時(shí)間hours1)根據(jù)酒店工作需要安排。酒店為提供有效運(yùn)營(yíng),必要時(shí)有權(quán)變更排班表。Associatesarerequired40excludingmealbreak,onerestatleast.Departmentheadsplansdutyroster.Thethetochangetherosteritisdeemednecessarytheefficientoperationofthehotel.2)Associatesrequiredtoontimeinuniform.Whenhe/shehassomethingemergency,2hourspriornoticetohis/hermanageratleast.Otherwise,resultindisciplinaryWithoutpermissionhead,anyassociatearenottoleavehis/herplaceduringdutyhours.3)部門(mén)經(jīng)理將提前為每位員工安排好休假,保證酒店的正常營(yíng)業(yè)不受影響。Eachplanandschedulevacationfortheirassociateadvanceandinawaythatthenormalandefficientoperationthewillbeinterrupted.5.13加班Overtime1)班需得到事先的批準(zhǔn)。Sincerequirescontinuousoperation,associatesshouldcooperateandovertimebythedepartmenthead.Overtimetheadditionalhoursstandardshifthours,onrostereddayspublicholidays.Overtimemustbeapprovedinallcircumstances.2)加班補(bǔ)償將根據(jù)中國(guó)勞動(dòng)法和酒店有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。OvertimebebycompensatorytimeovertimeinaccordancewiththeLabourLawofChinaandatthediscretionofthehotel.3)部門(mén)經(jīng)理必須保存其部門(mén)員工的完整加班記錄。Departmentheadsmustanaccuraterecordallovertimebyindepartments.5.14合同續(xù)簽和終止Contractrenewalandtermination勞動(dòng)合同期滿(mǎn)前一個(gè)月,經(jīng)部門(mén)評(píng)估,酒店與員工雙方同意后可續(xù)簽合同。凡是不續(xù)簽合同的雙方均需提前一個(gè)月給予對(duì)方書(shū)面通知,以確定合同的終止。associates,monthbeforeterminal,tocontract.Ifanyoneoftwonottothecontract,orassociatetogiveleast30days’writtennoticeorhastogivethecompensationtoreplacethenoticedays.5.15工作評(píng)估PerformanceAppraisals要求以及個(gè)人發(fā)展建議。7Associateshaveundergoaminimumoneperformanceappraisalbesidesprobation,promotionandtransferfromwhichhe/shewillbebymanagementsexpectationandadvisedoftheirworkperformancedevelopment.5.16辭職Resignation1)試用期間,你可提前3Youonprobationyourresignationtothe3in2)試用期后,員工如欲辭職須至少提前30天以書(shū)面形式通知。Aftertheprobation,youwanttoresign,youhavegive30days’written3)我們批準(zhǔn)你的辭職申請(qǐng)后,請(qǐng)?jiān)谀愕淖詈蠊ぷ魅蘸蟮?天內(nèi)辦理完所有辭職手續(xù)(如果需要其7品。Afterresignationhasapproved,pleasehandleandcompleteallofresignationprocedurewithin7accordingtoyourlastworking(Ifyousomebodyelsehelpyou,pleaseshowthewrittennoticeofauthoritytoIfyoutalltheprocedure7days,wepromiseyoutoyourinthe4)你辦理辭職手續(xù)時(shí),必須將酒店財(cái)產(chǎn)或工具、制服等交給部門(mén)經(jīng)理或相關(guān)部門(mén)。Youmustalltheequipmentorresponsibility,toyouDepartmentortheH.RDepartment.5.17離職面試Exitinterview在員工提出離職之際,部門(mén)經(jīng)理或人力資源部總監(jiān)將和員工進(jìn)行離職面試。associatesubmitstheresignationofHumanResourcewillhaveaexitinterviewwiththeassociate.5.18退休Retirement1)員工的退休年齡為男性員工6055國(guó)家的有關(guān)法律規(guī)定。