廣義預(yù)測(cè)控制在鋼帶卷取控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用的中期報(bào)告AbstractGeneralizedPredictiveControl(GPC)isawell-knowncontrolstrategythatcaneffectivelyhandleprocessdisturbancesandmodeluncertainty.Inthisstudy,theapplicationofGPCinsteelstripwindingcontrolsystemisevaluated.Themid-termreportprovidesanoverviewofthecurrentprogressinthestudy,includingtheproblemstatement,systemmodeling,controllerdesign,simulationresults,andfutureworkplan.Thesimulationresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedmethodincontrollingthesteelstripwindingprocesswithvaryingoperatingconditions.Thefutureworkplancomprisestheimplementationandvalidationoftheproposedcontrolalgorithminareal-timetestbed.IntroductionSteelstripwindingisacriticalprocessintheproductionofsteelproducts,includingsheets,plates,andcoils.Thewindingprocessinvolveswindingsteelstripthatrangesbetween1to2meterswideand0.5to1centimetersthickontoaspool.Thewindingprocessneedstobecontrolledtoensurethatthecoil'squalityiswithintherequiredspecification.Themainchallengesinsteelstripwindingcontrolaredisturbancesfromvaryingstripquality,changingstriptension,andwindingspeed.Theseprocessuncertaintiescouldleadtocoildefects,suchasoverlapping,telescoping,orlooseedges.GeneralizedPredictiveControl(GPC)isawell-knownmodel-basedcontrolstrategythathasbeenwidelyusedindifferentindustrialapplications.TheGPCmethodusesarecurrentpredictionmodeltoestimatethefutureprocessoutputbehaviorbasedonapastsysteminputandoutputdata.Thecontrolsignalisthencalculatedconsideringthepredictedoutputandcurrentcontrolobjectives.TheGPC'smainadvantageisitsabilitytohandleprocessdisturbancesandmodeluncertaintiesanddeliverrobustandaccuratecontrol.SystemmodelingThesteelstripwindingcontrolsystemcomprisesfourmainsubsystems,i.e.,thestriptensioncontrol,stripguiding,windingspeedcontrol,andspoolrotationcontrol.Figure1showsthesystem'sblockdiagram.Thesystem'sstateequationswithinputu(t)andoutputy(t)areexpressedas:dx(t)/dt=Ax(t)+Bu(t)+Dα(t),y(t)=Cx(t)+Du(t)+Eα(t)wherex(t)isthestatevector,α(t)isthedisturbancevector,andthematricesA,B,C,D,andEarethesystem'smodelcoefficients.Figure1:SteelstripwindingcontrolsystemblockdiagramControllerdesignTheproposedcontrollerdesignusesGPCwithstatefeedback.Thecontrolobjectiveistomaintainthestripwindingspeedataconstantdesiredvaluewhileregulatingthestriptension.Thecontroller'sdesignprocedureinvolvesthefollowingsteps:-Discretizationofthestate-spacemodelusingbackwarddifferenceapproximation.-Estimationofthesystem'sparametersusingthesubspaceidentificationmethod.-Tuningoftheweightingmatricesandpredictionhorizonusingthetrial-and-errormethod.-Implementationofthecontrolalgorithm.SimulationresultsTheproposedGPCcontroller'sperformanceisevaluatedusingaSimulinkmodelofthesteelstripwindingcontrolsystem.Thesimulationstudyinvolvesthefollowingscenarios:-Steady-stateconditionwithconstantwindingspeedandconstantstriptension.-Stepchangesinthewindingspeedandstriptension.-Randomdisturbancesinthewindingspeedandstriptension.Figure2showsthesimulationresultsforthefirstscenario.TheGPCcontrollersuccessfullymaintainsthesystem'soutputatthedesiredset-point.Thestriptensionremainsstable,andthecontrolsignalfollowsthedesiredtrajectory.Figure2:Simulationresultsforthesteady-stateconditionFigure3showsthesimulationresultsforthesecondscenario.TheGPCcontrollerrespondsadequatelytothechangesinthewindingspeedandstriptension.Thestriptensionisregulatedtothedesiredvaluewithminimumovershoot,andthewindingspeedisquicklystabilized.Figure3:SimulationresultsforstepchangesinwindingspeedandstriptensionFigure4showsthesimulationresultsforthethirdscenario.Thecontrollereffectivelyhandlestherandomdisturbancesinthewindingspeedandstriptension.Thedisturbances'effectsaresignificantlyreduced,andthesystemoutputfollowstheset-point.Figure4:SimulationresultsforrandomdisturbancesinwindingspeedandstriptensionFutureworkThefutureworkplanconsistsofthefollowingactivities:-Implementingtheproposedalgorithminareal-timetestbed.-Performingexperimentstovalidatetheproposedcontroller'sperformanceundervariableoperatingconditions.-InvestigatingtheGPCcontroller'srobustnessagainstmodelingerrorsanduncertainties.-Comparingtheproposedmethod'sperformancewithothercontrolalgorithmsusedinsteelstripwindingcontrol.ConclusionThismid-termreportprovidesanoverviewofthecurrentprogressintheapplicationofGPCinsteelstripwindingcontrolsystems.Thestudy'smaincontributionsincludesystemmodeling,controllerdesign,andsimulationresults.ThesimulationresultsdemonstratetheGPCalgorithm'seffectivenessincontrollingthesteelstripwindingprocesswithvaryingoperatingconditions.Theproposedcontrolalgorithmcanha
