劍橋商務(wù)英語實訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)書(教案)

一、實訓(xùn)項目在整個專業(yè)實訓(xùn)環(huán)節(jié)中的地位

本實訓(xùn)項目是通過一系列規(guī)范、有效的商務(wù)仿真場景交際練習(xí)對學(xué)生進行商務(wù)口語基本

技能和技巧訓(xùn)練,結(jié)合社交英語-電話用語;會議組織安排;商務(wù)貿(mào)易活動-產(chǎn)品推銷、商談

技巧;招聘員工;公司介紹;價格談判等模擬現(xiàn)場商務(wù)交際實踐,使學(xué)生們在全面提高五項

基本技能(聽、說、讀、寫、譯)的基礎(chǔ)上,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的商務(wù)意識,掌握商務(wù)禮儀;

提高話語分析功底、邏輯思維功底、語言組織功底和雙語表達功底。它是專業(yè)課學(xué)習(xí)的延

續(xù)和發(fā)展,提升學(xué)生從業(yè)競爭功底及職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的有效途徑。

二、實訓(xùn)項目的要求

項目一:社交英語,電話用語

1了解社交和電話相關(guān)知識;

2掌握英漢社交用語中的文化差異;

3熟悉社交和電話常用表達方法。

項目二:會議組織安排

1了解會議組織安排的相關(guān)知識;

2掌握會議組織安排相關(guān)程序;

3熟悉會議組織安排相關(guān)表達方法。

項目三:商務(wù)貿(mào)易活動一產(chǎn)品推銷

1了解產(chǎn)品推銷的基本常識;

2掌握產(chǎn)品推銷的主要步驟和注意事項;

3熟悉產(chǎn)品推銷的表達方法。

項目四:招聘員工

1了解招聘員工的基本知識和常見問題;

2掌握招聘員工流程;

3熟悉招聘員工的相關(guān)表達方法。

項目五:公司介紹

(1)了解描述公司組織結(jié)和的基本常識;

(2)掌握公司主營方向及業(yè)務(wù)描述;

(3)熟悉公司或產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)要素以及表達方法。

項目六:價格談判

(1)能擬定商務(wù)談判計戈I。
