2）3D渲染的圖像（五個視圖，PDF格式）

3）3D動畫解說（長達(dá)一分鐘）

4）概述功能規(guī)格說明書

5）粗略訂購成本，建立和組件預(yù)算細(xì)目第2階段：修改概念設(shè)計的內(nèi)容初步概念設(shè)計審查后,修改概念設(shè)計的內(nèi)容提給NAMCO。須要調(diào)整和修正內(nèi)容需經(jīng)有關(guān)部門審定。第3階段：完成駁船及駁船電廠的基本設(shè)計成果：規(guī)范

24）噸位計算第4階段：招標(biāo)船廠合作協(xié)調(diào)的補(bǔ)充基礎(chǔ)+安裝Stage1:TheconceptdesignWhenthecontractsigned,theemployermustsupplytheanalysisdataofnaturalgas,waterqualitydataofseawater,localweatherdataofpowerplant,localearthquakedata,MS9001EgasturbinegeneratingunitdataandHRSGdata.2.Aftercontractbecomeeffectiveandreceivetheavailabilitydataabovein45days,thedesignersupplytheconceptdesign.DraughtconceptGAdrawing(PDFformat)3Drenderedimages(uptofiveviews–PDFformat)3Dwalkthrough/flyaround(uptooneminute)OutlinefunctionalspecificationRoughorderofmagnitudecosttobuildandcomponentbudgetbreakdownStage2:AnyamendmentsneededtotheconceptcantakeplaceaftertheinitialpresentationtoNAMCO.therewillneedtobesometweaksandrevisionsfollowingthestatutoryauthoritiesandreactionIamsure.Amendmentstoconcept.Stage3:Basicdesignofbargepowervessel(thisstageshallbecompletedwithHaiYicompany)Deliverables:specificationGAdrawingLifesavingapplianceplanFirecontrolplanStructuralfireprotectionplanArrangementofnavigationlightsCapacityplanMidshipsectionProfile&deckplanShellfabricationTypicaltransversesectionsTransverse&longitudinalbulkheadsForeendstructureAftendstructureEmbarkationramporotherarrangementFuelsystemdiagramBilgesystemdiagramBallastsystemdiagramFreshwatersystemdiagramElectricalsinglelinediagramElectricalloadbalanceTrim&stabilityFreeboardcalculationTonnagecalculationStage4Supplementaryfeefortenderingtoshipyardsandcocoordinationbuildsandinstallation.第六條設(shè)計人向發(fā)包人交付的設(shè)計文件、份數(shù)、地點剛好間：方案設(shè)計文件：份(中英文)(PDF版)交圖地點：南京交圖時間：按第五條規(guī)定Article6Documents,numberofcopies,locationandtimesubmittedtotheemployerbythedesigner:Designdocuments:8copies(inChineseandEnglish)SubmissionLocation:NajingSubmissionTime:AccodingtoArticle5第七條費用雙方商定，本協(xié)議的設(shè)計費為：萬元（含審圖費）。Article7.ExpenditureItisagreedbetweenbothpartiesthatthedesignfeeunderthiscontractisRMB(includecheckingdrawingfee)第八條支付方式第1階段：概念設(shè)計完成后，支付預(yù)算費用：萬元。第2階段：初步概念設(shè)計審查通過后，支付預(yù)算費用：萬元。。第3階段：完成駁船及駁船電廠的基本設(shè)計：支付預(yù)算費用：萬元第4階段：:完成招標(biāo)船廠合作協(xié)調(diào)的補(bǔ)充基礎(chǔ)+安裝：支付預(yù)算費用：，萬元Article8.FormofpaymentStage1:ConceptDesign,budgetfees:10%,sumisRMBStage2:Amendmentstoconcept,budgetfees:5%,sumIsRMBStage3:Basicdesignofbargepowervessel,budgetfees:50%,sumisRMBStage4:Supplementaryfeefortenderingtoshipyardsandcocoordinationbuilds+installation,budgetfees:35%,sumisRMB第九條雙方責(zé)任9.1發(fā)包人責(zé)任發(fā)包人按協(xié)議第五條規(guī)定的內(nèi)容，在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)向設(shè)計人提交基礎(chǔ)資料及文件，并對其完整性、正確性剛好限負(fù)責(zé)。