、交貨地點(diǎn)和計(jì)劃交貨日期等見合同附件三“發(fā)包人提供的材料和工程設(shè)備一覽表”。Thename,specifications,quantity,price,deliverymethod,deliverylocationandplanneddeliverydateofthematerialsandengineeringequipmentprovidedbytheemployerrefertoListofMaterialsandEngineeringEquipmentProvidedbytheEmployer,whichprovidedintheAnnexIIItotheContract.5.2.3由發(fā)包人提供的材料和工程設(shè)備驗(yàn)收后，由承包人負(fù)責(zé)接收、運(yùn)輸和保管。Thecontractorshall,subsequenttoacceptanceofthematerialsandengineeringequipmentprovidedbytheemployer,beresponsibleforreceiving,transporting,andstoring.6.施工設(shè)備和臨時(shí)設(shè)施Constructionequipmentandtemporaryfacilities6.1承包人提供的施工設(shè)備和臨時(shí)設(shè)施Constructionequipmentandtemporaryfacilitiesprovidedbythecontractor6.1.2發(fā)包人承擔(dān)修建臨時(shí)設(shè)施的費(fèi)用的范圍：需要發(fā)包人辦理申請(qǐng)手續(xù)和承擔(dān)相關(guān)費(fèi)用的臨時(shí)占地：Thescopeofthecontractor'sresponsibilityforthecostofbuildingtemporaryfacilities:Temporarylandoccupationthatrequiretheemployertocompletetheapplicationproceduresandbeartherelatedcosts:6.2發(fā)包人提供的施工設(shè)備和臨時(shí)設(shè)施發(fā)包人提供的施工設(shè)備和臨時(shí)設(shè)施：發(fā)包人提供的施工設(shè)備和臨時(shí)設(shè)施的運(yùn)行、維護(hù)、拆除、清運(yùn)費(fèi)用的承擔(dān)人：ConstructionequipmentandtemporaryfacilitiesprovidedbytheemployerConstructionequipmentandtemporaryfacilitiesprovidedbytheemployer:Theresponsiblepartyfortheoperation,maintenance,demolitionandclearanceofconstructionequipmentandtemporaryfacilitiesprovidedbytheemployer:6.4施工設(shè)備和臨時(shí)設(shè)施專用于合同工程Constructionequipmentandtemporaryfacilitiesdedicatedtocontractworks6.4.1除為專用合同條款第4.1.8項(xiàng)約定的其他獨(dú)立承包人和監(jiān)理人指示的他人提供條件外，承包人運(yùn)入施工場(chǎng)地的所有施工設(shè)備以及在施工場(chǎng)地建設(shè)的臨時(shí)設(shè)施僅限于用于合同工程。Exceptfortheconditionsprovidedbyotherindependentcontractorsandothersinstructedbythesupervisorasstipulatedinarticle4.1.8oftheexclusivecontractarticle,allconstructionequipmenttransportedbythecontractortotheconstructionsiteandtemporaryfacilitiesconstructedattheconstructionsitearelimitedtouseforcontractworks.7.交通運(yùn)輸Transportation7.1道路通行權(quán)和場(chǎng)外設(shè)施Rightofwayandoff-sitefacilities取得道路通行權(quán)、場(chǎng)外設(shè)施修建權(quán)的辦理人：，其相關(guān)費(fèi)用由發(fā)包人承擔(dān)。Theoperatorwhichhasobtainedtherightofwayofroadandtherighttobuildoff-sitefacilities:,therelatedexpensesshallbebornebytheemployer.7.2場(chǎng)內(nèi)施工道路On-siteconstructionroads7.2.1施工所需的場(chǎng)內(nèi)臨時(shí)道路和交通設(shè)施的修建、維護(hù)、養(yǎng)護(hù)和管理人：，相關(guān)費(fèi)用由承擔(dān)。Theresponsiblepartywhichforconstruction,maintenance,maintenanceandmanagementofthetemporaryroadsandtransportationfacilitiesonthesiterequiredforconstruction:,therelevantcostsshallbeborneby.7.2.2發(fā)包人和監(jiān)理人有權(quán)無償使用承包人修建的臨時(shí)道路和交通設(shè)施，不需要交納任何費(fèi)用。