ConstructionPlan施工方案ConstructionPlan施工方案Section1.0PlasterboardPartitiononMetalStud第一節(jié)輕鋼龍骨隔斷施工方案1.1RequirementofMaterials，ComponentsandFittings材料及構(gòu)配件規(guī)定Eachkindofstud，fittingsandsurfacematerialsshouldaccordwiththecurrentrequirement.Re-testingwillbeconductedwhenmorethan500squaremetersman-madeboardsareused.ProvidetestreportofTVOCandformaldehydeforwater-basedadhesive.各類龍骨,配件和罩面材料及膠粘劑材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行規(guī)定.人造板材使用量不不大于500平米時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行復(fù)檢;水性膠粘劑必要有TVOC和甲醛檢測(cè)報(bào)告。Filledwithinsulationmaterial：Theglasswool，rockwool，etc.shouldbeconsistentwiththedesignrequirements填充隔音材料:玻璃棉,巖棉等應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。1.2MainEquipmentandTools重要機(jī)具Electricalmachine&tools：Electricalsaw，Hand-heldelectricdrill，impactingdrill，DCweldingmachine，andcuttingmachine電動(dòng)機(jī)具:電鋸,手電鉆,沖擊電鉆,直流電焊機(jī),切割機(jī)。Manualtool：manualsaw，pliers，riveter，screwdriver，levelandsteellevel手動(dòng)工具:手鋸,鉗子,拉鉚鉗，螺絲刀,靠尺,鋼水平尺。1.3MetalStudInstallation龍骨安裝Thetype，size，colorofthematerialsandthestructurefixingmethodofthepartitionshouldcomplywiththedesign.

隔斷工程應(yīng)用材料品種、規(guī)格、顏色以及隔斷構(gòu)造固定辦法應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。Asperthedrawings，settinglinesonthecleanedfloorforthewalllocatinganddrawingoutthelocationsofdoors，windowsandpreformedopenings.

節(jié)點(diǎn)詳圖，進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底。Contactandcoordinatewithrelativetradeteamatthelocationofceilingfittingandpre-installhangersorembeddedpartsduringmainstructureconstructionandconferwithlighting，HVACtradeteamontheworkingprocedurearrangement.在進(jìn)行吊頂部位，與關(guān)于工種聯(lián)系配合，在主體構(gòu)造施工時(shí)，預(yù)留吊桿或埋件，與照明、通風(fēng)專業(yè)協(xié)商好工序插入時(shí)間。Constructionequipmentshouldbereadyforconstructioncompletely.Mainconstructionmachineincludes：profilecuttingmachine，pistoldrill，impactdrill，level，anglesquare，powderlinebag，screwdriver，linemakingstylusandetc.施工機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備齊全并可用于施工，重要施工機(jī)具備：型材切割機(jī)、手槍鉆、沖擊電鉆、水平尺、角尺、粉線袋、螺絲刀、劃線鐵筆等。Basepreparation：Clearbarrierontheroofandallaround.Fixingpointforlightingsandetc.mustbemakewellaccordingtodesignrequirement.Inspectcircuitofinstalledduct，fireworkandelectric.Andcheckifpressuretest，externalinsulationandpreservationhavebeenperformed，afterwhichceilingsysteminstallationcanbestarted.基層解決：清除頂棚及周邊障礙物，對(duì)燈飾等承重固定支點(diǎn)，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定做好。檢查已安裝好通風(fēng)、消防、電器線路，并檢查與否做完打壓實(shí)驗(yàn)或外層保溫、防腐等工作。