重量 大家可以來(lái)比較一下重量,IBDN是最輕的,AVAYA和SIEMON為其次,KRONE和AMP(6-219586-4)較重,AMP(6-219507-4)為最好。重量其實(shí)是非常直觀的參數(shù),用戶最容易了解到的參數(shù)便是重量。當(dāng)然重量最重的未必是最好的,但重量往往體現(xiàn)材質(zhì)的基本好壞,而IBDN的7.45公斤的表現(xiàn)未免太令人失望,有點(diǎn)偷工減料的嫌疑。AVAYA和SIEMON的表現(xiàn)也不是很好,相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)AMP和KRONE的表現(xiàn)為最好。銅線線芯線徑 銅線線芯線徑問(wèn)題。銅線線芯線徑是影響線纜性能的直接因素,特別對(duì)于超五類系統(tǒng)和六類系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),線徑的變化是影響布線網(wǎng)絡(luò)所有性能的重要參數(shù),尤其是回波損耗和衰減。超五類線纜的線徑國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是24AWG,大約0.511mm。但從測(cè)試報(bào)告來(lái)看,IBDN和AVAYA根本不符合24AWG的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),IBDN甚至只有0.501mm的線徑,KRONE為其次,AMP和SIEMON為最好。線纜外表皮直徑 線纜外表皮直徑也是相當(dāng)重要的,這關(guān)系到線纜外表皮的厚度,從而體現(xiàn)線纜的抗磨程度。這在實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中是相當(dāng)重要的,并且,線纜外表皮越厚,就越能抵抗外界溫度的變化。相信大家不愿意用一拉就壞,一冷就裂的劣質(zhì)線纜。從測(cè)試報(bào)告來(lái)看,IBDN的線纜外表皮直徑又是最細(xì)的,只有4.5不到。AVAYA和SIEMON為其次,AMP和KRONE為最好。 銅線線芯絞距銅線線芯絞距往往是大家忽視的重要參數(shù),銅線線芯絞距的密與疏往往會(huì)影響布線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的近端串?dāng)_這個(gè)參數(shù),而且銅線線芯絞距的穩(wěn)定亦會(huì)影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)鏈路的阻抗,從而影響回波損耗這個(gè)參數(shù)。現(xiàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果如下:以5CM為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),測(cè)試四對(duì)銅線線芯絞合對(duì)數(shù)5CMKRONESIEMONAVAYAIBDN6-219586-46-219507-4Data1767868Data261086117Data3877876Data4686598數(shù)據(jù)表明,AMP和SIEMON較好,銅線線芯絞距疏落有致,線對(duì)與線對(duì)之間互不干擾。而KRONE,AVAYA和IBDN就表現(xiàn)不是很好,IBDN更有點(diǎn)偷工減料的嫌疑,竟是1CM一個(gè)絞合。
