dsofDisputeResolutionDisputesarisingduringtheperformanceofthecontractshallfirstberesolvedthroughnegotiation.8.2ProceduresforDisputeResolutionIfnegotiationfails,anypartymayfilealawsuitinthePeople'sCourtofthelocationwherethepropertyislocated.8.3ApplicableLawandJurisdictionTheconclusion,interpretation,performance,modification,termination,anddisputeresolutionofthiscontractshallallbegovernedbythelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.第九章:MiscellaneousProvisions9.1NoticesandServiceofDocumentsIfonepartychangestheaddressfornoticesorserviceofdocuments,itshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwriting.9.2InterpretationoftheContractTherighttointerpretthiscontractbelongstobothparties.Incaseofdisputesovertheunderstandingofthecontractterms,theyshallbeinterpretedaccordingtothepurposeofthecontractandthecommonunderstanding.9.3AdditionalProvisionsBothpartiesmaynegotiateandagreetoaddadditionalprovisionsinthiscontractaccordingtospecificcircumstances.第十章:EffectivenessandTerminationoftheContract10.1ConditionsfortheContracttoTakeEffectThiscontractshalltakeeffectfromthedatebothpartiessignandseal.10.2ConditionsforContractTerminationThecontractshallbeterminatedwhentheperformanceiscompletedorwhenbothpartiesagreetoterminatethecontract.10.3Post-TerminationArrangementsAftertheterminationofthecontract,bothpartiesshallhandlethemattersaftertheterminationaccordingtotheagreementinthecontract.第十一章:SignatureSection11.1Seller'sSignatureSeller'sSignature:______,Date:______.11.2Buyer'sSignatureBuyer'sSignature:______,Date:______.11.3DateofExecutionDateofExecution:______.11.4PlaceofExecutionPlaceofExecution:______.Chapter12:PropertyRightsTransfer12.1ConditionsforRightsTransferTheSellershallensurethatthepropertyrightsaretransferredtotheBuyerwithintheagreedtimeframe.12.2ProceduresforRightsTransfer12.2.1TheSellershallassisttheBuyerincompletingallnecessaryproceduresforthetransferofpropertyrights.12.2.2Thetaxesandfeesincurredduringthepropertyrightstransfershallbebornebybothpartiesinaccordancewithlegalregulationsandcontractstipulations.12.3CompletionofRightsTransferThecompletionofpropertyrightstransferismarkedbytheBuyerobtaininganewpropertyownershipcertificate.Chapter13:PropertyMaintenanceandUpkeep13.1Seller'sMaintenanceObligationsTheSellershallensurethatthepropertyisingoodrepairbeforedelivery.13.2Buyer'sResponsibilityforMaintenanceAfterreceivingtheproperty,theBuyershallberesponsibleforitsdailymaintenanceandupkeep.13.3MaintenanceRecordsBothpartiesshalljointlyrecordthemaintenanceandupkeepofthepropertyandproviderelevantproofwhennecessary.Chapter14:PropertyAppurtenancesandEquipment14.1ListofAppurtenancesTheSellershallprovideadetailedlistofpropertyappurtenances,includingbutnotlimitedtofurniture,appliances,etc.14.2DeliveryStandardsforEquipmentAllappurtenancesandequipmentshallmeetthedeliverystandardsagreedinthecontract.14.3RepairandReplacementofEquipmentForequipmentfailuresdiscoveredafterdelivery,theSellershallberesponsibleforrepairorreplacementwithinareasonableperiod.Chapter15:PropertyRenovationandModification15.1ScopeandStandardsofRenovationIfthepropertyrequiresrenovationormodification,bothpartiesshallclarifythescope,standards,andcost-sharingoftherenovation.15.2ConstructionManagementofRenovationRenovationconstructionshallcomplywithrelevantlawsandregulationsandbesubjecttothesupervisionoftheBuyer.15.3AcceptanceAfterRenovationAftercompletionoftherenovation,theBuyerhastherighttoacceptthequalityoftherenovation,andtheSellershallcooperatewiththeacceptancework.Chapter16:RestrictionsonPropertyUse16.1ExplanationofUseRestrictionsTheSellershallinformtheBuyeroftherestrictionsthatshouldbeobservedduringtheuseoftheproperty.16.2CompliancewithRestrictionsTheBuyershallcomplywiththerestrictionsontheuseofthepropertyasagreedinthecontractandinformedbytheSeller.16.3LiabilityforViolationofUseRestrictionsIftheBuyerviolatestherestrictionsontheuseoftheproperty,theyshallbearthecorrespondinglegalresponsibilities.Chapter17:ConfidentialityofPropertyTransaction17.1AgreementonConfidentialityObligationsBothpartiesshallmaintaintheconfidentialityofthecontractcontentandthecommercialsecretsobtainedduringthetransactionprocess.17.2ConfidentialityPeriodTheconfidentialityperiodstartsfromthedateofcontractsigninguntilthepropertytransactioniscompletedorbothpartiesagreeotherwise.17.3LiabilityforBreachofConfidentialityThepartythatbreachestheconfidentialityobligationsshallcompensatetheotherpartyforthelossessuffered.Chapter18:ForceMajeure18.1DefinitionofForceMajeureForcemajeurereferstoobjectivesituationsthatareunforeseeable,unavoidable,andinsurmountable.18.2NotificationObligationforForceMajeureApartythatcannotperformthecontractduetoforcemajeureshallnotifytheotherpartyinatimelymanner.18.3ExemptionfromLiabilityforForceMajeureApartyaffectedbyforcemajeureisexemptfromliabilityfornon-performanceofthecontract.Chapter19:ContractSupplementsandAttachments19.1AgreementonContractSupplementsBothpartiesmaysignasupplementaryagreementonmattersnotcoveredbythecontract,whichshallhavethesamelegaleffectasthemaincontract.19.2EffectivenessofContractAttachmentsAttachments
