（3）Acceptanceofworkqualityinspectionevaluationdata工程驗(yàn)收質(zhì)量驗(yàn)評(píng)資料。10。Therelevantrequirementsofthelocalgovernment地方政府的相關(guān)要求Constructionunitshouldbesafeconstruction，Civilizedadministration，InaccordancewithnationalandProvisionsofChongqingcitysafeproductionandlaborprotection，Activelyadopttechnicalmeasuresforsafeproduction，Tostrengthenthesafetyeducation，Therelevantrequirementsmustsetupwarningsignstellall，Andonaregularbasisforsafetyproduction、Civilizedconstructioncheck；Iftheaccidenthappened、qualityaccident、Safetyaccidentsreportassoonaspossibleatanytime。施工單位應(yīng)做到安全施工、文明管理，按照國(guó)家和重慶市安全生產(chǎn)及勞動(dòng)保護(hù)方面的規(guī)定,積極采取安全生產(chǎn)技術(shù)措施，加強(qiáng)安全教育，有關(guān)要求要上墻樹(shù)牌招示全體，并定期進(jìn)行安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工檢查;如發(fā)生工程事故、質(zhì)量事故、安全事故隨時(shí)快報(bào)。10.1Constructionsafetyguaranteemeasures施工安全保證措施Theroutinemanagementofproductionsafetymeasures安全生產(chǎn)常規(guī)管理措施：（1)Toparticipateintheprojectpersonnelmustadhereto“safetyfirst，firstprevention”，Layeruponlayertoestablishpostresponsibilitysystem，Abidebythestateandenterprisesafetyoperationprocedures，Inanycase,cannotbeillegaloperationorillegalcommand;Fieldsetupfullsafetyinspectors,teamsandgroupsapart—timesecurityofficer,Constructionworkersinthejobideologicalfocus，Nooperatingpersonnelqualificationcertificatecannotengageinspecialtradesjobs。參加該工程人員必須堅(jiān)持“安全第一,預(yù)防為主"的方針，層層建立崗位責(zé)任制，遵守國(guó)家和企業(yè)的安全操作規(guī)程,在任何情況下不得違章操作或違章指揮;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)專(zhuān)職安全檢查員，班組兼職安全員,施工人員在作業(yè)時(shí)思想集中，無(wú)操作證人員不得從事特殊工種作業(yè)。(2）Personinchargeofworksinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheconstructionsafetyproductionresponsibilitysystemfullyimplement，Checkhiddentrouble,checkthevulnerabilities、Checktheparalysisofthought,Inviewoftheexistingsafetyproblemsinatimelymannertherectificationandkeeprelevantrecords；Safetymeasuresestablishbytheconstructionforeman，Andinwritingtotheteamsandgroupscorrespondentconstructionworkers，Signatureshouldbecomplete，constructionteamsandgroupsshouldimplementpracticalandeffectivesafetyeducationandasafeactivityrecords.（2）工程負(fù)責(zé)人要按規(guī)定對(duì)施工生產(chǎn)的安全責(zé)任制全面貫徹落實(shí)，查隱患、查漏洞、查麻痹思想,針對(duì)存在的安全問(wèn)題及時(shí)進(jìn)行整改并做好有關(guān)記錄；施工工長(zhǎng)編制安全技術(shù)措施,并書(shū)面向班組施工人員交底，簽字應(yīng)齊全,施工班組每日進(jìn)行實(shí)效安全教育并有安全活動(dòng)記錄。（3）Toentertheconstructionsiteshouldwearprotectiveclothesproperlyinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisions，Constructionsite，avarietyofholes，dangerousplacestosetupthefence、CoverplateandSafetyTechnologylogo，Inthenighttosetupwarninglights;Variousprotectivemeasures、Warningsignssuchaswithoutconstructionmanager'sapproval，can'tmoveordemolished。