5.附件E：商業(yè)發(fā)票二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.遲延交付：供應(yīng)商未能在約定的交付日期前將產(chǎn)品交付給買(mǎi)方。

2.產(chǎn)品不符：產(chǎn)品未達(dá)到合同約定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)格要求。

3.支付遲延：買(mǎi)方未能在約定的支付期限內(nèi)支付貨款。

4.未經(jīng)授權(quán)的變更：未經(jīng)雙方同意，任何一方對(duì)合同內(nèi)容進(jìn)行未經(jīng)授權(quán)的變更。
