ControlandSafetyProtectionImplementedinTheSystem:（1）貯存罐液位達到高位時(90%),自動啟動投藥泵,投至低位時(10%),自動停投藥泵。Whenthelevelinthestoragetankgetstothehighlevel(90%),thesystemautomaticallystartsupthechemicaldosingpump;whenitgetstothelowlevel(10%),thesystemautomaticallystopsthechemicaldosingpump.（2）投藥泵與泵出口電動閥連鎖。(2)Chemicaldosingpupandthemotorvalveatthepumpoutletareinterlocking.系統(tǒng)中實施的控制及安全保護如下:

ControlandS12（3）發(fā)生器電解液出口溫度超過40℃,系統(tǒng)控制柜發(fā)出聲光報警信號;超過42℃且時間超過5秒,自動切斷整流器電源。(3)Thesystemcontrolcabinetwillsendoutavisualandaudiblealarmsignalwhentheoutlettemperatureofgeneratorelectrolyteexceeds40℃;thepowersupplyofrectifierisautomaticallycutoffwhenthetemperatureexceeds42℃formorethan5seconds.（4）發(fā)生器電解槽壓力高且時間超過5秒時停稀鹽水泵,并切斷整流器電源。(4)Whenthepressureofgeneratorelectrolysisbathishighandthetimeexceeds5seconds,stopthedilutebrinepumpandcuroffthepowersupplyofrectifier.（3）發(fā)生器電解液出口溫度超過40℃,系統(tǒng)控制柜發(fā)出聲光報警13（5）發(fā)生器電解液流量低于40%且時間超過30秒,系統(tǒng)控制柜發(fā)出聲光報警信號;低于25%且時間超過10秒,自動停機。(5)Whentheflowofgeneratorelectrolyteislowerthan40%for30seconds,thesystemcontrolcabinetwillsendoutavisualandaudiblealarmsignal;whenitislowerthan25%formorethan10seconds,itautomaticallyshutsdown.（6）風機與整流電源連鎖，當風機未啟動時,不能啟動整流器。(6)Theairfanandrectificationpowersupplyareinterlocking;iftheairfanisnotstartedup,therectifiercannotbestartedup.（5）發(fā)生器電解液流量低于40%且時間超過30秒,系統(tǒng)控制柜14（7）海水泵與整流電源連鎖,當海水泵未啟動時,不能啟動整流器。(7)Theseawaterpumpandrectificationpowersupplyareinterlocking;therectifiercannotbestartedupiftheseawaterpumpisnotstartedup.（8）發(fā)生器累計工作720小時提醒酸洗，此時發(fā)生器可繼續(xù)工作8小時,8小時后必須酸洗,否則整流電源無法啟動。(8)Remindacidcleaningifthegeneratorworksfor720hoursinaccumulation;thegeneratorcancontinuouslyworkfor8hoursatthistime;acidcleaningmustbedoneafter8hours,ortherectificationpowersupplycannotbestarted.（7）海水泵與整流電源連鎖,當海水泵未啟動時,不能啟動整流器15（9）當水泵、風機等發(fā)生故障(如缺相、過載)時,自動切斷故障電機的電源。(9)Thesystemautomaticallycutsoffthepowersupplyofthefaultmotorwhenwaterpumpandairfanandsoonareinfault(suchaslackingofphaseandoverload).（1
