ity(seebelow).weightasobtainedatloadport,intheabovemannershallbefinalandacceptedbysellerandbuyer.發(fā)票上的實際重量應(yīng)以船舶在裝貨港的吃水鑒定作為貨品實際重量，鑒定報告是由sgs(pt.sucofindo)/ciq以實際貨量調(diào)整額為基準(zhǔn)所開出，費用由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)，此一數(shù)量額為買賣雙方共同所承受。buyershallbeentitled,atitsownexpense,tohavehisrepresentativepresentatthedraftsurvey,andanydifferenceofopinionistobesettledbythemasterofthechartervessel,whosedecisionshallbefinal.買方有權(quán)以自費方式指派代表人參與船身吃水鑒定，且船公司得承受其意見，并共同決定鑒定結(jié)果。買方亦有權(quán)以自費方式，由sgs(pt.sucofindo)或其它國家檢驗公證機(jī)構(gòu)于卸貨港施行船身吃水鑒定。18.chemicalanalysis化學(xué)成分分析^p：貨物之化學(xué)組成成份分析^p，須由獨立的國際公證檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)在裝貨港檢驗證明，所需費用由賣方負(fù)擔(dān)。19.moisturecontent水分含量：themoisturecontentshallbedeterminedbyobtainingthemoisturelossat105degreescentigrade.ifthemoisturelossexceeds8%sellershalladjustthefinalweightobtainedfromdraftsurveybytheexcessmoisturecontentsofound,andinvoiceonlytheresultingweight.水份含量是以攝氏105℃下水氣逸失后所測得知濕度值8%基準(zhǔn)，假設(shè)所測之知濕度值超過8%時，賣方必須按照船身吃水鑒定報告來調(diào)整出最后實際重量，發(fā)票僅依凈重。20.slingandanalysis抽樣及分析^p：allslingandanalysisrelevanttothecontracttermsshallbeconductedatloadport.按照合約內(nèi)容所進(jìn)展的采樣及分析^p工作應(yīng)于裝貨港口施行之。假設(shè)買方在卸貨港檢驗時與賣方的sgs(pt.sucofindo)/ciq證明(符合合約標(biāo)準(zhǔn))有所差異時，以ciq檢驗為最終檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)果。21.titletocargo貨物所有權(quán)：thetitlewithrespecttotheshipmentshallpassfromthesellertothebuyerwhenthesellerreceivesreimbursementoftheproceedsfromtheopeningbankthroughthenegotiatingbankagainsttherelativeshippingdocumentsasforthherein.thesellershallhavefullrightandtitletodisposeofthecargoinanymannerthatheshouldthinkfit,ifthepaymentisdelayedoranyunreasonableobjectionisraisedbytheopeningornegotiatingbank.賣方于檢附海運(yùn)提單及相關(guān)文件經(jīng)由押匯行向開狀銀行獲得應(yīng)收的押匯款后，貨物所有權(quán)同時歸買方所擁有。假設(shè)開狀銀行或押匯行以不合理之異議作為拒付或者有延遲付款情形產(chǎn)生時，賣方有完全的權(quán)利以其單方所認(rèn)定的適宜方法對貨物做任何的處理。22.inspection檢測:draftsurveyweightatloadingportcertifiedbysgs(pt.sucofindo)attheloadingportshallbefinalsubjectto0.5%franchiseagainstb/lweight.incase,thereisadifferenceinweightparedtob/lweightexceeding0.5%,buyerorsellerwillpensatetheamountinexcessorshortage(including0.5%).sellermayappointasurveyoratdischargingportatthesellersexpense.inspectioncertificatesissuedbyciqatthedischargingportshallbedeemedasfinal.allpensationamountsinexcessorshortagebetweenthebuyerandthesellerwillbepaidwithin7(seven)bankingdays.在裝運(yùn)港由sgs(pt.sucofindo)檢測的重量與提單重量相差0.5%以內(nèi)應(yīng)為最終結(jié)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。假如與提單所示重量相差超過0.5%，買方或賣方
