１、聽力測(cè)試是考查學(xué)生理解口頭語(yǔ)言能力的測(cè)試。因此，它的結(jié)構(gòu)不像書面語(yǔ)言那么嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，句子短，重復(fù)率高，冗余信息多。聽力測(cè)試的材料比閱讀材料要容易，基本上沒有超綱的詞語(yǔ)（但常會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些陌生的人名或地名）。２、大多數(shù)聽力材料來(lái)源于英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的生活會(huì)話，題材廣泛，涉及英語(yǔ)國(guó)家日常生活的許多方面，具有明顯的口語(yǔ)特征，聽起來(lái)自然真實(shí)，符合在非測(cè)試狀態(tài)下英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)在社會(huì)生活中運(yùn)用的真實(shí)情景。有利于全面有效的檢測(cè)考生在不同生活實(shí)際環(huán)境下對(duì)所學(xué)語(yǔ)言的感悟和接受能力。３、對(duì)話或獨(dú)白都通過具體語(yǔ)言內(nèi)容表明一個(gè)特定的語(yǔ)境。理解語(yǔ)境是把握所聽內(nèi)容的關(guān)鍵，是理解材料內(nèi)容的前提。４、材料一般由10段左右的對(duì)話和獨(dú)白構(gòu)成，總詞數(shù)為850左右。除了一些專有詞外，材料中一般沒有生詞。５、答案分布均勻，各選項(xiàng)的答案總數(shù)接近于平均值。６、語(yǔ)速一般為150~170wpm。

這類題主要問的是該對(duì)話談?wù)摰闹黝}是什么。特點(diǎn)是對(duì)話雙方都在談一個(gè)內(nèi)容。要求學(xué)生注意對(duì)話的完整性，在答題時(shí)把雙方的內(nèi)容聯(lián)系起來(lái)考慮。要求考生有一定的提綱挈領(lǐng)的能力，概括出對(duì)話的要點(diǎn)。解題指導(dǎo)：A.Schoollife

涉及因果關(guān)系的對(duì)話主要有兩種情況：先結(jié)果，后原因；先原因，后結(jié)果。一般說(shuō)來(lái)，涉及因果關(guān)系的題目的重點(diǎn)在原因上，因此要特別注意對(duì)話中后者的答語(yǔ)。做此類題目：
