七氟丙烷（HFC-227ea）滅火系統(tǒng)設計說明－中英文對照設計范圍SCOPEOFWORK：本工程共有一個防護區(qū),采用了一套分配系統(tǒng)予以保護.ThereisONEzoneprotectedwithinstallationofonesetofequipment.二.設計條件DESIGNCRITERIA:1.保護區(qū)的有關參數：見附表.Designdata:perscheduleattached.2.采用一套分配系統(tǒng)進行保護.Onesetofequipmentistobeprovided.3.保護區(qū)為獨立封閉區(qū)間.Protectedareaistotallyenclosed.4.保護區(qū)平時環(huán)境溫度與自然環(huán)境溫度相同.Environmentalconditionoftheprotectedareaissameassurroundingarea.5.保護區(qū)均設置通風設備.Ventilationsystemisprovidedinprotectedarea.6.HFC-227ea滅火系統(tǒng)瓶站設置在保護區(qū)內.FM200containerislocatedwithinprotectedarea.7.瓶組間的樓板應能承載儲瓶組的重量.FloorstructuraldesignshallbecapabletowithstandtheweightoftheFM200containerequipment.三.設計DESIGN：1.設計依據DESIGNCOMPLIANCE1)TocomplytoGB50307-2005《氣體滅火系統(tǒng)設計規(guī)范》Regulationforfirefightinggassystemdesign；2)TocomplytoGB50263-97《氣體滅火系統(tǒng)施工及驗收規(guī)范》Regulationforfirefightinggassysteminstallationandinspection/acceptance；2.滅火方式FIREEXTINGUISHINGMETHOD:本設計采用全淹沒式滅火系統(tǒng),在規(guī)定的時間內,噴射一定濃度的七氟丙烷滅火劑,并使其均勻地充滿整個保護區(qū),此時能將在其區(qū)域里任一部位發(fā)生的火災撲滅.Fireextinguishingisbytotalfloodingmethod.Withinspecifiedtimelimit,FM200gasshallbedischargedtotheconcentrationasdesignedfortotalfloodingandabletoextinguishthefireinanylocationwithintheprotectedarea.3.滅火系統(tǒng)的控制方式為自動、電氣手動、機械手動三種.在有人工作或值班時,采用電氣手動控制；在無人的情況下,采用自動方式.自動、手動控制方式的轉換,在滅火控制盤上實現（在保護區(qū)的門外設置手動控制盒,手動控制盒內設有緊急停止與緊急啟動按鈕.）Thefireextinguishingsystemshallbeableforautomaticcontrol,electriccontrolandmechaniccontrol.Manualelectriccontrolshallbeadoptedwithattendant;automaticcontrolshallbeadoptedwhenwithoutattendant;changeoverofautomaticandmanualelectriccontrolcouldbesetonthecontrolpanelinstalledatoutsideoftheprotectedarea.Emergencystopbuttonshallbeprovidedonthemanualcontrolpanel.4.保護區(qū)的要求Requirementinsideprotectedarea：1）保護區(qū)為獨立區(qū)域Protectedareashallbeisolated.2）保護區(qū)的耐火極限>0.5h,耐壓強度>1200Pa-Fireratingoftheprotectedareashallbe>0.5hour,mechanicalstrengthshallbe>1200Pa.3）保護區(qū)的通風系統(tǒng)在噴放七氟丙烷滅火劑前應關閉,并設置防火閥門.AllventilationsystemshallbestoppedwithdamperclosedbeforeFM200gasisdischarged.4）保護區(qū)的門應采用裝有自動閉門器的防火門,保證在任何情況下均能從保護區(qū)內打開.Doorofprotectedareashallbeself-closingandfireratedandabletobeopenedtooutsideatanycondition.5）在保護區(qū)外設置聲光報警及釋放信號標志.Soundandlightalarmandgasdischargesignalshallbeinstalledatdooroutsideofprotectedarea.6）為保證人員的安全撤離,在釋放滅火劑前,應發(fā)出火災報警,火災報警至釋放滅火劑的延時時間為30秒.Fireaudioandvisualalarmshallberaised30secondbeforegasemissiontoensurepeopleinsidecouldevacuatesafely.7）為保證滅火的可靠性,在滅火系統(tǒng)釋放滅火劑之前,應保證必要的聯動操作.即滅火系統(tǒng)在發(fā)出滅火指令時,由控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出聯動指令,切斷電源、關閉或停止一切影響滅火效果的設備.Toensurethereliabilityofthesystem,beforegasemission,allinterconnectingoperationshallbeclosedandstoptheequipmentwhichwouldaffectthegasextinguishing.8）保護區(qū)內設有排風設備,滅火劑噴放后,人手啟動將廢氣排盡,人員方atthelocalcontrolpanelofthecontaineroratoutsideoftheprotectedarea.Firstly,removetheprotectedcoverofthereleasevalveandpressdownthecontrolhandleforgasemission.Anyequipmentaffectingthefirefightingprocessshallbestoppedandnotifypeopleinsideprotectedareatoevacuatebeforepressdownforgasrelease.2.無論什么情況下達指令,自指令下達后延時30秒左右啟動滅火系統(tǒng),以保證人員在規(guī)定的時間內從滅火區(qū)域撤離,自動滅火系統(tǒng)釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑時包括釋放后相當長的時間內,絕對不允許有人停留在滅火區(qū)域內.Underanycondition,instructionforreleaseofgasshallbedelayedby30secondstoensurepeopleinsideprotectedareaareevacuatedbeforegasreleases.Afterreleaseofgasforacertaintime,peoplearestrictlyprohibitedtostayinsideprotectedarea.3.