這些工作完畢后方可進(jìn)行吊頂安裝工作。2.2ConstructionProcess施工工藝Layoutofstudandframe-→hangerrodfixing→levelingstudandmetalfameinstallation→metalceilingtileinstallation→trimtheedge龍骨布置彈線→固定吊桿→安裝調(diào)平龍骨→安裝金屬板吊頂板→條邊封口Setting-outandmarking：Settingoutistomarkelevationlineandjoistlayout.Normallytheelevationlinecanbemarkedtothewallandcolumnwherethealuminumangleshallbefixedto.Thealuminumangleactsassealingtotheceilingedgeandtrimthemargintobecompleteandflat，whichcanbepeggedbycementnailorpoweractuatedsettingdevice.Iftheceilingelevationsaredifferent，thenthepositionforchangemustbemarkedtotheslab.Ifthepanelsizeisbiggersquare，justfixlierneribonthebackofthepanel.Iftherigidityisgoodenough，deformingwillnothappenthoughthespacingbetweenjoistisbigger，whichisnotapplicableforthethinnerstrippanel.Thusthespacingbetweenjoistsisnotbiggerthan1.2mnormally，andthespacingofhangerpointistobe1m.劃線：放線重要是彈標(biāo)高線和劃出龍骨布置線，標(biāo)高線普通彈到墻面或柱面，然后將角呂固定在墻或柱面上。角鋁作用是天棚邊沿部位封口，使之邊角部位更加完整與順直，角鋁多用高墻水泥釘固定，也可用射釘固定，如果天棚有不同標(biāo)高，那么應(yīng)將變截面位置彈到樓板上。龍骨布置，如果是將板塊較大方塊，在板背加肢，剛度較好，盡管龍骨間距較大，也不會(huì)發(fā)生變形。對(duì)于很薄板條，是不適當(dāng)，因此，這種狀況龍骨間距普通不適當(dāng)超過(guò)1.2米，吊點(diǎn)控制在1米左右。Hangerfixing；thisincludesfixingwithstructure，selectionofsection，connection&fixingbetweenhanger，joistandstructure.Expansionboltisfixedonthehangerspotwithimpactdrillandthenweldedwiththehanger.Thequalityforhangermountingshouldbeaccordwiththeregulationofexistingnationalcode.Thedesignelevationlinecanbedrewonthewallaroundclearlyandaccurately.Forthehangerspotspacingofmainjoist，recommendtousesystemsolution，risingofarctobeinthemiddle，whichcanbenotlessthan1/200oftheroomspan.Thepositionandelevationofthemainjoistshouldbeadjustedtimelywhenitisinstalled.Thedistancebetweenthehangerandtheendofmainjoistcannotbeexcess300mm.Otherwise，additionalhangersshouldbeincreasedtopreventmainjoistsagging.Whenthehangerconflictswiththeequipment，thestructureofhangershouldberegulatedor，toensurethequalityofceiling.Thehangershouldbestraightandabletobearweight.Whenitisnecessaryforthebuilt-inhangertobelonger，itshouldbelapweldedwellwithfullandevenweldingjoint.Accordingtotherequirementofpanelarrangement，preparespecialjoistforaluminumpanelandconnectedtotheedgeanglewithconnector，whichisfixedonwallaround.Adjustpositionandlevelofjoistcomprehensively.Connectorsshouldbestaggeredjoint.Toleranceforthestaggeredjoint0ffull-lengthjoistcannotexcess11mm.Afteradjustment，allhangingandconnectingpartsshouldbetightened.固定吊桿：吊桿施工重要涉及與構(gòu)造固定、斷面選取、吊桿與龍骨連接、與構(gòu)造固定辦法采用在吊點(diǎn)位置，用沖擊鉆打膨脹螺栓，然后將膨脹螺栓同吊桿焊接。