摘要:

目的:評價(jià)抻拉旋扳手法配合針刀治療腰方肌勞損的臨床療效及安全性。

方法:選取100例腰方肌勞損患者進(jìn)行研究,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)針灸治療,研究組采用抻拉旋扳手法配合針刀治療。比較兩組患者的治療效果及不良反應(yīng)情況。

結(jié)果:研究組治療總有效率為96%,對照組為84%,研究組治療效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組,P<0.05。兩組患者均未發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。

結(jié)論:抻拉旋扳手法配合針刀治療腰方肌勞損具有較好的臨床療效及安全性,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract:

Objective:Toevaluatetheclinicalefficacyandsafetyoftractionandrotationwrenchmethodcombinedwithneedle-knifetherapyforthetreatmentoflumbarquadratuslumborumstrain.

Methods:Onehundredpatientswithlumbarquadratuslumborumstrainwererecruitedandrandomlyassignedintotwogroups,controlgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalacupuncture,andstudygroupwastreatedwithtractionandrotationwrenchmethodcombinedwithneedle-knifetherapy.Thetherapeuticeffectandadversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.

Results:Thetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentinthestudygroupwas96%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(84%,P<0.05).Noseriousadversereactionswereobservedineithergroup.

Conclusion:Tractionandrotationwrenchmethodcombinedwithneedle-knifetherapyhasgoodclinicalefficacyandsafetyforlumbarquadratuslumborumstrain,anddeservestobepromotedandappliedinclinicalpractice.

Theresultsofthisstudyshowedthatthecombinationtherapyoftractionandrotationwrenchmethodandneedle-knifetherapyhadsuperiorclinicalefficacycomparedtothecontrolgroup.ThiswasevidentinthesignificantreductioninVASscoresandtheimprovementinlumbarspinefunction.Thetreatmentgroupshowedahighertotaleffectiverate(96%)thanthecontrolgroup(84%).Additionally,noseriousadversereactionswereobservedineithergroup,indicatingthesafetyofthetherapy.
