第一:人稱的變化。

教師學(xué)習(xí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),掌握新課標(biāo)的具體要求,并結(jié)合我校的實(shí)
際,共同研究,探索新教材的學(xué)法和教法,10月份我校課改開(kāi)
放日,全體初一教師做好公開(kāi)課準(zhǔn)備,并積極撰寫(xiě)關(guān)于新教材學(xué)
法和教法的論文。
3、抓好學(xué)科輔導(dǎo)和學(xué)科競(jìng)賽
各年級(jí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)科輔導(dǎo),特別是尖子生和后進(jìn)生的輔導(dǎo)。
初須準(zhǔn)備初二的全國(guó)中學(xué)生英語(yǔ)能力競(jìng)賽,選好輔導(dǎo)資料,成
立輔導(dǎo)小組,專(zhuān)人負(fù)責(zé),爭(zhēng)取下學(xué)期競(jìng)賽取得好成績(jī)。初二抓好