滅火系統(tǒng)動作釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑后,經檢驗確認火災已經撲滅的情況下,打開通風系統(tǒng),向滅火作用區(qū)送入新鮮的空氣,廢氣排除干凈后,才允許人員進入.WhenFM200gasisreleasedandfireinsideprotectedareaisextinguished,gasextractionsystemshallbeswitchedonandensurefoulairisremovedbeforeallowingpeopletoentertheroom.4.滅火系統(tǒng)應有專人負責,經常進行檢查和維護、保養(yǎng),保持良好的工作狀況.檢查方法與要求可根據供貨商提供的使用說明書進行.Gasextinguishingsystemshallbeperiodicallyexaminedandmaintainedtooperationalcondition,detailofserviceandmaintenanceshallbeasrecommendedbyvendor.5.滅火系統(tǒng)的七氟丙烷滅火劑儲瓶和啟動裝置充裝介質不允許發(fā)生泄漏,當七氟丙烷滅火劑重量下降5%啟動裝置的壓力指示下降10%時,應及時充裝和更新,恢復正常工作狀況.Leakageofgascontainerandreleasemechanismisnotallowed.Whentheweightofgasincontainerisreducedby5%andthepressureofthereleasemechanismisreducedby10%,thesaidcontainerandmechanismshallbereplacedwithnewoneandsettonormaloperationcondition.6.建議在防護區(qū)外配置空氣呼吸器或氧氣呼吸器.Airinhaleroroxygenmasksarerecommendedtobeprovidedatoutsideofprotectedarea.七.驗收Inspectionforacceptance.1.本滅火系統(tǒng)按設計圖安裝完畢后,經檢驗合格,可提交驗收.Wheninstallationiscompletedasdesignedandinspectedasqualified,theworkcouldbeaccepted.2.驗收試驗合格后,經消防主管部門以及使用單位認可,即交付投入使用.Afterqualifiedtestandapprovedbyfireauthority,operationcouldbeeffected.八.七氟丙烷自動滅火系統(tǒng)動作程序如附圖FM200operationsequenceshallbeasattacheddrawing.九，設備選型:報警主機選用聯動型氣體滅火控制器;探測器選用智能光電型、智能差定溫型.Equipmentselection:alarmmainpanelshallbeinterconnectedwithgasextinguishercontrolpanel,detectorshallbeintelligenttypewhichcandistinguishtemperatureofdetection.十，設備及探測器布置:報警控制器設于室外墻壁上距地1.5米高;電源由甲方提供專用消防電源接口220vac,防護區(qū)內設兩路煙感探測器并使每路探測器均能單獨覆蓋整個保護區(qū).保護區(qū)門頭上內設警鈴.外設置聲光警報器;保護區(qū)門頭上外設噴灑指示燈及門邊設緊急啟停按鈕.Locationofequipmentanddetector:alarmcontrolpanelshallbeinstalledonwallatoutsideoftheprotectedareaabovefloorlevel1.5m;220vacpowersupplyshallbeprovidedbyemployer.2detectioncircuitsshallbeprovidedinsideprotectedarea,eachdetectorcircuitshallbeabletocoverthewholeoftheprotectedarea.Alarmbellshallbeprovidedabovedoorheadoftheprotectedarea.Outsidedoor,soundandvisualalarmshallbeinstalled.Gasreleaseindicatorlightshallbeinstalledontopofdoorheadinsideprotectedarea.Emergencystopbuttonshallbeprovidedadjacenttothedoorside.氣體滅火系統(tǒng)啟動前,聯動切除非消防電源切除、空調電源.Beforegasreleases,interconnectionshalldisconnectallpowersupplyincludingairconditioning,exceptforfirefightingequipment.十一，設備安裝高度:緊急啟停按鈕距地1.5m;報警控制器、電源箱底邊距地1.5m;聲光警報器、噴灑指示燈的安裝位置根據現場情況在定.Equipmentmountingheight:emergencystopbuttonat1.5mabovefloor,electricalpanelbottomat1.5mabovefloor;sound/lightalarm,emissionindicatorlightlocationtobedecidedonsite.十二，報警系統(tǒng)的接地端子應采用專用接地線直接與樓房接地裝置相連接.Earthconnectionofthealarmsystemshallbeterminateddirectlytotheearthterminalofthebuilding.十三，報警系統(tǒng)的供電應用專線,采用單相三線制,6平方毫米銅芯線引自樓房消防電源,控制室內設配電箱,用4平方毫米銅芯線接入報警設備電源接線端子,不得經過插座.Exclusivelyusedpowersupplywiringforthealarmsystemshallbesinglephase3wire,6mm2copper,derivedfromfireservicepowersupplysystem,socketconnectionisnotallowed.連接線路電線須為耐火型電纜或是安裝在鋼管/鐵槽內護套線.Wiringshallbefireretardingtypeanddrawninsteelconduitorsteeltrunking.十四.INTEGRITYTEST完全測試侍服器機房需按設計要求建造.四面墻璧，地板，天花板，門及門框全部用兩小時耐火材料建造.所用材料，門及門框構造需有相關檢證.建造完成，須有嚴緊測試.在機房外排煙風管，予留界面，用臨時風機風管加壓24小時，同時在VESDA探測管安裝3通閥連接臨時壓力表，如壓降輕微，方可接受.測試完成后，接口需用兩小時耐火材料封閉，包括飾面.Serverroom/UPSroomshallbeconstructedwith2hoursfireratedmaterialforallwalls,floor,ceiling,doorandframewithcertificateofcompliance.Uponcompletion,INTEGRITYtestshallbeperformedwithgasgeneratorconnectedtotheroomthroughaconnectorfromoutside.PressuregaugeshallbeinstalledandconnectedtotheprobetubeoftheVESDAunit,slightleakageisacceptableascompliance.The
