backgroundWiththedevelopmentofentrepreneurialeconomyandtheintensificationofeconomicglobalization,rapidlydevelopingcollegestudenteducation,cultivatingenterprisetalentshavebecometheconsensusofnationaleducation.Theemploymentsituationofthecurrentsocietyisbecomingmoreandmoreserious.TheeconomicreformhasalreadyenteredthedeepwaterareainChina.Theproblemsofhowtosolvethedifficultproblemofemploymentofthecurrentsocietyandhowtoinjectnewvitalityintotheeconomicdevelopmenthavebecomelastingsocialproblems.Thedifficultemploymentslowseconomicdevelopmentinsuchalargebackground.PremierLiKeqiangputforwardtheideaof"publicentrepreneurshipandinnovation"forthefirsttimeinthesummerDavosforumin2014.Theconceptcausedwidespreadconcerninthecommunity.Inthefollow-upprocesstoimplement,thegovernmentintroducedaseriesofrelatedpolicies,thecentralgovernmenthasputforwardinnovationandpublicentrepreneurshippeoplescall,hopetoinnovationandentrepreneurshiptopromotethesustainabledevelopmentoftheeconomyofourcountry.Atpresent,itisnecessarytoenableeconomicgrowthtoovercomethedownwardpressure,wemustchangetheobjectsandthewayofeconomicdevelopment,thedevelopmentandutilizationofthosestoragerichandrelativelyinsufficientdevelopmentofunconventionalresourceswhichthemostimportantisnationalcreativeresources,includingthedevelopmentofeverymemberofsocietyandsocialorganizations,eachkindofsocialrelationsandsociallifecontainedinthecreativepotential,thispotentialforchangeinnationalcreativeworkforleadingtheadvancedproductiveforces.Collegesanduniversitieshavearelativelycompletehardwarefacilities,withtheadvantagesofscienceandtechnologyresources,collegestudentsisoneofthemostinnovativeandentrepreneurialpotentialofthegroup.Theyhavepassion,ideas,andtheteacher'sguidanceandschoolsupport,withtherealizationofthenaturaladvantagesofinnovationandentrepreneurship.Asthetrainingofhigh-quality,high-skilled,application-orientedtalentsbases,theuniversitiesshouldundertakethehistoricalmission.Therefore,itisagoodwaytoimprovetheoveralllevelofentrepreneurshipeducationinuniversitiesasabreakthroughpoint.ThegeneralsecretaryJintaoHuinseventeenthreporthasclearlypointedoutthat“toimprovethecapabilityofindependentinnovation,establishinnovationalcountry.Thisisthecoreofnationaldevelopmentstrategy,isthekeytoimprovecomprehensivenationalstrength”,meanwhilestressedthat“implementthedevelopmentstrategyofenlargingemployment,promotetheenterprisetodriveemployment”,“prefectthepolicytosupportentrepreneurshipandthemselves,strengthenconcepteducationofemployment,sothatmoreworkerswillbecomeentrepreneurs”[5].Collegestudentsarevaluabletalentsresourcesforthecountry,arethefutureandhopeofthenation,itisahigh-qualityforceinourcountrymodernization,andtheircreativitywilldirectlyinfluencetheconstructionofour75countrysocialismandinnovativecountry.Inaword,entrepreneurshipnotonlyhasagreatofsignificancesforCollegestudents’growthanddevelopment,butalsohasimportantsignificancefortheconstructionofinnovativecountryandsustainedeconomicprosperityandstability.Theemploymentsituationofthecurrentsocietyisbecomingmoreandmoreserious.TheeconomicreformhasalreadyenteredthedeepwaterareainChina.Theproblemsofhowtosolvethedifficultproblemofemploymentofthecurrentsocietyandhowtoinjectnewvitalityintotheeconomicdevelopmenthavebecomelastingsocialproblems.Thedifficultemploymentslowseconomicdevelopmentinsuchalargebackground.1.2Research
