ConstructionPlan施工方案ConstructionPlan施工方案Section1.0PlasterboardPartitiononMetalStud第一節(jié)輕鋼龍骨隔斷施工方案1.1RequirementofMaterials，ComponentsandFittings材料及構(gòu)配件規(guī)定Eachkindofstud，fittingsandsurfacematerialsshouldaccordwiththecurrentrequirement.Re-testingwillbeconductedwhenmorethan500squaremetersman-madeboardsareused.ProvidetestreportofTVOCandformaldehydeforwater-basedadhesive.各類龍骨,配件和罩面材料及膠粘劑材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行規(guī)定.人造板材使用量不不大于500平米時應(yīng)進(jìn)行復(fù)檢;水性膠粘劑必要有TVOC和甲醛檢測報告。Filledwithinsulationmaterial：Theglasswool，rockwool，etc.shouldbeconsistentwiththedesignrequirements填充隔音材料:玻璃棉,巖棉等應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。1.2MainEquipmentandTools重要機(jī)具Electricalmachine&tools：Electricalsaw，Hand-heldelectricdrill，impactingdrill，DCweldingmachine，andcuttingmachine電動機(jī)具:電鋸,手電鉆,沖擊電鉆,直流電焊機(jī),切割機(jī)。Manualtool：manualsaw，pliers，riveter，screwdriver，levelandsteellevel手動工具:手鋸,鉗子,拉鉚鉗，螺絲刀,靠尺,鋼水平尺。1.3MetalStudInstallation龍骨安裝Thetype，size，colorofthematerialsandthestructurefixingmethodofthepartitionshouldcomplywiththedesign.

隔斷工程應(yīng)用材料品種、規(guī)格、顏色以及隔斷構(gòu)造固定辦法應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。Asperthedrawings，settinglinesonthecleanedfloorforthewalllocatinganddrawingoutthelocationsofdoors，windowsandpreformedopenings.

rsorembeddedpartsduringmainstructureconstructionandconferwithlighting，HVACtradeteamontheworkingprocedurearrangement.在進(jìn)行吊頂部位，與關(guān)于工種聯(lián)系配合，在主體構(gòu)造施工時，預(yù)留吊桿或埋件，與照明、通風(fēng)專業(yè)協(xié)商好工序插入時間。Constructionequipmentshouldbereadyforconstructioncompletely.Mainconstructionmachineincludes：profilecuttingmachine，pistoldrill，impactdrill，level，anglesquare，powderlinebag，screwdriver，linemakingstylusandetc.施工機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備齊全并可用于施工，重要施工機(jī)具備：型材切割機(jī)、手槍鉆、沖擊電鉆、水平尺、角尺、粉線袋、螺絲刀、劃線鐵筆等。Basepreparation：Clearbarrierontheroofandallaround.Fixingpointforlightingsandetc.mustbemakewellaccordingtodesignrequirement.Inspectcircuitofinstalledduct，fireworkandelectric.Andcheckifpressuretest，externalinsulationandpreservationhavebeenperformed，afterwhichceilingsysteminstallationcanbestarted.基層解決：清除頂棚及周邊障礙物，對燈飾等承重固定支點，應(yīng)按設(shè)計規(guī)定做好。檢查已安裝好通風(fēng)、消防、電器線路，并檢查與否做完打壓實驗或外層保溫、防腐等工作。這些工作完畢后方可進(jìn)行吊頂安裝工作。