Abstract

Urbandomesticwasteclassificationhasbecomeanimportantissueinmodernurbangovernance,andmandatoryclassificationmanagementisaneffectivewaytoachieveurbanwastereduction.However,mandatoryclassificationmanagementrequiresbehavioralcoordinationamongcommunityresidents.Howtoimproveresidents'awarenessandbehavioralqualityofwasteclassificationisthecoreissueofthisresearch.BasedontheSOPmodel,thispaperexploresthestudyofurbandomesticwastemandatoryclassificationmanagementandbehavioralcoordination.Firstly,analyzedthecurrentsituationandproblemsofurbandomesticwastemandatoryclassificationmanagement,andthenstudiedtheapplicationoftheSOPmodelinurbandomesticwasteclassificationmanagement.Then,fromtheperspectiveofresidents,exploredhowtoimproveresidents'awarenessandbehavioralqualityofwasteclassification,anddesignedstrategiessuchasgarbageclassificationeducationandpublicity.Finally,combinedwithcaseanalysis,verifiedthetheoreticalframeworkandimplementationeffectofthisresearch.TheresultsshowthatthemandatoryclassificationmanagementstrategyforurbandomesticwastebasedontheSOPmodelcaneffectivelyimproveresidents'awarenessandbehavioralqualityofwasteclassification,andpromoteurbanwastereductionandresourcerecyclingutilization.