安裝吊頂龍骨基體質(zhì)量，應(yīng)符合關(guān)于現(xiàn)行國(guó)標(biāo)規(guī)定。更具吊頂設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高在四周墻上彈線，彈線應(yīng)清晰，位置精確。主龍骨吊點(diǎn)間距應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)推薦系列選取，中間某些應(yīng)起拱，金屬龍骨起拱高度應(yīng)不不大于房間短向跨度1/200，主龍骨按裝后應(yīng)及時(shí)校正其位置和標(biāo)高。吊桿據(jù)主龍骨端部距離不超過(guò)300mm,否則應(yīng)增設(shè)吊桿，以免朱龍骨下墜，當(dāng)?shù)鯒U與設(shè)備相遇時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)吊頂構(gòu)造或政社吊桿，以保證吊頂質(zhì)量。吊桿應(yīng)通直并有足夠承載能力，當(dāng)預(yù)埋吊桿與接長(zhǎng)時(shí)必要搭接焊牢，焊縫均勻飽滿，依照板材布置需要，準(zhǔn)備鋁板專用龍骨，用連接件將其連接在邊龍骨應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定彈線，固定在四周墻上。全面校正龍骨位置及水平度，連接件應(yīng)錯(cuò)位安裝，通長(zhǎng)龍骨連接處對(duì)接錯(cuò)位偏差不得超過(guò)1mm。校正后應(yīng)將龍骨所有吊掛件、連接件擰夾緊，檢查安裝好吊頂骨架，應(yīng)牢固可靠。Coordinationforlighting，vent，manholeandmechanicalwork：Forlightaluminumpanelceiling，suspendingsystemforlightingorventareseparatefromthatofceiling.Sprinkler，smokesensor，airopeningandetcshouldbelinkedupwithceilinginosculate.Atthejunctionofmanholeorventwithwallorcolumn，sealingtrimshouldbemadewelltothepanelwithoutexposedstubble，normallybyusingsamecoloraluminumangle.Being2sidedsealingformanhole，2piecesanglesbacktobackshallbefixedwithrivetandframedasperthesizeofperformedhole.關(guān)于燈飾、通風(fēng)口、檢查口、機(jī)電設(shè)施同天棚配合問(wèn)題：燈飾或風(fēng)口篦子懸吊系統(tǒng)與天棚選調(diào)系統(tǒng)對(duì)于輕質(zhì)鋁合金板天棚應(yīng)當(dāng)分開，噴淋、煙感、風(fēng)口等設(shè)備與天棚表面銜接要得體、安裝吻合。在檢查孔、通風(fēng)口、與墻面或柱面交接部位，板條要做好封口解決，不得露白茬，普通慣用辦法是用相似色彩角鋁封口。在檢查孔部位，因牽涉到兩面收口，因此用兩根角鋁背靠背，拉鉚釘固定，然后按預(yù)留口尺寸圍成框框。Alloweddeviationandtestingmeathod容許偏差和檢測(cè)辦法Item項(xiàng)目Alloweddeviate容許偏差(mm)Te Surfacepreparation表面解決Removeashandscumawayfromthepaintedwallorceilingsurface.Anyoilstainonthatshouldbeclearedbyreagentorwaterandcleanoffdustwithbrushafteritdry.先將裝修表面上灰塊、浮渣等雜物用開刀鏟除，如表面有油污，應(yīng)用清洗劑和清水洗凈，干燥后再用棕刷將表面灰塵清掃干凈。b) Settingout：Beforeinstallment，verticalandhorizontalaxialandcontrollinemustbedeterminedfirstandvalidatetheactualprocessingdimension.Confirmifthedimension，specificationisconsistentwithdesignbeforeinstallingthepillasothattoguaranteedtheinstallationsmoothly.放線：安裝前一定要先定出縱橫軸線、垂直線、控制線，并驗(yàn)證明際加工尺寸。安裝柱子前必要確認(rèn)其尺寸、規(guī)格與設(shè)計(jì)與否相符，保證安裝順利。c)Testinstallation：Conductatestinstallationbeforeformalinstallation，ifdimensionsdonotmatch，thesteelpartsshouldbesenttofactorytoredoorrepair.Adhesiveshouldbeappliedevenly，pressedtightlyfromtheinsidetocommissure，Arrangetheglueandairexhaust，sothatplatecanbecloselybondedwiththebottomplate，extrusionoftheglueshouldbeimmediatelywipewithoutgluemarks.