發(fā)包人不得要求設(shè)計人違反國家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。發(fā)包人變更托付設(shè)計項目、規(guī)模、條件或因提交的資料錯誤，或所提交資料作較大修改，以致造成設(shè)計人設(shè)計返工時，發(fā)包人應(yīng)按設(shè)計人所耗工作量向設(shè)計人支付返工費。在協(xié)議履行期間，發(fā)包人要求終止或解除協(xié)議，設(shè)計人未起先設(shè)計工作的，不退還發(fā)包人已付的定金；已起先設(shè)計工作的。發(fā)包人應(yīng)依據(jù)設(shè)計人已進(jìn)行的實際工作量，不足一半時，按該階段設(shè)計費的一半支付；超過一半時，按該階段設(shè)計費的全部支付。發(fā)包人要求設(shè)計人派駐現(xiàn)場服務(wù)時，派駐現(xiàn)場的工作人員的差旅費由發(fā)包人負(fù)擔(dān)，并按每人每天120美元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)供應(yīng)服務(wù)津貼，并供應(yīng)工作、生活及交通等方面的便利條件及必要的勞動愛惜裝備。Article9ResponsibilityofTwoParties9.1ResponsibilityoftheEmployerTheEmployershallbedeliverbasicmaterialsanddocumentstothedesignerwithinthespecifiedtimeinaccordancerequirementsstipulatedinArticle5,andshallberesponsiblefortheircompleteness,correctnessandtimelimit.Theemployershallnotrequestthedesignertodesignbyviolatingtheconcernednationalstandards.Ifitexceedstheprescribedtimelimitwithinfifteendayswhentheemployerdeliversabovematerialsanddocuments,thedesignercanpostponeaccordinglythetimeofdeliveringthedesigndocumentsinaccordancewithArticle6inthecontract;ifitexceedstheprescribedtimelimitoverfifteendayswhentheemployerdeliversabovematerialsanddocuments,thedesignisentitledtodecideagainthetimeofdeliveryofdesigndocuments.Whentheemployeraltersentrusteddesignitems,scale,andconditions,ordeliversthewrongmaterials,ordeliversmostlyrevisedmaterialssothatthedesignerreworkforthedesign,theemployershallpayforreworkcostforthedesignerbasedontheamountoftheworkperformedbythedesignerexceptthesupplementalagreement(orcontract)signedseparately,andtherelevantarticlesspecifiedagainbybothpartiesthroughtheconsultation.DuringimplementationoftheContract,whentheemployerrequeststoterminateandcancelthecontract,thedownpaymentpaidbytheemployershallnotbereturnedifthedesignerdoesn’tbeginthedesignwork;ifthedesignerstartsthedesign,theemployershallpayhalfofdesignchargeinthephaseifitislessthanhalfoftheactualamountofworkperformedbythedesigner;ifitexceedsthehalf,thefulldesignchargeinthephaseshallbepaidinall.TheEmployershouldofferconveniencesinaspectsofworking,livingandtrafficandnecessarylabor-protectionequipments.Theonsiteworkershouldbeprovidedserviceallowanceof$120eachpersonperday,whileemployerrequestslongtermonsiteservicefromdesigncompany.9.2設(shè)計人責(zé)任設(shè)計人應(yīng)按國家規(guī)定和協(xié)議約定的技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計，按本協(xié)議第五條規(guī)定的內(nèi)容、時間及份數(shù)向發(fā)包人交付設(shè)計文件。并對提交的設(shè)計文件的質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)。設(shè)計合理運用年限為20年。負(fù)責(zé)對外商的設(shè)計資料進(jìn)行審查，負(fù)責(zé)該協(xié)議項目的設(shè)計聯(lián)絡(luò)工作。幫助發(fā)包人向廠家訂貨，指導(dǎo)發(fā)包人支配項目進(jìn)度支配。