Retirementmaleandfemaleare60associateshightemperature,poisonousandnoxioustheretirementagedeterminedbyrelevantnational2)員工。Retirementdayisthebirthdayintheassociatesreachretiringages.Associatewhoretiringageshouldtransactretirementwithhumanresourcedepartment.Ifthehotelreemployretiredpeople.5.19離職交接Handover1)員工無(wú)論因何原因解除或終止勞動(dòng)合同而離職,必須按照酒店的規(guī)定的程序辦理工作和資產(chǎn)移交手續(xù):?件;?歸還所有酒店文件、資料、記錄、設(shè)備、工具、文具、通訊設(shè)備等;8????歸還更衣箱、工具箱以及員工保管的所有酒店的鑰匙;向繼任者或酒店指派的其他同事移交清楚所有工作;與財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)結(jié)算所有應(yīng)付款項(xiàng)、應(yīng)收款項(xiàng);其他屬于酒店的物品、資產(chǎn)、數(shù)據(jù)信息等。Associateshavetohandallworksaccordingtoregulation,nomatterhowthelabourcontractstopped:?ReturnallstatuscertificationasIDcard,recommendationinformationcardandsoon;?Returnallinformation,records,utilities,tools,communicationequipmentsso????Returnclothchangingtoolbox,andallClearlyhandallworkstothesuccessorsettleaccountswithFinanceDepartment;Othergoods,belongstohotel.2)力資源部相關(guān)人員簽字或蓋章。人力資源部人員必須與員工在職期間所有領(lǐng)取物品清單核對(duì),并交由部門(mén)主管最終確認(rèn)。在確定員工所有手續(xù)辦理完畢后,人力資源部可在《離職者清算手續(xù)一覽表》完成情況一欄中予以確認(rèn),交接手續(xù)此時(shí)辦結(jié)。Whentransactingprocedure,associatesbetofillin《AssociateClearance,bebyorinHumanResourceDepartment.checkingalltheHumanResourcesubmitthistotofurtherhandoverprocedure.3)酒店依法應(yīng)當(dāng)支付給員工的經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償金,在員工辦結(jié)所有離職交接手續(xù)時(shí)支付。員工如未按照酒店規(guī)定或雙方約定辦理完成離職手續(xù),酒店可以暫不發(fā)放經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償金,給酒店造成損失的,酒店有權(quán)要求員工予以賠償。Associateshavefinishedprocesscompensationthehotel.Otherthecandelaythecompensationaskcompensationtheassociateresponsibleforhotelslost.5.20離職后再錄用Re-hire曾在酒店服務(wù),離職后申請(qǐng)?jiān)黉浻谜?,依下列?guī)定辦理:Candidates,whointhehotel,applyingforre-hiringResignation,shouldfollowthecontinuingregulation:1)經(jīng)理)核準(zhǔn)。Informal,onlyassociateswhohavedonegoodjobinoriginalpositionwillbeemployedassociatesaresuitablethevacantpositionhotel.whohavefiredbythehotelforillegalbehaviournotbewithspecialskillsapprovedbygeneral2)3)接受再?gòu)?fù)職的部門(mén),在決定錄用前須向酒店人力資源部門(mén)報(bào)告,經(jīng)人力資源部門(mén)核查無(wú)不得再次錄用情況的,呈酒店負(fù)責(zé)人(總經(jīng)理)批準(zhǔn)后方可再次錄用。Beforere-hiring,theemploymentreporttotheHumanResourceDepartmenttocheckhireablequalificationandaskfurtherratificationbythegeneral再錄用之人員在酒店的工作年限從再錄用日起計(jì)算。9Workingtimeforre-associatesinthehotelthere-hire5.21裁員Redundancy當(dāng)酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況或管理政策發(fā)生變化或不可能把多余的員工調(diào)到其他部門(mén)時(shí),在符合法定條件下酒店有權(quán)進(jìn)行裁員。若員工要被裁減,他們將在一個(gè)月之前獲得通知,并根據(jù)國(guó)家有關(guān)政策規(guī)定和酒店的制度予以補(bǔ)償。Thehoteltherighttomakeredundant