試安裝：安裝時(shí)要先進(jìn)行試安裝，如有尺寸不吻合，應(yīng)送工廠返工或修理。安裝時(shí)抹膠要均勻，由里向縫口順序壓緊，排膠排氣，使板材與底板貼緊，擠出膠液要及時(shí)擦凈，不能留有膠痕。d)Installation：Glueapplyingshouldbeevenwheninstalling，pressedtightlyfromtheinsidetocommissure，Arrangetheglueandairexhaust，sothatplatecanbecloselybondedwiththebottomplate，extrusionoftheglueshouldbeimmediatelywipewithoutgluemarks.Colorargonweldingshallbeadaptedandjointweldingshouldbesolid，leavenojointtraceuponrubdownandpolishing.Bendjointwhichcannotbepolisheddoesnotneedtobewelded，butthejointmustbeingoodcondition.安裝：安裝時(shí)抹膠要均勻，由里向縫口順序壓緊，排膠排氣，使板材與底板貼緊，擠出膠液要及時(shí)擦凈，不能留有膠痕。焊接采用彩氬焊接，接口處焊接要牢固，磨平拋光后看不出接口。無(wú)法拋光轉(zhuǎn)彎接口不用焊接，但其接口必要相稱吻合。6.3ProtectionofFinishedProduct成品保護(hù)Protectionmustbedoneafterworkcompletionparticulartopreventahardobjectimpact，fallingdownorbenddamageandotherabnormalphenomena.竣工后一定要做好保護(hù)解決，特別要防止硬物撞擊,脫落或彎頭損壞等異?，F(xiàn)象。Section7.0StainlessSteelHandrail第七節(jié)不銹鋼欄桿施工方案7.1MaterialSelection材料選用AdaptSS304stainlesssteelpipeaccordingtospecificationinbiddingdocuments.按照招標(biāo)文獻(xiàn)規(guī)定，采用304不銹鋼管。7.2WorkProcess施工流程Theinstallationofhandrailandsubstratetreatmentshallasperthefollowingrules:欄桿安裝、基層解決應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：a)Theelevation，locationandquantitiesoftheembeddedcomponentsshallasperthedesign&installationrequirements.Theembeddedcomponentsshouldbecorrosive-resistanttreated.Iftheembeddedcomponentsarenotinaccordancewiththerequirements，theeffectivemeasuresshallbetaken.Addorreducethecomponents.預(yù)埋件設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高、位置、數(shù)量須符合設(shè)計(jì)及安裝規(guī)定，并經(jīng)防腐防銹解決。埋件不符規(guī)定期，應(yīng)及時(shí)采用有效辦法，增補(bǔ)埋件。b)Thepositionofinstallingthehandrailpostswherethereisnolooseconcretesubstrate,what’smore，theinstallationelevationmustbeasperthedesignrequirements.Theunevennessofthesurfacemustbechoppedandrepairedflat.Theconcaveplaceandroughsubstratelikehoneycombshallberepairedbyhighstrengthconcreteinsteadofcementmortar.Afterthis，thehandrailcanbeinstalled.安裝樓梯欄桿立桿部位，基層混凝土不得有酥松現(xiàn)象，并且安裝標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定，凹凸不平處必要剔除或修補(bǔ)平整，過(guò)凹處及基層蜂窩麻面嚴(yán)重處，不得用水泥砂漿修補(bǔ)，應(yīng)用高強(qiáng)混凝土進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)，并待有一定強(qiáng)度后，方可進(jìn)行欄桿安裝。c)Markthepositionandcentrallineofthehandrailpostsasperdesignandinstallationrequirements按設(shè)計(jì)及安裝規(guī)定對(duì)的彈出欄桿立桿安裝間距位置和中心線。