2.2ConstructionProcess施工工藝Layoutofstudandframe-→hangerrodfixing→levelingstudandmetalfameinstallation→metalceilingtileinstallation→trimtheedge龍骨布置彈線→固定吊桿→安裝調(diào)平龍骨→安裝金屬板吊頂板→條邊封口Setting-outandmarking：Settingoutistomarkelevationlineandjoistlayout.Normallytheelevationlinecanbemarkedtothewallandcolumnwherethealuminumangleshallbefixedto.Thealuminumangleactsassealingtotheceilingedgeandtrimthemargintobecompleteandflat，whichcanbepeggedbycementnailorpoweractuatedsettingdevice.Iftheceilingelevationsaredifferent，thenthepositionforchangemustbemarkedtotheslab.Ifthepanelsizeisbiggersquare，justfixlierneribonthebackofthepanel.Iftherigidityisgoodenough，deformingwillnothappenthoughthespacingbetweenjoistisbigger，whichisnotapplicableforthethinnerstrippanel.Thusthespacingbetweenjoistsisnotbiggerthan1.2mnormally，andthespacingofhangerpointistobe1m.劃線：放線重要是彈標(biāo)高線和劃出龍骨布置線，標(biāo)高線普通彈到墻面或柱面，然后將角呂固定在墻或柱面上。角鋁作用是天棚邊沿部位封口，使之邊角部位更加完整與順直，角鋁多用高墻水泥釘固定，也可用射釘固定，如果天棚有不同標(biāo)高，那么應(yīng)將變截面位置彈到樓板上。龍骨布置，如果是將板塊較大方塊，在板背加肢，剛度較好，盡管龍骨間距較大，也不會發(fā)生變形。對于很薄板條，是不適當(dāng)，因此，這種狀況龍骨間距普通不適當(dāng)超過1.2米，吊點控制在1米左右。Hangerfixing；thisincludesfixingwithstructure，selectionofsection，connection&fixingbetweenhanger，joistandstructure.Expansionboltisfixedonthehangerspotwithimpactdrillandthenweldedwiththehanger.Thequalityforhangermountingshouldbeaccordwiththeregulationofexistingnationalcode.Thedesignelevationlinecanbedrewonthewallaroundclearlyandaccurately.Forthehangerspotspacingofmainjoist，recommendtousesystemsolution，risingofarctobeinthemiddle，whichcanbenotlessthan1/200oftheroomspan.Thepositionandelevationofthemainjoistshouldbeadjustedtimelywhenitisinstalled.Thedistancebetweenthehangerandtheendofmainjoistcannotbeexcess300mm.Otherwise，additionalhangersshouldbeincreasedtopreventmainjoistsagging.Whenthehangerconflictswiththeequipment，thestructureofhangershouldberegulatedor，toensurethequalityofceiling.Thehangershouldbestraightandabletobearweight.Whenitisnecessaryforthebuilt-inhangertobelonger，itshouldbelapweldedwellwithfullandevenweldingjoint.Accordingtotherequirementofpanelarrangement，preparespecialjoistforaluminumpanelandconnectedtotheedgeanglewithconnector，whichisfixedonwallaround.Adjustpositionandlevelofjoistcomprehensively.Connectorsshouldbestaggeredjoint.Toleranceforthestaggeredjoint0ffull-lengthjoistcannotexcess11mm.Afteradjustment，allhangingandconnectingpartsshouldbetightened.固定吊桿：吊桿施工重要涉及與構(gòu)造固定、斷面選取、吊桿與龍骨連接、與構(gòu)造固定辦法采用在吊點位置，用沖擊鉆打膨脹螺栓，然后將膨脹螺栓同吊桿焊接。安裝吊頂龍骨基體質(zhì)量，應(yīng)符合關(guān)于現(xiàn)行國標(biāo)規(guī)定。更具吊頂設(shè)計標(biāo)高在四周墻上彈線，彈線應(yīng)清晰，位置精確。