shè)、固定Equipmentlayout→Layoffcable→laycableandfix5.2機(jī)具布置LayoutofTools5.2.1電纜的搬運(yùn)及支架架設(shè)CableRemovalandCableTray1)電纜搬運(yùn)須用卡車或吊車運(yùn)輸。滾動(dòng)時(shí)應(yīng)按電纜軸上箭頭指示方向滾動(dòng)。如無箭頭時(shí)，可按電纜纏繞方向滾動(dòng)，切不行反纏繞方向滾運(yùn)，以免電纜松弛。Usetruckorcranetotransportcables.Rollcable-axisaccordingtodirectionindicatedbyarrowsignonit.InLong-distancetransportation,usetruckorcranetotransportheavycabletrays.Ifwithoutthearrowsign,rollitaccordingtoitswrappingdirection.2）電纜支架的架設(shè)地點(diǎn)應(yīng)選好，以敷設(shè)便利為準(zhǔn)，一般應(yīng)在電纜起止點(diǎn)四周為宜。架設(shè)時(shí)，應(yīng)留意電纜軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向，電纜引出端應(yīng)在電纜軸的上方。電纜放線架應(yīng)放置穩(wěn)妥，鋼軸的強(qiáng)度和長度應(yīng)與電纜盤重量和寬度相協(xié)作。敷設(shè)電纜的機(jī)具應(yīng)檢查并調(diào)試正常，電纜盤應(yīng)有牢靠的制動(dòng)措施。Selectaproperset-upplaceasperconvenienttopave.Generallyplaceitnearthestartorendpointofcable.Beawareofrollingdirectionofcableaxle,andkeeppay-off-racksteady.Cablerackshouldbeplacedsecurely,andthesteelshaftintensityandlengthshouldmatchthecabletrayweightandwidth.Checkanddebugthecablelayingandhavereliablebrakedevices5.2.2卷揚(yáng)機(jī)與滑輪的布置WinchandPulleyArrangement在線路的另一端布置好卷揚(yáng)機(jī)，并預(yù)備好滑輪，約1.5~2m布置一個(gè)平面滑輪，每個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角布置一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角滑輪，并每隔20~30m支配一個(gè)工人看護(hù)。卷揚(yáng)機(jī)用地錨固定，轉(zhuǎn)角滑輪用鋼管固定，平面滑輪無需固定。Arrangeawinchandpulleysattheendoftheline.Arrangeoneplanarpulleyevery1.5~2m,aquarterblockateachcornerandawatch-outworkerevery20~30m.Windlassisfixedwithgroundanchorcornerandpulleywithsteelpipes;flatpulleysdonotneedfixing電纜架與卷揚(yáng)機(jī)布置見下圖：Cablerackandwincharrangementseebelow:35KV：10KV：5.3電纜展放Lay-offCable1)電纜展放可用人力拉引或機(jī)械牽引。當(dāng)接受機(jī)械牽引時(shí)，用機(jī)械的最大牽引強(qiáng)度宜滿足下表的規(guī)定，其速度不宜超過15m/min，且應(yīng)在牽引頭或鋼絲網(wǎng)套與牽引鋼纜之間裝設(shè)防捻器。Usemanualormechanicaltraction.Whenusingmechanicaltraction,themaximummechanicalstrengthshouldmeettherequirementsinTable,itsspeedshouldnotexceed15m/min,andshouldinstallfortifiedtwisterbetweentractionheadorsteelmeshsleeveandpullingsteelcable.Cablemaximumtractionstrength(N/mm2)電纜最大牽引強(qiáng)度（N/mm2）牽引方式traction牽引頭tractionhead鋼絲網(wǎng)套steelmeshsleeve受力部位forcearea銅芯leadcore鋁芯aluminumcore鉛套leadsheath鋁套aluminumsheath塑料護(hù)套plasticsheath允許牽引強(qiáng)度allowabletractionstrength704010407本次接受機(jī)械牽引，接受鋼絲網(wǎng)套直接塑料護(hù)套方式，按表計(jì)算允許最大牽引強(qiáng)度：Themechanicaltractionusesalumin 實(shí)際施工中，考慮實(shí)際狀況，μ取0.12，R1取0.5m,R2取1.3m,R3取1.5mTheactualconstructionshouldconsideractualcircumstances,μtakes0.12,R1takes0.5m,R2takes1.3m,R3takes 所以，接受塑料護(hù)套直接拉動(dòng)電纜時(shí)，35KV電纜每次允許拉428m電纜，其側(cè)壓力為4200N；10KV95mm2的電纜每次允許拉600m，其側(cè)壓力為2192N；10KV185mm2的電纜每次允許拉733m，其側(cè)壓力為3700N。Therefore,pullthecablewithplasticsheath.Eachtimetheallowablelengthof35KVcableis428manditslateralpressureis4200N;10KV95mm2cableis600mand2192Nand10KV185mm2cableis7333）電纜展放時(shí)，電纜應(yīng)從盤的上端引出，不應(yīng)使電纜在地面摩擦拖拉。電纜上不得有鎧裝壓扁、電纜絞擰、護(hù)層折裂等未消退的機(jī)械損傷。Pullcablefromtheupperplatetoavoidfrictionontheground.Armoredcablemaynotbecrushed.Donothavecabletwisted,retaininglayerfractureandothernoteliminatedmechanicaldamage.4）人員合理配備。每隔20~30m有一個(gè)人來留意電纜拉動(dòng)狀況；在每過路管前后應(yīng)支配人員看護(hù)，同一過路管中其次根電纜開頭穿管時(shí)，鋼絲繩與電纜連接處套上熱縮管；電纜轉(zhuǎn)角處有人看護(hù)，跟隨電纜頭行走人員通過對講機(jī)來指揮操作卷揚(yáng)機(jī)工作人員。Reasonablyarrangepersonnel.Atintervalsof20~30mhavepersonstonotecablepulling;Aroundeachcrossingpipearrangeworkerstowatchandsheatheheat-shrinkabletubeatthejointbetweenthesteellineandcablewhenthesecondcablethreadsinthesamecrossingtube.Watchthecablecorner,andworkeralongtheheadpartofcableusesinterphonetocommandthepulleyoperators.5）每根電纜敷設(shè)好后，在電纜兩端做好臨時(shí)標(biāo)示，以分清電纜回路及黃、綠、紅三相。Maketemporarysignsatbothendsofcables.Identifycableloopandyellow,green,redphases.5.4電纜敷設(shè)、固定CableLayingandFixing

1）電纜彎曲半徑應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求，在溝內(nèi)敷設(shè)應(yīng)有適當(dāng)?shù)纳咝螐?，電纜的兩端、中間接頭、穿管處、垂直位差處均應(yīng)留有適當(dāng)?shù)挠嘧?。Cablebendradiusshouldmeetspecifications,andpullcableinthetrenchshouldhaveappropriatesnake-likebend.Leaveappropriatelayingsurplusatends,middlejoints,threading,verticalpotentiometeretc.2）電纜之間，電纜與其它管道、道路、建筑物等之間平行和交叉時(shí)的最小凈距，應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范的要求。Theminimumparallelandcrossspacing
