卷簾門安裝作業(yè)指導書Installationinstructionofroll-upshutter卷簾門包括防火卷簾門和普通卷簾門。普通卷簾門的傳動方式有手動、電動與手動組合傳動兩種。電動兼手動式的，在正常情況下用電動啟閉，當遇到臨時停電或其他意外時，則可用手動開閉。operatedbymanualandelectriccombinemanual,innormalwayitisoperatedbyelectric,bymanualwhenfacepowercut.1、卷簾門安裝施工準備Preparationforinstallation⑴洞口準備：Preparationforwalltowalla、檢查洞口尺寸與卷簾門尺寸是否相符，卷簾門預留洞口的尺寸，可按3m洞口選用，一般洞口寬度和高度均不宜超過5m。Checkingwalltowallwhetherconsistwithdoorsize,thesizeofwalltowallis3m,normally,theheightandwidthofwalltowalldon’texceed5m.b、檢查洞口的導軌預埋件和支架預埋的位置、數(shù)量是否正確。Checkthelocationandquantityofthetrackpre-built-inandbracketpre-built-iniron.⑵輔助材料準備：預埋鐵件、連接墊板、膨脹螺栓、射釘、螺釘、電焊條及防火裝置等。Subsidiarymaterial:pre-built-iniron,connectplate,expensionbolt,shootnail,screw,electricweldingstripandfireproofdeviceetc.⑶機具準備：電焊機、手電鋸、沖擊電鉆、射釘槍、手錘、鐵鑿、螺絲刀、水平尺、鐵角尺、鋼卷尺、吊線墜、粉線包及電工用具等。Tools:electricweldingmachine,shootnailgun,electricsaw,electricdrill,ironchisel,ironhammer,screwdriver,levelruler,steelrollruler,angleruler,linebag，plummetandotherelectrictools.⑷作業(yè)條件Workconditiona、已按設(shè)計規(guī)范設(shè)計的卷簾門，按其型號查閱該產(chǎn)品說明書并熟悉電氣原理圖。Accordingtoroll-upshuttermodeltocheckproductspecificationandbefamiliarwithelectrictheory.b、檢查卷簾門及其零附件的質(zhì)量和表面處理，均應(yīng)達到了合格水平。Checkqualityandsurfaceconditionofshuttersurfaceconditionanditsparts,allofthemmustcheckout.c、對卷簾門和零部件的各部位基本尺寸進行測量，與設(shè)計院要求一致。Tomeetdesigninstituterequirement,measureallroundbasicsizeoftheshutteranditsparts,4、卷簾門的安裝形式Roll-upshutterinstallation⑴洞中安裝：卷簾門安裝在墻體中間，即裝在洞中，簾片可向內(nèi)側(cè)或外側(cè)卷起。（見圖5）Middleinstallation:shutterbeinstalledinthemiddleofthewall,shuttercanRollupbothinsideandoutside.(seefigure5)⑵洞側(cè)安裝：卷簾門安裝在墻體側(cè)面，即裝在洞外（或洞里），簾片向外側(cè)卷起。（見圖6）Sideinstallation:shutterbeinstalledatthesideofwall,that’soutside/insideofwallhole,shutterRollupoutside.導軌的安裝形式，有埋入式（導軌內(nèi)裝）和外露式（導軌外裝）兩種。防火卷簾門的安裝，一般是焊接在洞口墻體的預埋鐵件上。Trackcanbeinstalledinsideandoutside,normally,firproofshutterbeweldedwithpre-built-inpartswhichinthewallbody.5、卷簾門安裝流程Installationsteps:普通卷簾門的安裝工藝與防火卷簾門的安裝工藝大同小異，只是防火卷簾的安裝較普通卷簾安裝要復雜一些。防火卷簾門還需裝配溫感、煙感、光感報警控制系統(tǒng)及水幕噴淋裝置。一旦遇有火情，防火卷簾門可自動報警、自動噴淋、自動落門，具有綜合防火性能。Normalshutterinstallationstepsalmostthesameasthefireproofshutterinstallation,butthefireproofshutterneedassembletemperaturedetector,smokedetector,lightdetectoralarmandwaterspraydevice,oncecatchfire,thewaterspraydevicewillfunctionautomatically,theshutterwilldropautomatically,thefireproofshutterhascomprehensivefireprooffunction.下面以防火卷簾門為例，敘述其安裝方法和調(diào)試順序。Thefollowaretheinstallationmethodandadjustmentsequenceforthefireproofroll-upshutter.⑴測量、彈線：按照設(shè)計規(guī)定位置，復核洞口尺寸，定出地坪標高線和吊頂標高線；彈出導軌的安裝位置線；彈出傳動支架垂直線和卷筒體的中心線。Measureandlinemarking:accordingtodesignlocationtocheckwalltowallsize,marktheheightbetweenfloorandtop,markthetrackinstallationlocation,marktheverticallineoftheconveybracketandthecenterlineofrollbucket.⑵安裝卷筒：先將鏈輪連接板焊接在主支架板上。用支架角鋼焊接（或膨脹螺栓固定）于墻體預埋鐵件（或混凝土墻）上；將主副支架板焊接在支架角鋼中間；然后安裝卷軸，緊固螺絲，需確保卷軸與支架板垂直。rollbucketinstallation:weldtheconnectplateonmainbracketplate,andthenweldtheangleiron(orfixbyexpansivebolt)topre-built-inparts(orconcretewall),weldthemainbracketplateandsub-mainbracketplateintothemiddleoftheangleiron,theninstallrollaxis,tightenscrews,andensureuprightnessbetweenaxisandbracketplate.