employees.Thathasrisenfrom66in2015.GeneralManagerofDigitalCustomerEngagementSolutionsattechfirmNuance,BernardLouvat,believesthat‘AIisabigthreatto

low-skilledjobs,noquestion.’HealsothinksthatAIchatbotswill

mostcallcentre

staff

withinadecade.WhenyouconsiderthatalargetelecomscompanylikeAT&Temploysaround100,000callcentrestaff,that’salotofpeople

onthedole.

industry.ArecentreportfromtheMcKinseyGlobalInstitute,aprivatesectorthinktank,statesthatnearlytwothirdsofalljobscouldhaveatleast30%oftheiractivitiesautomatedby2030.However,McKinseyalsobelievesthatthisnewtechnologywillalso‘createnew
