一、Test(s)performedYoushouldidentifythetestsperformed.lfthetestingwasconductedasrecommendedbyaFDAquidancedocumentorFDA-recognizedconsensusstandard.werecommendthatyoustatesuchinthetestreportsummary.說明已執(zhí)行的測試是否是按照FDA指導(dǎo)文件或FDA認可的共識標準進行檢測。

二、Objective(s)ofthetest(s)Youshouldprovidetestobjectivesinthetestreportsummaryifacompletetestreportisnotprovidedwithinthepremarketsubmission.如果在上市前提交的文件中未提供完整的檢測報告，則應(yīng)在檢測報告摘要中提供檢測目的。

三、Abriefdescriptionofthetestmethods,includingsamplesize,device(s)tested,andanyconsensusstandard(s)utilizedInthetestreportsummary,youshouldbrieflydescribethetestmethodsusedfortheconductedbenchtests,orreferenceanestablishedmethodthatwasfollowed,suchasanyFDA-recognizedconsensusstandardsthatwereusedfortheconductedtesting.Youshouldalsoprovideadescriptionofthetestsamplethatwastested(whetheritisafinal,finisheddeviceornot),andwhetherthatsampleistheentiredevice,apartorcomponent,oranattributeofthedevice(e.g.,thedevice'smaterialcomposition/propertiesorpackaging).Inadditiontothedescriptionofthetestsample,youshouldincludeabriefdiscussiononsampleselection(e.g.,sizeorconfiguration)andhowthesamplesrepresentedaclinicallyrelevantworst-casescenario(s).

Inthetestreportsummary,youshouldbrieflyWerecommendthatyourtestreportsummaryincludeanidentificationoftheacceptancecriteria,whenapplicable,thatwerepre-definedandthatwereappliedduringtesting.Whenanon-clinicalbenchperformancetestthatisconductedforcharacterizationpurposesdoesnothaveacceptancecriteria,youshouldstillprovideadescriptionoftheassessmentcriteriathatyouusedtoallowforinterpretationofthedata,forexample,thevisualinspectioncriteriautilizedforcoatingintegritytestingwhenassessingvoidsorcracks.