主龍骨吊點間距應(yīng)按設(shè)計推薦系列選取，中間某些應(yīng)起拱，金屬龍骨起拱高度應(yīng)不不大于房間短向跨度1/200，主龍骨按裝后應(yīng)及時校正其位置和標(biāo)高。吊桿據(jù)主龍骨端部距離不超過300mm,否則應(yīng)增設(shè)吊桿，以免朱龍骨下墜，當(dāng)?shù)鯒U與設(shè)備相遇時應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)吊頂構(gòu)造或政社吊桿，以保證吊頂質(zhì)量。吊桿應(yīng)通直并有足夠承載能力，當(dāng)預(yù)埋吊桿與接長時必要搭接焊牢，焊縫均勻飽滿，依照板材布置需要，準(zhǔn)備鋁板專用龍骨，用連接件將其連接在邊龍骨應(yīng)按設(shè)計規(guī)定彈線，固定在四周墻上。全面校正龍骨位置及水平度，連接件應(yīng)錯位安裝，通長龍骨連接處對接錯位偏差不得超過1mm。校正后應(yīng)將龍骨所有吊掛件、連接件擰夾緊，檢查安裝好吊頂骨架，應(yīng)牢固可靠。Coordinationforlighting，vent，manholeandmechanicalwork：Forlightaluminumpanelceiling，suspendingsystemforlightingorventareseparatefromthatofceiling.Sprinkler，smokesensor，airopeningandetcshouldbelinkedupwithceilinginosculate.Atthejunctionofmanholeorventwithwallorcolumn，sealingtrimshouldbemadewelltothepanelwithoutexposedstubble，normallybyusingsamecoloraluminumangle.Being2sidedsealingformanhole，2piecesanglesbacktobackshallbefixedwithrivetandframedasperthesizeofperformedhole.關(guān)于燈飾、通風(fēng)口、檢查口、機(jī)電設(shè)施同天棚配合問題：燈飾或風(fēng)口篦子懸吊系統(tǒng)與天棚選調(diào)系統(tǒng)對于輕質(zhì)鋁合金板天棚應(yīng)當(dāng)分開，噴淋、煙感、風(fēng)口等設(shè)備與天棚表面銜接要得體、安裝吻合。在檢查孔、通風(fēng)口、與墻面或柱面交接部位，板條要做好封口解決，不得露白茬，普通慣用辦法是用相似色彩角鋁封口。在檢查孔部位，因牽涉到兩面收口，因此用兩根角鋁背靠背，拉鉚釘固定，然后按預(yù)留口尺寸圍成框框。Alloweddeviationandtestingmeathod容許偏差和檢測辦法Item項目Alloweddeviate容許偏差(mm)Testingmethod檢查辦法Surfacesmoothness表面平整度2Inspectingwith2mlevelscaleandFeelergauge用2m靠尺和塞尺檢查BelineofJoint接縫直線度1.5Pull5mline，lessthan5mpullathroughlongline，checkwiththeSteelRuler拉5m線，局限性5m接通線，用鋼尺檢查Seamheightdifference接縫高低差1Inspectwiththesteelruleandthefeelergauge用鋼尺和塞尺檢查Section3.0Suspen 安裝主龍骨時，應(yīng)將主龍骨用吊掛件連接在吊桿上，打緊螺絲卡牢.主龍骨接長可用接桿體邊接。主龍骨安裝后進(jìn)行調(diào)平，并應(yīng)考慮頂棚起拱高度不少于房間短向跨度2%。Sub-joistwillbefixedunderthemainjoistwithhanger，whichtoppartwillbeputonmainjoistandcclipinsertinthemainjoist.副龍骨用吊件固定在主龍骨下面，吊件上端搭在主龍骨上c型腿鉗子插入大龍骨中。中龍骨間距按板材尺寸決定，間距≤600mm。Transversestrutwhichmeetandsub-joistatrightangleshallbefittedatthesplicejointoffinishpanel.Transversestrutwillbeconnectedwithsub-joistwithsub-joistconnectors.Transversestrutcanbeinterceptedfromsub-joist.Wheninstallthem，theunderpartofthemmustbeflatsothatthefinishpanelcanbeplaced.橫撐龍骨與副骨垂直，裝在罩面板拼接處，橫撐龍骨與副龍骨連接，采用副龍骨連接件，再安裝演變一行龍骨。橫撐龍骨可用副龍骨截取，安裝時橫撐龍骨應(yīng)與副龍骨底面平順，以便安裝罩面板。