Theutilizationandmanagementofindustrialheritageisanimportantcontentofurbanprotectionanddevelopment,whichplaysanimportantroleinenhancingthecity'sculturalsoftpowerandshapingitsimage.ThispapertakesShanghaiastheresearchobjectandstudiestheutilizationandmanagementofindustrialheritageinShanghaifromtheperspectiveofculturalsoftpower.Firstly,throughliteraturereview,theresearchachievementsofindustrialheritageutilizationandmanagementathomeandabroadaresummarized.Secondly,startingfromthehistoryofShanghai’sindustrialheritageprotectionandutilization,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandproblemsofindustrialheritageinShanghaiindepth.Onthisbasis,correspondingsolutionsareproposedfromtheaspectsofgovernmentmanagement,marketoperation,socialparticipation,andculturalinheritance.Finally,throughcaseanalysisandcomparativeresearch,thefeasibilityandeffectivenessofthesestrategiesareverified,providingareferenceandreferencefortheutilizationandmanagementofindustrialheritageinShanghai.