Theemployerandthesupervisorshallhavetherighttousethetemporaryroadsandtransportationfacilitiesbuiltbythecontractorfreeofchargewithoutpayinganyfees.7.4超大件和超重件的運(yùn)輸Transportofoversizedandoverweightpieces運(yùn)輸超大件或超重件所需的道路和橋梁臨時(shí)加固改造等費(fèi)用的承擔(dān)人：Thebearerofthetemporaryreinforcementandreconstructionofroadsandbridgesrequiredtotransportoversizedoroverweightarticles:8.測(cè)量放線Measurepay-off8.1施工控制網(wǎng)ConstructionControlNetwork8.1.1發(fā)包人通過監(jiān)理人提供測(cè)量基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)、基準(zhǔn)線和水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)及其書面資料的期限：Thedeadlinefortheemployertoprovidethemeasurementreferencepoint,baselineandlevelpointandtheirwritteninformationthroughthesupervisor:承包人測(cè)設(shè)施工控制網(wǎng)的要求：Therequirementsofthecontractor'smeasuringfacilitycontrolnetwork:承包人將施工控制網(wǎng)資料報(bào)送監(jiān)理人審批的期限：Timelimitforthecontractortosubmittheinformationoftheconstructioncontrolnetworktothesupervisorforapproval:9.施工安全、治安保衛(wèi)和環(huán)境保護(hù)Constructionsafety,publicsecurityandenvironmentalprotection9.2承包人的施工安全責(zé)任Contractor'sresponsibilityforconstructionsafety9.2.1承包人向監(jiān)理人報(bào)送施工安全措施計(jì)劃的期限：監(jiān)理人收到承包人報(bào)送的施工安全措施計(jì)劃后應(yīng)當(dāng)在天內(nèi)給予批復(fù)。Theperiodforthecontractortosubmittheconstructionsafetymeasureplantothesupervisor:Thesupervisorshallapprovetheconstructionsafetymeasuresplansubmittedbythecontractorwithindays.9.3治安保衛(wèi)Security9.3.1承包人應(yīng)當(dāng)負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一管理施工場(chǎng)地的治安保衛(wèi)事項(xiàng)，履行合同工程的治安保衛(wèi)職責(zé)。Thecontractorshallberesponsibleforuniformlymanagingthesecuritymattersoftheconstructionsiteandperformingthesecuritydutiesofthecontractworks.9.3.3施工場(chǎng)地治安管理計(jì)劃和突發(fā)治安事件緊急預(yù)案的編制責(zé)任人：Thepersonresponsibleforthepreparationoftheconstructionsitepublicsecuritymanagementplanandemergencyplanforpublicsecurityemergencies:9.4環(huán)境保護(hù)Environmentalprotection9.4.2施工環(huán)保措施計(jì)劃報(bào)送監(jiān)理人審批的時(shí)間：Timeforsubmittingtheconstructionenvironmentalprotectionmeasureplantothesupervisorforapproval:監(jiān)理人收到承包人報(bào)送的施工環(huán)保措施計(jì)劃后應(yīng)當(dāng)在天內(nèi)給予批復(fù)。Thesupervisorshallgiveareplywithindaysuponreceiptoftheconstructionenvironmentalprotectionmeasureplansubmittedbythecontractor.10.進(jìn)度計(jì)劃ProgressSchedule10.1合同進(jìn)度計(jì)劃Contractprogressschedule(1)承包人應(yīng)當(dāng)在收到監(jiān)理人按照通用合同條款第11.1.1項(xiàng)發(fā)出的開工通知后7天內(nèi)，編制詳細(xì)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和施工方案說明并報(bào)送監(jiān)理人。承包人編制施工進(jìn)度計(