3.3.PlasterboardPlacing：安裝罩面板Beforeinstalltheplasterboard，checkthemountedjoistframeandplasterboardifuptomustard.Andthentostart.Forthisproject，12mmgypsumplasterboardwillbeused.Plasterboardwillbefixedwithjoistbyscrews.Undertheinstalledandcheckedjoistframe，considerthesizeoftheplasterboardwith5mmclearanceandsnappiecebypiece.Thenstartmountingthefirstplasterboardfromthemiddlepartofceilingasthebenchmarkandproceedworkintwosidesseparately.Screwspacingforfixingtheplasterboardis150mmandtheheadwillburiedintheplasterboard0.5mm.罩面板安裝前要對已安裝完龍骨和罩面板材進(jìn)行檢查，符合規(guī)定后方進(jìn)行罩面板安裝，本工程先用12mm紙面石膏板。罩面板與輕鋼骨架固定方式為，自攻螺釘式固法：在已裝好并經(jīng)驗收輕鋼骨架下面，按罩面板規(guī)格，拉開間縫，石膏板間縫隙為5mm，進(jìn)行分塊彈線，從頂棚中間順副龍骨方向開始先裝一塊罩面板，做為基準(zhǔn)，然后向兩側(cè)伸延分行安裝，固定罩面板自攻螺釘間距為150mm，螺絲頭埋入板面0.5mm。Section4.0AcousticFibrousBoardCeiling第四節(jié)礦棉板吊頂施工方案4.1CeilingBoardInstallationProcedure吊頂安裝順序Definingheight→roommeasurement→mainjoistsize38installationaccordingtothesizeoftheroom→built-infittings&hangerfixing→mainrunnerandsub-joistmounting→electricalcablewiringforlightings→fiberousboardplacing定出標(biāo)高→測量房間尺寸→依照房間尺寸拉上38主骨吊作線→固定件安裝和吊件系→安裝主次龍骨→安裝電線燈具→安裝礦棉板。Todefinetheheightofceilingaccordingtoceilingdesignandmarkthehorizontallinesoastoinstalltrimangle.Normally，Thenailclearanceislessthan400mm.依照吊頂設(shè)計定出標(biāo)高并彈出水平線安裝邊角，普通可用鋼釘間距不不不大于400mm。Theclearancebetweenmainjoistandsub-joistshallbeworkedoutaccordingtothedimensionoftheroomandthesizeofceilingboard.Thehorizontallinewillbeinfixedonthehangerfittingof38mainjoist.Andtheclearancebetweenthemainstudwillbe1000-1200.依照房間尺寸和用礦棉板大小分出主骨和付骨間距，在38主骨吊件位置上掛水平線，主骨間距在1000mm-4.2SuspensionSystemInstallationProcedure懸吊系統(tǒng)安裝順序Accordingtotheeachsettinglocation，thebuilt-infittingwillbefixedtotheroofwithφ6mmexpansionbolt.依照逐個放線位置，把固定件安裝在頂面上，可用φ6mm膨脹螺栓把固定件安裝上。Theφ6mmsteelbarrodwillbeweldedwithbuilt-infitting，underwhichisthehanginghookof38mainjoist.Andlevelingwiththehorizontalline.用φ6mm鋼筋吊桿與固定件焊接上，吊桿下端安裝38主骨吊掛，底面與水平線平齊。Install38mainjoistandsub-joistinturnandadjusttobelevel.Thehangershouldbeanti-rustandthemainjoistandsubjoistshouldbestaggeredforthejoint.把38主骨和次骨依次安裝上并調(diào)平，吊桿應(yīng)作防銹解決，主骨、次骨按接頭要錯開。Cablewiringaccordingthelocationofthelightings：Thelightingsmustbefixedtightlyandnotplacedonthesub-joistbuttotheroof.依照燈具位置線路：燈具安裝好固定住，注意燈具不要安裝在次龍骨上，要與原頂面固定。Finallytheacousticfibrousceilingboardwillbeplaced安裝礦棉板吸音板。Section5.0WallRenderingandEmulsionPainting第五節(jié)墻面刮膩子、刷乳膠漆施工方案5.1MaterialSelection材料選用Adaptthepaintaccordingtotherequirementofclientandspecificationofdesign涂料選用應(yīng)依照設(shè)計規(guī)范或業(yè)重規(guī)定進(jìn)行選取。5.2PreparationBeforeWork施工前準(zhǔn)備工作Tocheckifthesurfaceoffinishedwallflatanduptostandardofacception檢查墻面制成品與否平整，能否達(dá)到驗收原則。