Second.Reasons.Ifoundthatthetrafficmanagementisthemostseriousprobleminthetrafficsystem.Insomeimportantcrossroads,therearenoenoughtrafficpolicetodothetrafficgrooming.It’sirrational.Wepaidsomuchtaxes,butwecannotcomfortwhatweshouldget.Forexample,ontheoverhead,twocarshadmadeatrafficaccident.Thisleadedthetrafficjams.Wehadnotseethetrafficpolicefromstarttoend.Ittookmenearly10minutesontheoverhead.Itwashappenedyesterday.

Third.Tosolveit.WhatIcanadviceisjustaddmoretrafficpolicesintheimportantcrossroads.It’sthemostusefulwaytosolvethe
