DesignApproach 在慈溪近海的區(qū)域,河流沖刷出來的帶有三角洲地帶特色的紋理是當(dāng)?shù)鬲?dú)具特色的地理特征,同時(shí)它也是慈溪地區(qū)淺灘歷史演變的記憶,受到這個(gè)圖案的啟發(fā),我們將設(shè)計(jì)出具有特色的陸地逐漸向水面過渡的城市形態(tài),營造出不一樣的居住環(huán)境.

IntheinshoreareaofCixi,theterrainformisfeaturedbytexturewhichwashedoutbytheriverinthedeltaregion.Also,itwitnessesthebeachevolutionhistoryinCixi.Inspiredbythepattern,ourdesignaimstoformauniquelivingenvironmentbycreatinganurbanprofilethatsubtletransformfromlandtowater.城市三角洲UrbanDelta衛(wèi)星圖揭示出慈溪海邊的淺灘上帶有三角洲地帶河流沖刷土地的特征.ThesatellitemapshowthatthesedimentinCixihavedeltacharacte.城市三角洲UrbanDelta利用南北延伸的河道創(chuàng)造出三角洲的形態(tài)Creatdeltapatternbynorth-southdirectionriver.帶有三角洲特色的水體貫穿于整個(gè)基地,創(chuàng)造出眾多的臨水面.Thewatersystemwithdeltacharactercreatemanywaterfrontage.從基地南面延伸及加強(qiáng)中央景觀走廊到基地,同時(shí)具有延伸向?qū)淼臋C(jī)遇Extendandreinforcethecentrallandscapecorridorfromthesouthtothesite,andtowardsthefuture參照基地圍墾的歷史,城市的海岸線不斷向大海移動;建立“越海之城”的設(shè)計(jì)概念,緊密融合城市發(fā)展和水體之間的關(guān)系Referencetothesitereclamationhistorythatthecitycoastallinemovingtowardstheseaovertime,toestablishtheconceptofCityReachingtheBaywhichwouldintegrateurbandevelopmentwiththewater城市軸線UrbanAxis參照現(xiàn)狀海塘的線性,規(guī)劃連接?xùn)|西向的彎折的街道;并沿彎折的越海大道設(shè)置3個(gè)城市連接體,連接基地到南面;連接城市發(fā)展片區(qū)到中央景觀軸線Referencetotheexistingseawallconfigurationtocreateaserialof“seawall”bendingstreets;andcreate3urbanconnectorslinkingtheurbandevelopmenttothecentralaxisandtothesouth慈溪圍墾演變圖Reclaimedlandinnovation城市軸線UrbanAxis城市延續(xù)性UrbanContinuity延伸南面的水系到基地,同時(shí)也是延續(xù)當(dāng)?shù)爻鞘屑±鞢ontinuethewaterandstreetsfromthesouthtothesiteandhaveopportunityforextendingbeyond根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)的城市肌理,讓建筑沿河道布置,增加南北區(qū)塊的聯(lián)系性.Setupthebuildingsalongwithcanal,thatcanmakeconnectionwithnorth-southblock,accordingtothelocalcontexture.當(dāng)?shù)鼐幼⌒螒B(tài)Localsettelmenttypology道路系統(tǒng)與周邊路網(wǎng)連接,創(chuàng)造良好的連接性,同時(shí),道路的走向也是對海塘形態(tài)的呼應(yīng).Theroadsystemwillbeaccessiblebyconnationwiththesurroundingroadnetwork,meantime,thedirectionofroadwillrespondtheseawall'sroute.城市延續(xù)性UrbanContinuity基于原有的運(yùn)河的居住的形態(tài),建立建筑與水之間多樣性的界面,設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃六個(gè)不同的水空間類型:島,運(yùn)河,海港,濕地,半島和湖;并與不同的城市功能相整合Interpretthenaturaldeltasettlementtocreateauniqueurbanformwhichestablishapatternoflandtowater.Propose6differentwaterspaces:island,canal,harbor,wetland,peninsularandlake;andintegratewithdifferenturbanfunction城市水生活UrbanWaterLife杭州灣大大橋是世世界上最最大跨海海大橋,同時(shí)它也也是是杭杭州灣新新城誕生生的契因因,在城市軸軸線的末末端,我們特意意將建筑筑和景觀觀視線向向杭州灣灣大橋,以展現(xiàn)這這個(gè)壯觀觀的景色色.HangzhouBayBridgeisthelargestcross-seabridgeintheworld.HangzhouBayNewCityisoriginatedfromthebridge.Attheendofthecityaxis,weintentionallymakethearchitecturefacedtotheHangzhouBayBridgetoshowthesplendidscene.