Sitecleaningmustbedonebeforepaintingforcreatingagoodconstructioncondition涂料施工前，必要做好現(xiàn)場清理工作，創(chuàng)造一種良好施工環(huán)境。Maketherealconstruction&safetyintentionexplanationtositesupervisor，formanandworkers.由工長對班長和職工進(jìn)行施工技術(shù)和安全等方面施工交底。5.3ConstructionProcess施工流程Basepreparation→Plastering→paintingwithrollerbrushorsprayer表面解決→批膩子→刷(噴)面漆.KeyControlPointofConstruction施工要點a) Surfacepreparation表面解決Removeashandscumawayfromthepaintedwallorceilingsurface.Anyoilstainonthatshouldbeclearedbyreagentorwaterandcleanoffdustwithbrushafteritdry.先將裝修表面上灰塊、浮渣等雜物用開刀鏟除，如表面有油污，應(yīng)用清洗劑和清水洗凈，干燥后再用棕刷將表面灰塵清掃干凈。b) Plastering滿刮膩子Tofillthejoint，roughedpoint,comb，holesanddeformedplaceofplasterboardwithcaulkinggessoandputtyandstickedwithspecialpapertape.用嵌縫膏與膩子膏將石膏板縫及墻面麻面、蜂窩、洞眼、殘缺處彌補(bǔ)好，石膏板縫用專用紙帶粘貼。Plasterputty2timesfully.滿刮兩遍膩子。第一遍應(yīng)用膠皮刮板滿刮，規(guī)定刮抹平整、均勻、光滑，密實平整，線腳及邊楞整潔為度。盡量刮薄，不得漏刮，接頭不得留槎。待第一遍膩子干透后，用粗砂紙打磨平整，磨后用棕掃帚清掃干凈。第二遍膩子滿刮辦法同第一遍，但刮抹方向同第一遍相垂直。然后用細(xì)砂紙打磨平整、光滑為止。5.4WorkingProcedureofPainting涂料粉刷操作工藝Confirmthemodelandmaterialofpaint，whichshallbeappliedontheareainlinewithdesignrequirement.Priortoinstallation，givedetailedtechnicalrequirementtotheworkersandavoidwrongpainting.墻面、頂棚刷涂前，按設(shè)計規(guī)定擬定各施工區(qū)域刷涂材料品種。因而，施工中嚴(yán)格按圖進(jìn)行，防止將涂料錯刷。Itisnecessarytoremovedirty，oil，dustfromthesurfaceofthewallpriortopaintingthewall，andcheckifanyfixingscrewsarehigherthansurface.石膏板墻面施涂前，應(yīng)清除墻體基層表面上灰塵、污垢，并檢查所有固定石膏板螺絲與否高出墻表面。Beforeinstallingpaintonthegypsumboardwallforthefirsttime，mixthepainttothefull，andtheninstallthepaintonthewalluptodown.Don’tpatchtheputtyuntilthefirstlayerofpaintsdry.第一次刷涂底層涂料時，將涂料充分?jǐn)嚢?，按先上后下順序涂刷，干燥后補(bǔ)膩子。Forthesecondlayerofunder-coatpaint，theconstructionrequirementisassameasthefirstlayerofunder-coatlayer.Don’trubthewallboardwithfinesandpaperuntilthepaintlayerisdry.底層涂料涂刷第二遍時，施工規(guī)定同第一遍，待其干燥后，用細(xì)砂紙磨光，清掃干凈。Don’tstarttheworkofinstallingcoatpaintuntilotherworksintheroomhavecompleted.Paintingworkshouldbedonecontinuouslyandquickly，fromonesidetotheother，uptodown.面層涂料涂刷時，需等室內(nèi)其他工作基本做完后進(jìn)行。涂刷應(yīng)持續(xù)迅速操作，涂刷從一端開始，逐漸向另一端，要上下順?biāo)⒒ハ噙B接，避免浮現(xiàn)干燥后接頭。Noleakagesurfaceanddropdownonthewallsurface，thefinishedwallsurfaceshouldbesmooth，even，noclearbrushtrace.罩面涂料不得有漏涂和流墜現(xiàn)象，施工完畢涂料表面要光亮光滑，均勻一致，顏色一致，無明顯刷紋。