對全部設(shè)備及輔機(jī)供應(yīng)詳細(xì)的規(guī)格參數(shù)、技術(shù)要求和供貨范圍，以作為發(fā)包方向廠家訂貨的協(xié)議附件。9.2ResponsibilitiesoftheDesignerThedesignershallperformthedesigninaccordancewithprovisionsoftheStateandthetechnicalcodesandstandardsstipulatedintheContract,deliverthedesigndocumentsintheaccordancewithcontents,timeandnumberofcopiestotheemployerspecifiedinArticle6,andberesponsibleforqualityofthedelivereddesigndocuments.Thedesignlifeoftheengineeringconstructionshallbe20years.Responsibleforexaminingfordesignmaterialsofforeignbusinessman,andresponsiblefordesignliaisonofContractproject.AProvidedetailinformationforallequipmentsandtheiraccesso第十條保密雙方均應(yīng)愛惜對方的學(xué)問產(chǎn)權(quán)、未經(jīng)對方同意，任何一方均不得對對方的資料及文件擅自修改、復(fù)制或向第三人轉(zhuǎn)讓或用于本協(xié)議項目外的項目。Article10ConfidentialityBothPartiesshallprotecteachother’sintellectualpropertyrights.Withoutpriorconsent,neitherpartyshallrevise,copyortransfertoathirdpartyorusefortheprojectotherthantheprojectofthisContractanymaterialsanddocumentsoftheotherparty,Undersuchcircumstances,thedisclosingpartyshallberesponsibleforallanyconsequenceitresultedandshallbeartherelevantcompensation.第十一條本協(xié)議在履行過程中發(fā)生的爭議，由雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成的按下列兩種方式解決：（一）提交仲裁委員會仲裁；（二）依法向人民法院起訴。Article11:ArbitrationIfanydisputearisesinconnectionwiththisEngineeringServiceContract,itshallbesettledbyfriendlyconsultationoftheParties,orbesubmittedtothecompetentlocalconstructionadministrationdepartmentformediation.Wherethedisputecannotbesettledbymediation,itshallbesubmittedtotheArbitrationCommitteeforsettlement.WherethePartieshavenotagreedonthearbitrationorganizationintheContractnorconcludearbitrationagreementinwrittenform,thedisputewillbebroughtthePeople’sCourt.第十二條協(xié)議生效及其他12.1本工程項目中，設(shè)計人不得指定建筑材料、設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)廠或供貨商。發(fā)包人須要設(shè)計人協(xié)作建筑材料、設(shè)備的加工訂貨時，所需費用由發(fā)包人擔(dān)當(dāng)。12.2發(fā)包人托付設(shè)計人擔(dān)當(dāng)本協(xié)議內(nèi)容以外的工作服務(wù)，另行簽訂協(xié)議并支付費用。12.3由于不行抗力因素致使協(xié)議無法履行時，雙方應(yīng)剛好協(xié)商12.4本協(xié)議雙方簽字蓋章后即生效，一式份，發(fā)包人份，設(shè)計人份。12.5雙方認(rèn)可的來往傳真、電報、會議紀(jì)要等，均為協(xié)議的組成部分，和本協(xié)議具有同等法律效力。12.6未盡事宜，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一樣，簽訂補(bǔ)充協(xié)議，補(bǔ)充協(xié)議和本協(xié)議具有同等效力。Article12:Contracteffectiveandmiscellaneous12.1IntheprojectsoftheContract,DesignershallnotappointmanufacturersorDesignersofconstructionmaterialsandequipments.WherethereisanecessitythatDesignershallcooperatewithEmployerinorderingtheprocessofconstructionmaterialsandequipments,therelevantchargeshallbepaidbyEmployer.12.2Additionalagreementforanyotherservice,whichEmployerentrustsDesignertoprovide,however,outofthescopeoftheContract,shallbesignedandthepayments