⑶安裝傳動設(shè)備：安裝減速器和驅(qū)動部分，必須將堅固件鑲緊，不得有松動現(xiàn)象。conveydeviceinstallation:thefastnessmustbetightened,wheninstallreduceranddriverdevice.⑷安裝電控系統(tǒng)：首先應(yīng)熟悉并掌握電氣原理圖，然后根據(jù)《產(chǎn)品說明書》安裝。Electriccontrolsysteminstallation:firstly,befamiliarwiththeelectrictheorydrawing,thenaccordingtoproductsspecificationtoinstallit.⑸空載試車：在安裝好傳動系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)后，尚未裝上簾板之前，應(yīng)接線進行空載試車。卷筒必須轉(zhuǎn)動靈活，調(diào)試減速器使其轉(zhuǎn)速適宜。Nocarrytest:whenfinishtheconveydeviceandelectriccontrolsysteminstallation,beforecurtainplateinsallation,plesetesttheflexibleofrollbucketandthespeedofthereducer.⑹安裝簾板：將吊腳穿上三到五片簾片，再固定于卷軸上；然后穿簾片與底梁。簾板兩端的縫隙應(yīng)均等，不許有擦邊現(xiàn)象。curtainplateinstallation:connect3-5curtainplatesbytopconnectplate,andthenfixthemontherollaxis,thenconnectcurtainplatesandbottombeam,thegapbetweenthecurtainplatesmustkeepsameness.⑺安裝導軌：根據(jù)已彈好的導軌安裝位置線，若是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或有預埋鐵件墻體，就將導軌焊牢于洞口兩側(cè)及上方鋼構(gòu)或預埋鐵件上，并焊成一體；若是混凝土墻體，則用膨脹螺絲將泥腳固定于墻體上，再將導軌點焊在泥腳上，調(diào)整垂直度，然后進行固定，兩側(cè)導軌必須在同一垂面上，并做好防銹處理。Trackinstallation:forsteelstructurewallorpre-built-inironwall,weldthetrackintosteelstructurewallorpre-built-iniron,forconcretewall,fixthebottomconnectplatebyexpansivebolt,thenweldthetrackintobottomconnectplate,adjustitsuprightnessthenfixit,andrustproofhandle.⑻安裝箱罩：用膨脹螺絲連接泥腳固定在墻體上（混凝土墻體）或泥腳直接焊接于墻體上（鋼結(jié)構(gòu)墻體）；對于整體式箱罩，將箱罩邊角鋼與泥腳焊接即可。對于拼裝式箱罩，用角鋼做支架焊接在泥腳及結(jié)構(gòu)上，做到支架垂直水平，再將簾片或平板鉚釘于骨架上，最后用包角將邊接縫收口。Boxcoverinstallation:connetthebottomconnectplatewithwall(concretewall)byexpansiveboltorweldthebottomconnectplateintowall(steelstructure).forintegrativeboxcover,weldtheboxcoveranglesteelintobottomconnectplate.formedleyboxcover,weldtheanglesteelintobottomconnectplate,thenfixthecurtainontheframework,atlast,closeupthejoint.⑼安裝限位塊：安裝限位裝置和行程開關(guān)，并調(diào)整彈簧，使其松緊程度合適。locationrestrictdeviceinstallation:installrestrictdeviceandbutton,adjustthespringtothesuitablecondition.⑽安裝噴淋系統(tǒng)：水幕噴淋系統(tǒng)包括火災探測報警器、報警控制閥、消防電磁閥、雨淋閥、水幕噴淋系統(tǒng)：水幕噴淋系統(tǒng)包括火災探測報警器、報警控制閥、消防電磁閥、雨淋閥、水幕噴頭、水力警鈴、壓力開關(guān)及水流指示器等裝置。安裝好噴淋系統(tǒng)后，應(yīng)與總控制系統(tǒng)接通。（適用于防火卷簾）Waterspraysysteminstallation:thissystemincludefiredetectoralarm,alarmcontrolvalve,firefightingelectromagneticvalve,rainvalve,sprayer,hydraulicalarm,pressurebuttonandwaterflowindicatoretc.,connecttheheadcontrolsystemafterfinishinstallation.(forfireproofroll-upshutter).⑽接線調(diào)試：先通過手拉鏈條手動試運行，再用電動機啟閉卷簾門數(shù)次，并做好相應(yīng)的調(diào)整，直至啟閉無卡住、無阻滯、無異常噪聲等弊病為止。全部調(diào)試符合要求后，裝上防護罩。Connectiontest:atfirst,manualoperationthroughchain,thenoperateitbyelectricityforseveraltimestillithasnonoice,noblockandoperatesmoothly,theninstalltheshield.⑾粉刷面層：最后裝飾門洞口面層，并將門體周圍全部擦、掃干凈。Surfacestucco:stuccowalltowalsurfaceandcleanitssurroundings.6、卷簾門安裝注意事項Roll-upshutterinstallationnote:⑴卷簾門安裝必須牢固，簾板應(yīng)開閉流暢。Shuttermustbefirminstalled,andsmoothopen/closeofcurtainplate.⑵為了牢固起見，安裝導軌應(yīng)盡量焊在洞口的預埋鐵件上，也可用M12×130的膨脹螺栓固定。電動卷簾門洞口墻體若系砌筑結(jié)構(gòu)時，導軌需用穿墻螺栓固定，或按設(shè)計規(guī)定安裝。Forfastnessconsideration,trackweldintopre-built-inironorfixbyM12×130expansivebolt,ifthereisbrickwall,beforetrackinstallation,fixtheitbyboltorinstallitaccordingtodesignrequirement.⑶