Whenconductingspraycoating，usestheNo.spraygun，thespraycoatingpressuretransfersto0.3N/mm2--0.3N/mm2，thespraynozzleandthefinishform900degreeangle，thedistancecontrolledin40cm-50cm噴涂時，采用1號噴槍，噴涂壓力調(diào)至0.3N/mm2--0.3N/mm2,噴嘴與飾面成900角，距離控制在40cm—50cm為宜，噴出涂料成霧狀。噴涂要均勻，不可漏噴、過厚，普通以噴涂二遍為宜。Inordertoavoidthedustfromdefilingthecoatsurface，cleaningworkintheroomshallnotbestarteduntilthecoatpainthasdriedcompletely.Duringprecedingthepaintwork，someprotectivemeasuresshallbeperformedtothefloor，doorandwindows，glassesandsoon.罩面涂料干燥前，室內(nèi)不得清掃地面，防止塵土沾污墻面。涂料施工時，要對周邊做好保護(hù)，不得污染地面、門窗、玻璃等。5.5QualityInspection&AcceptanceStandard質(zhì)量檢查驗收原則Allthespecificationofpaintingincludingbrand，class，rating，color，performancemustaspertherequirementsofthechosensamples，andthepaintmusthaveitsownqualitycertificateandusagemanual.所有涂料、膩子品種、級別、顏色、性能等必要符合選定樣品規(guī)定，并必要有出廠合格證和使用闡明書；Thepaintshallhavetheeventhickness，consistentcolor.Anypeel-off，neglectofpaintingshallbenotallowed.涂刷涂膜厚度應(yīng)均勻、顏色一致，禁止掉粉、起皮、漏刷和咬底。5.6FinishedWorkProtection成品保護(hù)Beforethewallpaintingisdried，thefloorcan’tbecleanedforfearthatthedirtwouldblemishthewallpaint.Afterfinishthepaint，thewallsurfacemustbeproperlyprotected，theremustbenodamageornotouch.Whenpainting，thefinishedproductslikefloor，doorandwindows，glassmustn’tbeblemished.涂料墻面未干前室內(nèi)不得清掃地面，以免粉塵玷污墻面。涂料墻面竣工后要妥善保護(hù)，不得磕碰損壞。涂刷墻面時，不得污染地面、門窗、玻璃等已竣工程。Section6.0StainlessSteel第六節(jié)不銹鋼金屬安裝施工方案6.1MaterialSelection材料選用Ensurethatitssurfacehassufficientrigidity.保證其表面有足夠鋼度。Protectivemembraneforstainlesssteelcouldnotbetearedupduringtheprocessingandinstallationreally不銹鋼保護(hù)膜在加工和安裝其間不能撕掉。6.2WorkProcess施工流程Settingout→testingmounting→weldingandinstalling→finishedproductprotection放線→試安裝→焊接安裝→成品保護(hù)Sequenceofwork施工順序a) Completestheconnectionjointandbendconnectionsamplefirstaswellasthesampleapproval先做好接口與轉(zhuǎn)彎接口樣品，樣品經(jīng)承認(rèn)b) Settingout：Beforeinstallment，verticalandhorizontalaxialandcontrollinemustbedeterminedfirstandvalidatetheactualprocessingdimension.Confirmifthedimension，specificationisconsistentwithdesignbeforeinstallingthepillasothattoguaranteedtheinstallationsmoothly.放線：安裝前一定要先定出縱橫軸線、垂直線、控制線，并驗證明際加工尺寸。安裝柱子前必要確認(rèn)其尺寸、規(guī)格與設(shè)計與否相符，保證安裝順利。c)Testinstallation：Conductatestinstallationbeforeformalinstallation，ifdimensionsdonotmatch，thesteelpartsshouldbesenttofactorytoredoorrepair.Adhesiveshouldbeappliedevenly，pressedtightlyfromtheinsidetocommissure，Arrangetheglueandairexhaust，sothatplatecanbecloselybondedwiththebottomplate，extrusionoftheglueshouldbeimmediatelywipewithoutgluemarks.