（3)進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)按作業(yè)規(guī)定正確穿戴防護(hù)用品,施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各種孔洞、危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所都要設(shè)置圍欄、蓋板及安全技術(shù)標(biāo)志,夜間要設(shè)紅燈示警；各種防護(hù)措施、警告標(biāo)志等未經(jīng)施工負(fù)責(zé)人批準(zhǔn),不得移動(dòng)或拆除。（4）Aroundtheconstructionsitetopromptlyclearingobstructions，Topreventthenailthorntofootorotheraccidents,Afterworktocleanupthescene,Cleanupatthefootofthethings。（4)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周?chē)皶r(shí)清理障礙物，防止釘子扎腳或其它磕碰工傷事故，下班后及時(shí)清理好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，做到料清腳下干凈.(5)Hashiddentroubleofmechanicalequipmentcannotbebroughtintoorstoredinaconstructionsite，Onconstructionmachinerytocarryout"safetyoperationprocedures”listingsystem,Preventequipmentaccidentsormechanicalinjury。(5)不得將有隱患的機(jī)械設(shè)備帶入或存放在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，對(duì)施工機(jī)械要實(shí)行“安全操作規(guī)程”掛牌制度，防止設(shè)備事故或機(jī)械傷害。（6)Intheconstructionwillinevitablyencountertheheavyrain、Theclimateofthesand,Topayattentiontoweatherforecasts，reasonablearrangementsforworkingtime,Laborprotectionsiteconstructionpersonnel、Waterproofmoisturework。施工中必然會(huì)遭遇大雨、風(fēng)沙的氣候，要隨時(shí)注意天氣預(yù)報(bào)，合理安排工作時(shí)間，作好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工人員勞動(dòng)保護(hù)、防水防潮工作。（7)Implementsafetyrewards，Makesafetyassociatedwithbenefitdistribution.(7)實(shí)行安全獎(jiǎng)懲制，使安全同效益分配掛鉤。10。1。2Temporaryelectricalsafetymeasures臨時(shí)用電安全措施：（1)GroundingmethodaccordingtoprovisionsofJGJ46—88,ProtectionsystemusingTN-S，Groundingelectrodeusinga50gaugegalvanizedanglesteelorgalvanizedsteelpipeburied；Itisforbiddentousesteeltubeorcablearmorforgroundingconnection，Themetalshellorstentelectricalconstructionequipmentshallbeadoptedvariousreliablegroundingwire；Groundingresistanceisnotgreaterthan4ohms.（1)接地方式按JGJ46-88規(guī)定執(zhí)行，采用TN—S保護(hù)系統(tǒng),接地極采用50規(guī)格鍍鋅角鋼或鍍鋅鋼管埋地;嚴(yán)禁用鋼管或電纜鎧皮進(jìn)行接地連接，各種電器施工機(jī)具的金屬外殼或支架均應(yīng)采用導(dǎo)線可靠接零；接地電阻不大于4歐姆。(2)Distributionboxshouldbeusedwithcertificationofproducts，Electricalequipmentshouldbebasedonloadcharacteristicsleakageprotectiondeviceinstalled，Variousdistributionbox/plateshouldbeuniformnumbersbyhandmanagement；Afterclosingmustlockthedistributionbox，Bewareofelectrocutionandhangingsigns,Afterwork，Stopusingthebox/trayshouldbeimmediatelycutoffthepowersupply，Boxdoorlock;Distributionbox/switchboxshouldbetight、Integrity,nondestructive,distributionbox/switchboxshouldbeobviousprotectivezeroline。(2）配電箱應(yīng)采用有合格證的產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)根據(jù)電氣設(shè)備負(fù)荷特性裝設(shè)漏電保護(hù)裝置，各類(lèi)配電箱/盤(pán)均應(yīng)統(tǒng)一編號(hào)由專(zhuān)人管理；上班合閘后必須鎖上配電箱，并掛當(dāng)心觸電標(biāo)志牌,下班后,停止使用的箱/盤(pán)應(yīng)立即切斷電源，箱門(mén)上鎖；配電箱/開(kāi)關(guān)箱應(yīng)嚴(yán)密、完整、無(wú)損，配電箱/開(kāi)關(guān)箱應(yīng)有明顯的保護(hù)接零線。