Abstract:Ruralinfrastructureconstructionisanimportantpartofruraldevelopment,andthePublic-PrivatePartnership(PPP)modelisincreasinglybeingappliedinruralinfrastructureconstruction.However,conflictsamongdifferentstakeholdersinruralinfrastructurePPPmodelsareinevitable.ThisarticleexplorestheconflictsandcoordinationmechanismsofstakeholdersinruralinfrastructurePPPmodelsthroughfieldsurveysandcaseanalysis,andprovidesrelevantrecommendations.
1.Introduction
Ruralinfrastructureconstructionisanimportantguaranteeandfoundationforruraldevelopment.However,duetolargeinvestmentdemandsandlimitedfunds,ruralinfrastructureconstructionfacessignificantchallenges.ThePPPmodelprovidesanewapproachandmechanismtoaddressthisissue.