試安裝：安裝時要先進(jìn)行試安裝，如有尺寸不吻合，應(yīng)送工廠返工或修理。安裝時抹膠要均勻，由里向縫口順序壓緊，排膠排氣，使板材與底板貼緊，擠出膠液要及時擦凈，不能留有膠痕。d)Installation：Glueapplyingshouldbeevenwheninstalling，pressedtightlyfromtheinsidetocommissure，Arrangetheglueandairexhaust，sothatplatecanbecloselybondedwiththebottomplate，extrusionoftheglueshouldbeimmediatelywipewithoutgluemarks.Colorargonweldingshallbeadaptedandjointweldingshouldbesolid，leavenojointtraceuponrubdownandpolishing.Bendjointwhichcannotbepolisheddoesnotneedtobewelded，butthejointmustbeingoodcondition.安裝：安裝時抹膠要均勻，由里向縫口順序壓緊，排膠排氣，使板材與底板貼緊，擠出膠液要及時擦凈，不能留有膠痕。焊接采用彩氬焊接，接口處焊接要牢固，磨平拋光后看不出接口。無法拋光轉(zhuǎn)彎接口不用焊接，但其接口必要相稱吻合。6.3ProtectionofFinishedProduct成品保護(hù)Protectionmustbedoneafterworkcompletionparticulartopreventahardobjectimpact，fallingdownorbenddamageandotherabnormalphenomena.竣工后一定要做好保護(hù)解決，特別要防止硬物撞擊,脫落或彎頭損壞等異?，F(xiàn)象。Section7.0StainlessSteelHandrail第七節(jié)不銹鋼欄桿施工方案7.1MaterialSelection材料選用AdaptSS304stainlesssteelpipeaccordingtospecificationinbiddingdocuments.按照招標(biāo)文獻(xiàn)規(guī)定，采用304不銹鋼管。7.2WorkProcess施工流程Theinstallationofhandrailandsubstratetreatmentshallasperthefollowingrules:欄桿安裝、基層解決應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：a)Theelevation，locationandquantitiesoftheembeddedcomponentsshallasperthedesign&installationrequirements.Theembeddedcomponentsshouldbecorrosive-resistanttreated.Iftheembeddedcomponentsarenotinaccordancewiththerequirements，theeffectivemeasuresshallbetaken.Addorreducethecomponents.預(yù)埋件設(shè)計標(biāo)高、位置、數(shù)量須符合設(shè)計及安裝規(guī)定，并經(jīng)防腐防銹解決。埋件不符規(guī)定期，應(yīng)及時采用有效辦法，增補(bǔ)埋件。b)Thepositionofinstallingthehandrailpostswherethereisnolooseconcretesubstrate,what’smore，theinstallationelevationmustbeasperthedesignrequirements.Theunevennessofthesurfacemustbechoppedandrepairedflat.Theconcaveplaceandroughsubstratelikehoneycombshallberepairedbyhighstrengthconcreteinsteadofcementmortar.Afterthis，thehandrailcanbeinstalled.安裝樓梯欄桿立桿部位，基層混凝土不得有酥松現(xiàn)象，并且安裝標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定，凹凸不平處必要剔除或修補(bǔ)平整，過凹處及基層蜂窩麻面嚴(yán)重處，不得用水泥砂漿修補(bǔ)，應(yīng)用高強(qiáng)混凝土進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)，并待有一定強(qiáng)度后，方可進(jìn)行欄桿安裝。c)Markthepositionandcentrallineofthehandrailpostsasperdesignandinstallationrequirements按設(shè)計及安裝規(guī)定對的彈出欄桿立桿安裝間距位置和中心線。