Keypointsfortheinstallationofthestainlesssteelhandrails不銹鋼樓梯欄桿、扶手安裝操作要點(diǎn)：a)Theinstallationofhandrailpostshallbeproceededasperrequirementsandinupwardorderoftheinkline.Thepostslocatedonbothsidesoftheplatformatthefirststeps.Therearetwoinstallationmethods，weldingandfixingbyscrews.欄桿立桿安裝應(yīng)按規(guī)定及施工墨線從起步處向上順序進(jìn)行。樓梯起步處平臺(tái)兩端立桿應(yīng)先安裝，安裝分焊接和螺栓固定兩種辦法。b)Whenwelding，theweldingrodmustbethesamekindofmaterialasthemothermaterial.Wheninstalling，thepostshallbetemporarilyfixedbypartlyweldingwiththeembeddedcomponents.Afteradjustingtheelevationvertically，thepostshallbefixedfirmlybytotalwelding.焊接施工時(shí)，其焊條應(yīng)與母材材質(zhì)相似，安裝時(shí)將立桿與埋件點(diǎn)焊暫時(shí)固定，經(jīng)標(biāo)高、垂直校正后，施焊牢固。c)Whenemployingscrews，theopeningattheendofthemetalplateofthepostshallbeprocessedintooblongholeforfearifthelocationoftheexpansionscrewsisinappropriate，theholeshallbeusedforminoradjust.Duringconstruction，inthepositionofinstallingthepost，wheretheexpansionboltshallbedrilledintobyelectricaldrill，thepostshallbeconnectedandpartlyfixed.Ifthereisanydifferencewheninstallingthepost，themetalpadshallbeemployedtoadjust.Afteradjusttheelevationvertically，fixedthescrewcapstight.采用螺栓連接時(shí)，立桿底部金屬板上孔眼應(yīng)加工成腰圓形孔，以備膨脹螺栓位置不符，安裝時(shí)可作微小調(diào)節(jié)。施工時(shí)，在安裝立桿基層部位，用電鉆鉆孔打入膨脹螺栓后，連接立桿并稍作固定，安裝標(biāo)高有誤差時(shí)用金屬薄墊片調(diào)節(jié)，經(jīng)垂直、標(biāo)高校正后固緊螺帽。d)Afterthepostsonbothsidesareinstalled，installtherestpostsbypullingageneralstraightline.Thepostmustbeinstalledtightly.Afterweldingandconnectingbyscrews，alltheconcernedpartsofpointsshallbecorrosivefreeandrustfreetreated，andnotexposed，andatthesametimethedecorationcoveringshallbeinstalledattheends.兩端立桿安裝完畢后，拉通線用同樣辦法安裝別的立桿。立桿安裝必要牢固，不得松動(dòng)。立桿焊接以及螺栓連接部位，除不銹鋼外，在安裝完后，均應(yīng)進(jìn)行防腐防銹解決，并且不得外露，應(yīng)在根部安裝裝飾罩或蓋。e)Wheninlayingthefenceboardwithorganicglass，thefenceboardshallbeinstalledafterthepost.Thefenceboardmustbetightlyinstalled，thevertical，thelevelandtheinclinationmustbeasperthedesignrequirements.Wheninstalling，thefenceshallbesetintothechannelonthebothsidesoftheposts.Thejointsbetweenthechannelandthefenceboardsshallbesealedbysilicone.Whenweldingthehandrails，thefenceboardshallbecoveredandprotectedbyfireproofasbestosclothtoavoidtheweldingsplashtodamagethefenceboard.鑲配有機(jī)玻璃、玻璃等欄板，其欄板應(yīng)在立桿完畢后安裝。安裝必要牢固，且垂直、水平及斜度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。安裝時(shí)，將欄板鑲嵌于兩側(cè)立桿槽內(nèi)，槽與欄板兩側(cè)縫隙應(yīng)用硬質(zhì)橡膠條塊嵌填牢固，待扶手安裝完畢后，用密封膠嵌實(shí)。扶手焊接安裝時(shí)，欄板應(yīng)用防火石棉布等遮蓋防護(hù)，以免焊接火花飛濺損壞欄板。f)Therailshallbeinstalledbywelding(thespecialdimensionexcluded).Theweldingrodshallhavethesamematerialasthemothermaterial.Theinstallationshallst