（3）Constructionsiteelectricalmachinerytoimplement”onemachineonegate”system,Theconstructionsiteusedistributionboxandhand-heldpowertools，Youmustsetleakageprotectiondeviceaccordingtotherequirementsoftheproduct；Hand-heldpowertoolhousing，handle,switch、Powerplug,etc。mustbedoneregularlychecked,Toensurethesafeandreliable；GeneralshouldchooseⅡclasshand-heldpowertools，Andtheinstallationofoperatingcurrentnotexceeding15mA、Ratedleakagetimenotmorethan0。1secondsoftheleakageprotector；Intheopenair，wetplacesormetalframeoperationmustchooseⅡhand-heldpowertools,Prohibitedtheuseofhand—heldpowertoolsclassⅠ；Hand—heldelectrictoolsmustdoregularinspection,Toensurethatsensitiveandreliable.(3)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用電機(jī)械實(shí)行“一機(jī)一閘"制，施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的配電箱及手持電動(dòng)工具，必須按產(chǎn)品要求設(shè)置漏電保護(hù)器;手持電動(dòng)工具的外殼、手柄、開(kāi)關(guān)、電源插頭等必須做定期檢查，以保證安全可靠；一般場(chǎng)所應(yīng)選用Ⅱ類(lèi)手持式電動(dòng)工具，并裝設(shè)動(dòng)作電流不超過(guò)15mA、額定漏電時(shí)間不超過(guò)0.1秒的漏電保護(hù)器；在露天、潮濕場(chǎng)所或金屬構(gòu)架上操作必須選用Ⅱ類(lèi)手持式電動(dòng)工具，嚴(yán)禁使用Ⅰ類(lèi)手持式電動(dòng)工具;手持式電動(dòng)工具必須做定期檢查，以保證靈敏可靠。（4)Electricalmachineryandequipmentelectricity，Whenusingpowertoolsandequipmentshallbeundertheconditionofemptycarstartup，Operatorsshallwearinsulatinggloveswearinsulatingrubber,Failureofelectrictoolsandequipment，Shouldberepairedpromptly；（4）電動(dòng)機(jī)械設(shè)備用電，使用電動(dòng)工具和設(shè)備時(shí)應(yīng)在空載情況下啟動(dòng),操作人員應(yīng)戴上絕緣手套穿上絕緣膠鞋，電動(dòng)工具和設(shè)備發(fā)生故障時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行修理；（5)Theregulationsfortheelectricity，Whenpoweroutagemaintenancemustbenursed，putasignhangNoswitchingon；Regularlysendsomeonetocheckthedistributionbox、Allkindsofelectricalequipmentandpowerlines,Preventelectricshockaccidents，Andcarryoutinspectionrecords；Monthlyprojectmanagertoconductasafetyinspection,Foremanfortheteamsandgroupstoconductasafetyeducation；Everydaybeforeworkgroupleaderstoconductasafetyeducationforworkers。(5)用電管理規(guī)定，當(dāng)斷電維修時(shí)必須有人看護(hù)，并掛嚴(yán)禁合閘標(biāo)志牌;定期派專(zhuān)人檢查配電箱、各用電設(shè)備以及供電線路,防止觸電事故的發(fā)生,并做好檢查記錄；每月項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部進(jìn)行一次安全檢查，工長(zhǎng)對(duì)班組進(jìn)行一次安全教育;班組長(zhǎng)每天對(duì)工人進(jìn)行一次班前安全教育.10。2Securitytechnicalmeasures安全保障技術(shù)措施10.2.1Performsecuritymeetingsystem執(zhí)行安全會(huì)議制度：Toapproveofthe《Securityembodiments”》asacriterion，SitesafetymeetingsheldeveryMonday，Summarizelastweek’ssecuritysituation,Analysisofthecausesofpossiblesecurityrisks，Thisweek’ssecurityprioritiesareputforward；Regularmeetingoftheconstructionunitshouldobeythedecision，Andsolvevariousproblemsinvolvingsafetyduringconstruction。以批準(zhǔn)的《安全保障實(shí)施方案》為準(zhǔn)則,每周一召開(kāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)