Keypointsfortheinstallationofthestainlesssteelhandrails不銹鋼樓梯欄桿、扶手安裝操作要點：a)Theinstallationofhandrailpostshallbeproceededasperrequirementsandinupwardorderoftheinkline.Thepostslocatedonbothsidesoftheplatformatthefirststeps.Therearetwoinstallationmethods，weldingandfixingbyscrews.欄桿立桿安裝應(yīng)按規(guī)定及施工墨線從起步處向上順序進(jìn)行。樓梯起步處平臺兩端立桿應(yīng)先安裝，安裝分焊接和螺栓固定兩種辦法。b)Whenwelding，theweldingrodmustbethesamekindofmaterialasthemothermaterial.Wheninstalling，thepostshallbetemporarilyfixedbypartlyweldingwiththeembeddedcomponents.Afteradjustingtheelevationvertically，thepostshallbefixedfirmlybytotalwelding.焊接施工時，其焊條應(yīng)與母材材質(zhì)相似，安裝時將立桿與埋件點焊暫時固定，經(jīng)標(biāo)高、垂直校正后，施焊牢固。c)Whenemployingscrews，theopeningattheendofthemetalplateofthepostshallbeprocessedintooblongholeforfearifthelocationoftheexpansionscrewsisinappropriate，theholeshallbeusedforminoradjust.Duringconstruction，inthepositionofinstallingthepost，wheretheexpansionboltshallbedrilledintobyelectricaldrill，thepostshallbeconnectedandpartlyfixed.Ifthereisanydifferencewheninstallingthepost，themetalpadshallbeemployedtoadjust.Afteradjusttheelevationvertically，fixedthescrewcapstight.采用螺栓連接時，立桿底部金屬板上孔眼應(yīng)加工成腰圓形孔，以備膨脹螺栓位置不符，安裝時可作微小調(diào)節(jié)。施工時，在安裝立桿基層部位，用電鉆鉆孔打入膨脹螺栓后，連接立桿并稍作固定，安裝標(biāo)高有誤差時用金屬薄墊片調(diào)節(jié)，經(jīng)垂直、標(biāo)高校正后固緊螺帽。d)Afterthepostsonbothsidesareinstalled，installtherestpostsbypullingageneralstraightline.Thepostmustbeinstalledtightly.Afterweldingandconnectingbyscrews，alltheconcernedpartsofpointsshallbecorrosivefreeandrustfreetreated，andnotexposed，andatthesametimethedecorationcoveringshallbeinstalledattheends.兩端立桿安裝完畢后，拉通線用同樣辦法安裝別的立桿。立桿安裝必要牢固，不得松動。立桿焊接以及螺栓連接部位，除不銹鋼外，在安裝完后，均應(yīng)進(jìn)行防腐防銹解決，并且不得外露，應(yīng)在根部安裝裝飾罩或蓋。e)Wheninlayingthefenceboardwithorganicglass，thefenceboardshallbeinstalledafterthepost.Thefenceboardmustbetightlyinstalled，thevertical，thelevelandtheinclinationmustbeasperthedesignrequirements.Wheninstalling，thefenceshallbesetintothechannelonthebothsidesoftheposts.Thejointsbetweenthechannelandthefenceboardsshallbesealedbysilicone.Whenweldingthehandrails，thefenceboardshallbecoveredandprotectedbyfireproofasbestosclothtoavoidtheweldingsplashtodamagethefenceboard.鑲配有機(jī)玻璃、玻璃等欄板，其欄板應(yīng)在立桿完畢后安裝。安裝必要牢固，且垂直、水平及斜度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。安裝時，將欄板鑲嵌于兩側(cè)立桿槽內(nèi)，槽與欄板兩側(cè)縫隙應(yīng)用硬質(zhì)橡膠條塊嵌填牢固，待扶手安裝完畢后，用密封膠嵌實。扶手焊接安裝時，欄板應(yīng)用防火石棉布等遮蓋防護(hù)，以免焊接火花飛濺損壞欄板。f)Therailshallbeinstalledbywelding(thespecialdimensionexcluded).Theweldingrodshallhavethesamematerialasthemothermaterial.Theinstallationshallst
