第5頁，共30頁UNLOADINGWARNNING卸貨注意事項3.2.1Usethecorrect(aspicture)liftingfixturetohandle,nomorethan2palletsforonetimelifting.Beforelifting,pleaseconfirmwhetherthetrayandthecartonaredamagedandthehoistingropeisfirmandsolidornot.Beforeliftingtouchdown,twopersonsshallsupportattwosidesoftherightingcartongentlytoputitonarelativelyflatplace.使用合理的吊裝治具，吊裝一次性最多允許2托組件。吊裝前應(yīng)確認(rèn)托盤和紙箱是否有破損及吊裝的繩索是否結(jié)實、牢固。吊裝快著地時，兩人一人一邊扶正紙箱輕輕放在項目地相對平坦的位置上。3.2.2Iftheconditionpermits,useaforklifttoremovethemodulefromthetruck請使用叉車將組件從貨車上卸下來Putthemoduleonthelevelground將組件放置于水平地面上.3.2.3Storethemoduleinadryandventilatedplace將組件放置在通風(fēng)干燥處3.2.4Nostackingthemodulesattheprojectsite.禁止在項目地將組件堆碼.3.2.5Coverthemodulewithwaterproofclothtopreventitfrommoisture使用遮雨布蓋住組件，防止組件受潮Date:1123,2017 第6頁，共30頁SECONDARYTRANSPORTWARNNING二次運輸及注意事項3.3.1DoNOTremovetheoriginalpackagingifthemodulesrequirelong-distancetransportorlong-termstorage.如果組件需要長途運輸或長期存儲，請不要拆除原包裝。3.3.2Thefinishedpackagecantransportedbyland,seaorair.Duringtransport,makesurethatthepackageisfixedtotheshippingplatformwithoutmoving.包裝的成品可以通過陸運、海運、或空運進行運輸。在運輸過程中：請將包裝箱固定在運輸平臺上，確保包裝不會翻滾。（以陸運為例）3.3.3Transport:stackingnomorethantwolayersbytrucknormally;運輸：正常卡車運輸時，最多2層疊加后運輸；3.3.4Onelayerstackingfortransportisonlyallowedatprojectsite項目現(xiàn)場托運，只允許1層運輸。3.3.5Notransportorhandlingbypedi-cabasbelow;禁止三輪車轉(zhuǎn)運；3.3.6Nohandlingthemodulewithrope禁止用繩子背組件Date:1123,2017 72cellUNPACKINGINTRODUCTION拆包說明UNPACKINGSAFETY拆包安全：Asforoutdoorsunpacking,itisprohibitedtooperateinrainyconditions.Becausethecartonwillbecomesoftanddamagedafteritgetswetintherain.ThePVmodules(hereinafterreferredtoas"modules")insidethepalletwillrelease,whichmaycausedamageorinjurytopersonnel.在戶外拆箱時，禁止在下雨的條件下作業(yè)。因為紙箱淋雨后會變軟散開，里面的光伏組件（下文簡稱“組件”）會脫出造成損壞或者砸傷人員。Ifthereiswindatsite,itisnecessarytopayspecialattentiontosafety;especiallyinhighwindconditions,itisNOTrecommendedtotransportthemodules,andtheunpackedmodulesshallbefixedproperly.如果現(xiàn)場有風(fēng)，需要特別注意安全，尤其是大風(fēng)的情況下，建議不要搬運組件，并且妥善固定好已拆開包裝的組件。Theworksurfaceisrequiredtobeleveltoensurethatthepackagecanbeplacedstably,avoidingdumping.作業(yè)地面需要保證包裝箱能夠水平穩(wěn)定的放置，避免傾倒。Wearprotectiveglovesduringunpackingtoavoidhandinjuryandfingerprintsontheglasssurface.拆箱過程中請佩戴保護手套，避免傷手和在玻璃面留下指印。Moduleinformationandunpackinginstructionscanbefoundontheouterpackage.Pleasereadtheinstructionsbeforeunpacking.外包裝可查詢組件信息和拆包作業(yè)指導(dǎo)，請在拆包前詳細(xì)閱讀拆包說明。Eachmoduleshallbehandledbytwopersons.Itisforbiddentopullthewiresorjunctionboxesofthemodulestocarrythemodule.Nopullingthelongsideframetotakeoutthemodule.每塊組件需要2個人抬，抬組件時，禁止拉扯接線盒；禁止抓住長邊取出組件UNPACKINGSTEP拆包步驟：4.2.1Beforeunpacking,pleasechecktheproductname,serialnumberrelatedsuggestionsontheA4paper.Pleasereadtheunpackinginstructions4.2.2Cutthetwopackingbeltatshortersidesofthetraywithbladeorscissors,andunpackthesidesurfaceofthecartonalongtheverticalDate:1123,2017 第10頁，共30頁than20pieces,72-cellframemodulesNOTmorethan16pieces;than20pieces,72-cellframemodulesNOTmorethan16pieces;如果拆包后沒有將所有組件取出，有組件剩余在包裝中的情況，則將剩余組件平放后重新打包，防止傾倒，需水平放置。組件疊放的數(shù)量：60片邊框組件不超過20片，72片邊框組件不超過16片。SITESELECTION場地選擇Solarmodulesarerecommendedtobeinstalledatanoptimizedtiltangletomaximizetheenergyoutput.Itisroughlyequaltothelatitudeoftheprojectsiteasaruleofthumb,facingtowardtheequator.Optimizedsystemdesignsincorporateotherlocalrequirements.建議通過優(yōu)化的傾斜角安裝太陽能組件以達到能量輸出最大化。一般來說它大致等同于項目所在地的緯度，面向赤道方向。但在實際的設(shè)計中還是按照當(dāng)?shù)鼐唧w情況設(shè)計并找出最佳傾斜角。Wheninstallingsolarmodulesonaroof,theroofmustbecoveredwithalayeroffireproofmaterialapplicabletothisclass,andadequateventilationmustbeensuredbetweenthebacksheetandtheinstallationsurface.Asafeworkingareaalsomustbeleftbetweentheedgeoftheroofandtheexternaledgeofthesolararray當(dāng)在屋頂上安裝太陽能組件時,屋頂上必須要覆蓋有一層適用于該等級的防火材料，并且保證背板和安裝面之間充分的通風(fēng)，要在屋頂邊緣和太陽能陣列的外邊緣之間留出安全的工作區(qū)域。Inthecaseofresidentialinstallationsontheground,modulesshallbeinstalledfollowinglocalregulations,e.g.usingfence.如果住宅設(shè)施在地面上，組件的安裝應(yīng)按照當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)進行，例如安裝中需要用到圍欄Positionthemodulestominimizethechancesofshadingatanytimeoftheday.對組件進行定位以盡量減少其在一天中任何時間段遮光的可能性。TrinaSolarrecommendsthatthemoduleshouldbeinstalledataworkingambienttemperatureof-20℃~46℃.Themodule'slimitworkingambienttemperaturerangeisfrom-40℃to85℃.天合推薦組件安裝在工作環(huán)境溫度為-20℃~46℃的環(huán)境，組件的極限工作環(huán)境溫度為-40℃~85℃。Trytoinstallmodulesinalocationwherethereisrareshadingthroughouttheyear盡量將組件安裝在一年中罕有遮陽的位置IfyouareplanningtousethePVmoduleswherethewaterdamage(Humidity:Date:1123,2017
