General概ThisndescribeshowCEFOCshallsuccessfullycompletetheprojectbymanagingandcontrollingthecontractcost,schedule,EHS,QA&QC,procurementandetc.duringtheexecutionofBaxterAccordingtoourexperiencesaccumulatedfromsimilarprojectsinmanyyears,wehavedevelopedthefollowingexecutionnindealwiththechallengesofthisproject.ProjectKickOff項目啟WeassumethecontractwillbeawardedinApril,27,2010,theshopdrawing,detaildesign,timeschedule&other spreparationworkwillbestartedwithintwoweeksafterawardofContract2010427日授標,深化設計及進度計劃等文件工作將在中標兩WithintwoweeksafterawardofContract,holdkick-offmeetingwithallpartiesconcerned.中標兩周內(nèi),召開邀請各方參加的項目議。Dependonthesitecivilworkprogress,thesiteoffice&projectteamissupposedtomoveintositewithinthreeweeks.WithinFourweeksafterawardofContract,thefirstbatchofworkerswillbemobilizedtositeandreceivetraining.中標四周內(nèi),第一批工人進場培訓;WithinfiveweeksafterawardofContract,completethefollowingwork:在中標五周內(nèi),完成以下Preparations項目準 andsupervision.Projectmanagerarrangerelatedpeoplemakedetailednforprojectexecution.Thedetailednincludesafety,quality,schedule,costcontrol,communicationwithcustomerandsupervision,training.Pre-nningistheintegralunderstandingoftheproject.Itisforcatchtheimportantproblemoftheproject,decidetheroute,andthenmaken.Maincontentofpre-