城市視線線UrbanView02總體設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)OverallDesign總平面圖圖MasterPlan全城鳥瞰瞰圖Bird’sView中央軸線線區(qū)Centralaxis港口商業(yè)業(yè)區(qū)Centralaxis濱水商業(yè)業(yè)中心WaterfrontCommercialCenter中央軸線線濕地公公園CentralAxisWetlandPark島嶼別墅墅區(qū)IslandVillaArea花園辦公公區(qū)GardenOfficeArea市場開發(fā)發(fā)定位MarketingPosition_慈溪/寧波地區(qū)區(qū)高端企企業(yè)及時(shí)時(shí)尚生活活匯集的的工作與與居住區(qū)區(qū)。_上海都會會區(qū)輻射射發(fā)展的的郊區(qū)休休閑第二二居所。。_環(huán)杭州灣灣地區(qū)投投資與多多功能產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)務(wù)的高端端基地。。_Thecentreforworkandlivingofhigh-endcooperationandfashionlifeinCixi/Ningbo._AtthedevelopmentcircleofShanghai’sruralresortdestination._High-endbaseforinvestmentandmulti-functionalserviceinHangzhouBayRim.功能定位位FunctionPosition_以高檔時(shí)時(shí)尚生活活居住區(qū)區(qū)為主,,同時(shí)結(jié)結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐鬲?dú)特海海塘人文文歷史,,發(fā)展以以文化創(chuàng)創(chuàng)意為主主軸的城城市發(fā)展展主題,,使得杭杭州灣新新城片區(qū)區(qū)的整體體城市功功能更為為完善。_Theoverallfunctionalpositionwillbebasedonahigh-endlivingandalifeoffashionwithuniqueseawallculturalhistory.ThethemedevelopmentforthecitywillbeculturalinnovationwhichwillmaketheoverallHangzhouNewCity’sfunctionimproved.功能分區(qū)區(qū)FunctionZoning規(guī)劃用地地布局LandUseDistribution道路等級級RoadHierarchy_在規(guī)劃策策略上,,是避免免穿越性性大量過過境交通通的發(fā)生生,針對對不同城城市地塊塊的開發(fā)發(fā)強(qiáng)度,,配置適適當(dāng)車道道數(shù)量以以控制區(qū)區(qū)內(nèi)平均均車速,,維持人人行道合合理寬度度以塑造造舒適步步行環(huán)境境,容納納足夠的的景觀、、照明、、街樹、、街道家家具及生生態(tài)等設(shè)設(shè)施。。。_Intermsofplanningstrategy,largevolumeofcross-boundarytrafficshouldbeavoided.Fordifferentcitydevelopmentintensity,propervehiclelaneshouldbeplanningforareaspeedcontrol,andkeepproperpedestrianwidthtobuildcomfortablewalkingenvironment,andprovideadequateplaceforlandscape,lighting,streettrees,streetfurnitureandeco-facilities,etc.道路斷面面RoadSection_56米道路為為余慈快快速連接接線道及及余慈大大道,為為南北向向主要干干道。道道路中央央將設(shè)置置14米寬景觀觀綠帶及及生態(tài)過過濾池,,除可創(chuàng)創(chuàng)造城市市綠色隧隧道的意意象,并并提供供居民游游憩休閑閑之用。。_56m-wideroadisthemainroadforYuciexpresswaylinkstheXiandaoandtheYuciAvenueanditisthemainroadforsouth-north.A14m-widelandscapegreenbeltwitheco-swalewillbebuiltatthecentreoftheroadtocreateagreentunnelforthecityandtoproviderestingplaceforthecitizens.道路斷面面RoadSection道路斷面面RoadSection_十一塘大大道維持持原規(guī)劃劃道路紅紅線80米,為東東西向區(qū)區(qū)域道主主干道。。十一塘塘大道可可為北側(cè)側(cè)濱海景景觀大道道,透過過道路斷斷面、景景觀坡地地與河堤堤整體設(shè)設(shè)計(jì),塑塑造出出具濱海海生態(tài)景景觀的道道路風(fēng)貌貌。道路路南側(cè)的的坡地除除可出獨(dú)獨(dú)特的地地形景觀觀,也同同時(shí)形成成自然緩緩沖帶,,降低車車輛對居居住區(qū)的的噪音沖沖擊。_Theold80mredlinehasbeenkeptattheShiyitangAvenueastheeast-westmainroad.Throughtheroadsection,landscapeslopeandtheoveralldesignfortheriverbank,theShiyitangAvenuecanbethelandscapeavenueforthe
