Undereachchapterheadingyou’llseeadescriptioninitalicsofwhatthesectionisintendedtocover,thensomesampletextthatyoucanadapttomatchyourorganisation’sneeds–textundereachheadingisdesignedtobeanexample,andshouldbereplacedbyinformationrelevanttoyourorganisation.
