職位描述：

崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌整合外部合作伙伴資源，加強(qiáng)美團(tuán)外賣csr的創(chuàng)新，擴(kuò)大社會(huì)影響力；

2、設(shè)計(jì)推動(dòng)線上+線下csr項(xiàng)目，包括目標(biāo)規(guī)劃、活動(dòng)管理、預(yù)算管理及品牌傳播；

3、拓展美團(tuán)外賣與相關(guān)部門、各產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的csr創(chuàng)新事務(wù)合作，開發(fā)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目；

4、推進(jìn)美團(tuán)外賣csr戰(zhàn)略，構(gòu)建內(nèi)部csr自我管理機(jī)制，并將其融入業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；

5、建設(shè)美團(tuán)外賣csr創(chuàng)新文化，增強(qiáng)利益相關(guān)方對csr文化價(jià)值的認(rèn)同和參與。

任職要求：

1、至少5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有項(xiàng)目管理、公共關(guān)系、媒體傳播、市場開拓、活動(dòng)推廣等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

2、大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷以上，英語綜合能力強(qiáng)，有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3、組織策劃過大型公益項(xiàng)目，有與高影響力的公益組織或較大流量平臺的合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

4、熟悉sa8000(socialaccountability8000internationalstandard道德規(guī)范國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn))標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，了解如何通過能力建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提升企業(yè)的社會(huì)責(zé)任表現(xiàn)，具備互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

5、有良好的溝通能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，樂于和與人交往，性格外向；