significanceFirstly,studentscanunderstandtheprofessionalqualityandprofessionalskillsrequiredtoengageinEnglishthroughtheresearchofthistopic.ThustheycanChangethenegativeattitudeofseniorstudents'Englishlearningandworkhard.Secondly,itishelpfulforstudentstosetupgoodlifevalues,fullyunderstandtheirownadvantagesanddisadvantagesandtheseveresituationofsocialemploymentpressure.Thirdly,itishelpfultoimprovestudents'abilityofindependentinnovationandimproveanalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.Finally,itisbesttoOffersomereferencetouniversityentrepreneurshipeducation.2.Literature2.1DefinitionofEntrepreneurshipEntrepreneurshipisarelativelyyoungfieldandentrepreneurshipresearchcurrentlyfacesanumberofopportunitiesandchallenges.Furthermore,entrepreneurshipisamajorsourceofemployment,economicgrowth,andinnovation,promotingproductandservicequality,competition,andeconomicflexibility[3].EntrepreneurshipeducationwasfirstbroughtforwardbyUnitedNationsEducational,ScientificandCulturalOrganization(UNESCO)intheseminarof“Orientedtothedevelopmenttrendsofeducationthe21stcentury”in1989.Thelasttwodecadeshasseenadramaticriseinthenumberandstatusofentrepreneurshipeducationprogramsintheuniversitystudents.ThereporttotheSeventeenthNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaproposedtheaimsof“Implementadevelopmentstrategythatpromotesjobcreationandencourageentrepreneurshiptocreatemoreemploymentopportunities”.Topromoteandencouragethestudentstostartthebusinessbecomeanimportantwayandbreakthroughtosolvetheemploymentproblem.2.2EnterprisecompetencyThecultivationofenterprisecompetencyisthemostcentralpartintheentireenterpriseeducationforundergraduates.Entrepreneurshiprequiresundergraduatestohavearelativelyhighoverallqualitywhichcanfastchangethelearnedtheoreticalknowledgeintopracticeandeffectivelyaddresstheunexpectedproblems.Thiskindofenterprisecompetencycanbegenerallysummarizedinthefollowingaspects.2.2.1ProfessionalskillsIfauniversitystudentwantstooperateacompany,he/shemusthaveanexcellenttheoreticalknowledgeasthebasisandhaveathoroughunderstandingofwhathe/shehaslearned,meanwhile,he/shemustsummarizeandanalyzetheexperiencegainedinpracticeandcontinuouslyenhancethecapabilitytoapplyprofessionalskillsinpractice.2.2.2Collaboration.Societyisaunity.Theoperationofanenterpriserequirescommunicationwithothercommunitiesinsociety.Nomatteritisfromtheinternalpartorexternalpartofenterprises,itrequiresindividualsandunitstocollaboratetogether.Therefore,entrepreneurialpeoplemusthavethecapacityofunityandcooperationwithothers.Thiskindofcapacitycaneffectivelyhelpentrepreneurstounitetheinternalstaffandcreateaharmoniousinteriorenvironmentinenterprises,promotingtheenterprisestobetteroperateanddevelop;meanwhile,entrepreneurscanwellhandletherelationshipwitheachcommunityinsocietyandwinthesupportfromtaxandcommercedepartmentswhennecessary,ensuringaflexibleprincipleunderthepremiseitisnottheproblemgoingagainstsomeprinciples.2.2.3Self-perception.Beforestartingtheirownbusinesses,undergraduatesmustfullyworkouttheirownpositionsandanalyzeaccordingtotheirowninterestandcharactersbyexploringwhatjobsaresuitableandfinalizetheirfavoriteoccupations,givingfullplayoftheirpotentialsinwork.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentandprogressofsocietyandtheceaselesssocialdivisions,morejobtypesareprovidedtochooseforundergraduates,therefore,undergraduatescanhaveabroadunderstandingofand183exposuretovariousindustries,developingtheirowninterests,makinglifeplansaheadandreducingthelossfeelingbeforestartinganybusinesses.2.2.4PsychologicalmaturityTheabilitytoadjustpsychologicallyisthemostbasicfactortoevaluatethecomprehensivequalityofpeople.Apersonwithgoodmentalaccommodationcanuseapositiveandstableattitudenotanegativeanddespairattitudetofacedifficultiesandfailuresbylearningfromfailuresandmakingthemasthecornerstoneofbusinesssuccess.Entrepreneursshouldgetadequatepsychologicalpreparationbeforestartingtheirownbusinessestocopewiththevagariesofthefiercecompetition.Themajorcollegesanduniversitiesshouldenhancestudents'psychologicaleducationsothattheycanhavehealthyoverlooksontheworld,lifeandvaluesaswellasthecapacitytowithstandfailures.2.3DomesticResearchStatusWiththedevelopmentofentrepreneurshipeducation,thedomesticresearchofentrepreneurshipeducationevaluationgrowsrapidly.GuoBi-yu(2003)presentedsubjectivity,practical,technicaladvancement,innovationandteamintegrityasconstructingprinciplesofevaluationsystemofcollegestudentinnovativeundertaking.LiJing-wang(2003)providedthefundamentalprinciplesandthoughtintheperformanceevaluationofestablishedevaluationsystemsfromdifferentperspectives,forexample,LiGuo-pingestablishedentrepreneurshipeducationevaluationssystemaboutpatentinnovationabilitiesoftheteachers;ChenHao-kai(2007)hasdonetheresearchfromthefollowingaspects:coursesofentrepreneurshipeducation,teachersofentrepreneurshipeducation,entrepreneurialenvironmentsofthecollegesandthestudenttraits.2.4ForeignresearchstatusIn1995,UNESCO(UnitedNationsEducationalScientificandCulturalOrganization)publishing“Thereformanddevelopmentpolicyofcollegeeducation”pointedthatintimesthatdiplomasisnotequaltothework,thesocietyaremoreneedcollegegraduatesthatnotonlytheseekersforexistingposition,butalsothecreatorsfornewjobsposition.UNESCO(UnitedNationsEducationalScientificandCulturalOrganization)heldtheWorldConferenceonHigherEducationinParisin1998,thedeclarationof21stCenturyHigherEducationintheconferenceclearlystatedthat“inordertofacilitatetheemploymentofgraduates,highereducationshouldbemoreconcernedaboutthedevelopmentofenterpriseskillsandspirits.In1990,thesecondinternationalvocationalandtechnicaleducationfurtherstressedthat“inordertoadaptthechallengesof21stcentury,wemustreformeducation,emphasisonthecultivationofenterpriseability.Enterpriseabilityisacorecompetence,whichmustthroughgeneraleducationandtechnicalandvocationaleducationtocultivate”.TakeMITandStanfordastherepresentativeofinternationalfamousuniversities,theyallmakedevelopingexcellentinnovativeentrepreneurialstudentsastheirowncharacteristicssign.Alargenumberoftheirgraduatesjoinedenterprise,takinguseofsocialpublicplatformresourcestolaunchtheR&Dresultstothemarket,andachievedhighsocialbenefits,isregardedastheleadingof“innovativeentrepreneurialuniversity”.Therefore,enterpriseeducationisthenewtrendofthedevelopmentoffuturehighereducation.Above-mentionedresearchfindingsfromdifferentperspectivesputforwardrelatedtheoriesandindexsystems,anditprovidesthetheoryinstructionsfortheactualevaluationresearch.3.ThecurrentsituationofentrepreneurshipinEnglishmajors.3.1ResultsofthesurveyThecurrentsituationofinnovationandenterpriseeducationChineseinnovationandenterpriseeducationbeganwithReformandOpening-up.Inrecentyears,Chineseuniversities’innovationandenterpriseeducationhasbeenconstantlystrengthenedandimproved.However,ourcurrentinnovationandenterpriseeducationisstillintheearlydevelopmentstageandithasn’tplayeditsroleintheinnovativecountry’sstrategy.TheratioofcollegestudentsenterpriseinChinaislessthan1%ofthetotalgraduates,whileindevelopedcountriesusuallyaccountsfor20%to30%,theproportionofstudentswithenterpriseaspirationsashighas75.22%.ThesuccessrateofenterpriseincollegestudentsinChinaisfrom1%to5.13%,howeverincurrent100growthcompaniesinU.S.inwhich46%arefoundedbycollegestudents.OnMarch25atthespecialpressconferenceon“GlobalEntrepreneurshipWeekSummitin2011”,DewangZhang,thesecretary-generalofScienceandTechnologyEnterpriseFundforShanghaiCollegeStudents,saidthatalthoughabout60%ofshanghaicollegestudentshaveenterpriseconsciousness,onlyabout400graduatesdeclaretostarttheirownbusinesseveryyear.AccordingtotheaidfinanciallyfortheautonomousenterprisefromScienceandTechnologyEnterpriseFundforShanghaiCollegeStudents,atpresent,only60companieshaveagooddevelopingmomentumamong226companies.3.2ExistingProblemsAtpresent,enterpriseeducationofappliedundergraduatecollegesinChinaisstillintheprimarystageandstaysonthesurface.Theobjectlocation,cultivatingsystemandteachingmodeareambiguousandbreakthroughhasnotbeenmadeinthecultivationofthestudents'capacityforinnovationandenterprise.Concretelyspeaking,thestatusquoanddilemmaoftheenterpriseeducationofappliedundergraduatecollegesaremainlypresentedinthefollowingaspects:3.2.1LackinginventurecapitalAtpresent,althoughourcountryhasprovidedsomepreferentialpoliciesfortheentrepreneurshipofundergraduates,forexample,accordingtotheregulationoftheNationalDevelopmentOffice[2009]No.3document,universitygraduateswhoregisterunemploymentinthelocalpublicemploymentserviceagencycanapplyforsmallloanslessthan¥50,000whentheyareshortinself-raisedfunds.Theencouragementofthecountry,tosomeextent,improvestheentrepreneurshipactivityofundergraduates.Butduringtheprocessofapplyingforloans,undergraduatesalwaysfacetheproblemsofcumbersomeapplicationprocedures,difficultyinlookingforguaranteesandlongapplicationcycle,etc.Studentswhofreshlygraduatefromuniversitiesgenerallyhavenosavingsandthestudentsfrompoorfamilieshavetorelyonthefundsofcountrytostarttheirownbusinesses.Thedifficultiesinapplyingforfundscanmaketheundergraduateswhoholdentrepreneurshipdreamsgiveuptheirdreams.3.2.2ThesocialpressureofpublicopinionAlthoughthesocialrecognitionofuniversitystudent'sinnovativeundertakingisrelativelyhigh,theyhavetofacepressurefromallsidesduringrealentrepreneurialprocess.Firstly,manyparentsofundergraduatesdonotsupporttheirentrepreneurialtrialsandhopethattheywillfindastablejobwithasteadyincomeandpromotegradually.Fortheentrepreneurialbehaviorsofchildren,theyaregenerallydifficulttorecognizeandhelpthemintheaspectsofthoughts,actionsandfunding.Thelackofrecognitionfromparentsandsupportswill,toalargeextent,influencetheirenthusiasmandconfidenceininnovativeundertakingsandshaketheideaoftheirownbusinessesandlastgiveuptheirownbusinesses.3.2.3RelativelylessentrepreneurshipprogramsUndergraduatesonlyfocusonthetheoreticalstagesoflearningduringuniversityperiodandthereforearelackinginpracticalexperience.Duringtheentrepreneurialprocess,undergraduatesareverylackingintheabilitiesofmarketanalysis,judgment,andtreatment,havingnosystematicthoughtsintheoperationofenterprisesandcannoteffectivelyaddressvariousunexpectedproblems.Moreover,thelackingofentrepreneurshipprogramsalsoseriouslyaffectsthenumberofundergraduateentrepreneurs.Mostundergraduateshavegreatdifficultiesinindependentdevelopingonpatentedproducts.Thoughtheyhavefullentrepreneurialpassion,therearenoplatformsforthemtofulfilltheirambitionsandfinallytheyhavetogiveup.3.2.4RelativelylowenterprisecompetencyofundergraduatesPresidentHuJintaohaspointedoutinthenationalmeetingofeducators,undergraduates“haveweakcapacitytoadapttosociety,workandstarttheirownbusinesses.”Weakentrepreneurialabilitybecomesthekeyconstraintforundergraduatestosuccessfullystarttheirownbusinesses.ThecompulsoryeducationinChinagenerallyneglectsthecultivationofcreativityofstudents,which,tosomeextent,affectthethinkingmodeofstudents.Mostundergraduatesarestillaccustomedtothe181modeof“teachersteachandstudentslearn”andlackself-speculativeability.However,tocultivateundergraduateswithindependententrepreneurialabilities,collegesanduniversitiesmuststrengthenthecultivationofinnovativetalentsratherthanemployment-dominanttalents.Atpresent,Chinesegraduatesoftengetemployedpassivelyandlackinnovativespiritandability,sotheyareafraidofventuring.Althoughasmallnumberofpeoplechoosetostarttheirownbusinesses,thesuccessrateinverylow.Accordingtorelatedstatistics,thesuccessrateofundergraduatesincurrentstageislessthan1%percent.Thereasonsliein2aspects,ononehand,undergraduateslackthelearningofentrepreneurialexperienceduringschooltimeandthereforehavenopracticalexperience;ontheotherhand,theyareunfamiliarwiththeenterprise’smanagementsystemandcannoteffectivelydealwiththeunexpectedeventsintheentrepreneurialprocess,ultimatelyleadingtobusinessfailures.3.2.5RelativelylowqualityofenterpriseeducationincollegesanduniversitiesEnterpriseeducationinmostcollegesanduniversitiesaretaughtbytheteachersinadministrativedepartmentsorteachingdepartments.Theseteacherspreviouslyareresponsibleforthejobarrangementofstudentsbutnotprofessionalinenterpriseeducationandarelackinginworkingexperienceinenterprisesandteachingtechniques.Inaddition,thewholesystemofenterpriseeducationincollegesanduniversitiesislackinginstandardability.Thedepartmentsinchargeofundergraduateenterpriseteachingoftenfocusonorganizingavarietyofentrepreneurshipcompetitionratherthanonthecultivationofenterprisecompetencyofundergraduates.
