Qualitypolicy
ThequalitypolicyisthedefiningstatementofthecommitmenttoLDRSpine(includingmanagementwithexecutiveresponsibility)tomeetitscustomerrequirementsandtocomplywithallregulatoryrequirements.LDRSpinehasestablishedthefollowingqualitypolicy:
LDRSpineshallprovidesafeandeffectivedevicesthatimprovethequalityofspinecareandmeetcustomer®ulatoryrequirements
Managementwithexecutiveresponsibilityshallensurethatthequalitypolicyisunderstood,implemented,andmaintainedatalllevelsoftheorganization.
