核心肌群針刺對痙攣型腦癱兒童足底壓力及運動功能的影響摘要:

目的:本研究旨在探討核心肌群針刺對痙攣型腦癱兒童足底壓力及運動功能的影響。

方法:選取40例痙攣型腦癱患兒分為針刺組和對照組,針刺組接受核心肌群針刺治療,對照組接受常規(guī)康復(fù)治療,比較兩組治療前后的足底壓力及運動功能指標(biāo)。

結(jié)果:治療后,針刺組足底平均壓力顯著下降,步態(tài)指數(shù)、多條肌肉力量、協(xié)調(diào)性明顯改善,對照組變化不明顯。

結(jié)論:核心肌群針刺能有效改善痙攣型腦癱兒童的足底壓力及運動功能,值得臨床推廣。

Abstract:

Objective:Thepurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheeffectofcoremusclegroupacupuncturingonthefootpressureandmotorfunctionofchildrenwithspasticcerebralpalsy.

Methods:40childrenwithspasticcerebralpalsyweredividedintotheacupuncturegroupandcontrolgroup.Theacupuncturegroupreceivedcoremusclegroupacupuncturetreatment,andthecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalrehabilitationtherapy.Thefootpressureandmotorfunctionindicatorsofthetwogroupswerecomparedbeforeandaftertreatment.

Results:Aftertreatment,theaveragefootpressureoftheacupuncturegroupdecreasedsignificantly,andthegaitindex,musclestrength,andcoordinationimprovedsignificantly,whilethechangesinthecontrolgroupwerenotsignificant.

Conclusion:Coremusclegroupacupuncturecaneffectivelyimprovethefootpressureandmotorfunctionofchildrenwithspasticcerebralpalsy,whichisworthyofclinicalpromotion.

Inthisstudy,theresearchersaimedtoinvestigatetheefficacyofcoremusclegroupacupunctureinimprovingfootpressureandmotorfunctioninchildrenwithspasticcerebralpalsy.Thecoremusclegroupincludesthemusclesoftheabdomen,lowerback,andpelvis,whichareessentialinmaintainingposture,stability,andmovementcontrol.

Theresultsshowedthatthefootpressureoftheacupuncturegroupdecreasedsignificantlyaftertheintervention,indicatingimprovedweightdistributionandbalance.Incontrast,therewasnosignificantchangeinfootpressureinthecontrolgroup.

Thegaitindex,whichassessesthequalityofwalking,alsoimprovedsignificantlyintheacupuncturegroup.Themusclestrengthandcoordinationofthechildrenintheacupuncturegroupalsoimprovedsignificantly,whiletherewerenosignificantimprovementsinthecontrolgroup.
