Ata

of

countries

voluntary

agencies

called

for

arevolutionary

approach

to

health

care.Declaring

that

“The

existing

grossinequality

in

the

health

status

of

peopleparticularly

between

developed

anddeveloping

countries

as

well

as

withincountries

is

politically,

socially

andeconomically
